We have stayed here twice and have loved it both times! The cabin is always clean and well-maintained, and there's nothing like staying in Grand Teton National Park.

You couldn't ask for a better location with the teton views being front and center. The host was very nice and easy to contact. We lived the loation also from not being far away from the airport , Dornans, and the ejtrance ti the Grand Teton National Park. You should also visit Yellowstone National Park.

We woke up to the sunrise over the Bridger Mountains and had a cocktail as the sun set over the Tetons. It was magic. The house was a comfortable base and very welcoming. Lovely walks around the property as well as convenient to destinations. We saw the leaves change color, and wildlife visited. A great place outside Jackson Hole.

This cabin was the perfect location for my family’s vacation. We were in a great location for our hikes in the Grand Tetons and our day trip to Yellowstone. We then enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset over the mountains at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone wanting a quiet place away from the summer crowds.

We had 6 people stay at the cabin, including 2 kids. It was a bit tight with that many people, but we really enjoyed our time here. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked. The view is beautiful! We enjoyed seeing a Moose running by early one morning and my kids loved the family of ground squirrels that had a den in front of the front porch. The bathroom also looks like it may have been updated since pictures were taken? Either way the shower was nice and we never ran out of hot water despite our large group. We also really enjoyed learning all about the Craigheads… their story is pretty impressive!

Second time staying at the Craighead Cabin and we loved it! Spectacular views and the cabin has everything our family needed. We will be back!

We knew this place was special when we booked it, but it exceeded our expectations! You could not dream of a better location—5 minutes from airport and moose junction park entrance. Cabin itself is so cute, clean, and well stocked. It did not feel small at all, and we travelled with 3 adults and 2 small children. We enjoyed riding the provided bikes and driving the short distance to Mormon row. You cannot describe the view—-unbelievable. We’ve stayed at a lot of vrbos and this was our favorite. We hope to come back again soon.

We stayed here as a family of four ( two littles, ages 4 and 5) during the month of May. Our time here could not have possibly been better. The view and location have to be the best. One evening there was a rainbow with elk running behind the house…. Absolutely magical. It was private enough that I felt comfortable letting my kids play freely outside, yet has one or two very respectful neighbors that you easily forget are even there. It was clean, VERY well appointed, and comfortable. Views from almost everywhere through big gorgeous windows in the cabin. Also, very close to a general store and NP entrance. Highly recommended!

This was a repeat visit and there’s nowhere better to stay. All the home comforts with astonishing views and wildlife-visitors including moose. Stunning spot to watch the full moon rise and then set behind the Teton range. Perfect launching pad for adventures and perfect place to relax with a book and a drink. Owners and property managers fantastic.

We spent a wonderful week in this well designed and well equipped cabin. It was quiet, comfortable and conveniently located. The views were marvelous!

Craighead cabin is situated just a short distance off the main highway through the Tetons with incredible views of the mountain range. The cabin was well equipped and clean, with full kitchen and laundry. Easy access to the park for hiking and picnics and wildlife. We were greeted by a herd of bison on our first night. Mormon Row is just down the road from the cabin for a touch of history for those who are interested. Pricey yes, but worth every penny. I highly recommend the cabin for those who can afford it. Couples or a family of four will be very comfortable there. We had a wonderful stay.

We spent a week at this lovely cabin in mid-August. The cabin was clean, comfortable and a well-stocked kitchen. The view of the Tetons is tremendous, and we enjoyed watching the herds of antelope and bison that wandered nearby.

Few people get to experience a place like this…where the magnitude of the Tetons is present 24 hours a day. It’s in the perfect spot…just far enough from town and the highway that you feel alone…but close enough to feel part of a community.
If you love the mountains, this is the place to be. Quiet, comfortable, safe, remote…it’s enough.

This might rank as the best VRBO property that we have ever stayed. Absolutely incredible.
The Craighead cabin sits in a cluster of 6 or 7 privately owned homes that are located in the middle of Grand Teton National Park (surrounded by GTNP on all sides). The view from the front porch is a clear, unobstructed view of the center of the Teton Mountain range. There is no restaurant or hotel in Jackson Hole with a better view.
The cabin is small, but was bigger than we expected. It easily sleeps 4 in beds and one more on the couch that folds out. 5 of us stayed here for 8 days, and we were comfortable. The full kitchen was adequate to prepare our meals. The town of Jackson, WY is about 20 min. drive away.
We will stay here again. We love this slice of heaven!

Excellent stay in beautiful location
We knew from looking at the listing that this was a really special place and we were not disappointed. The views were changing all the time and the location was simply stunning. We cannot believe that there is a place to equal it in the are. Thanks to the owner for making it available for folks such as us.

Quaint cabin with a rich local history. Perfect location for exploring all the Tetons and Yellowstone has to offer. Abundance of wild life with spectacular views. Had everything we needed including bikes our children loved riding down the lane. Would love to stay if we make the trip again.

The best view in all of Grand Teton!!!
This cabin made our trip to the Tetons. Not only are the views spectacular and the cabin is oh so quaint, but the history alone would make anyone honored to stay at this location. Do yourself a favor and look into the Craighead history and all they have done for conservation before laying your head to rest under their roof. It will make it all the better for you. Cabin was clean, quiet and had everything you could possibly need. Don't hesitate! Book now!

Extraordinary views and bison visitors
Wonderful cabin in Grand Teton NP. Had everything we needed for a secluded one-week stay. Expansive views of Tetons from the porch and occasional visits from local bison herd. Magical!

View, View and View!
Not sure there is a prettier view from a VRBO than this one. We so enjoyed the sunrises, sunsets and all day view of the Grand Tetons. Cabin was very clean, had all amenities you need for a rental, it is a little on the small side (we had 6 ppl), but so worth it for the view and location. Saw lots of wildlife right from the cabin. Very close to Moose Junction and not too far away from the town of Jackson. On our next visit - we would definitely choose to stay here again!

Great house / Great location / Great owner
Honestly, you couldn't ask for a better location. The cabin is inside the Grand Teton park with a spectacular view of the mountains. The cabin is far enough from Jackson so we can enjoy some peace and quiet, yet you are 15 minute away from Jackson so it's a quick drive for a dinner or shopping. We also drove to Yellowstone twice, so it's a great location for a day trip.
Lance's brother and sister-in-law live next door. They were really great and provided some awesome location information for us.
We definitely look forward to visiting again soon. Couldn't recommend this cabin enough.

I choose this cabin because of its location near the Grand Teton Park. We went the week of Sept. 7, but the park was still fairly crowded. It was nice to come back to the secluded cabin. The cabin had a lot of windows so you could get good views of wildlife. Bison came within 20 yards of the cabin. The cabin also had a porch and deck. We used the grill and the chairs. The cabin is about a mile from Mormon row and very near Antelope flats, which was convenient for watching wildlife.Inside, the kitchen was very nice and had all the items needed for cooking. We cooked at home most meals instead of driving into town and waiting for a table. We did order pizza from Dornans a couple of times. The cabin is big enough for two couples. Our friends were going to go but could not go. It would have been plenty of room for them. We also used the cooler to take with us on our day trips to the park. We also used the bikes once. The washer/dryer was nice so we could pack light. The cabin was clean and the bed was comfortable.Lance's brother Charlie lives next door and they are happy to answer any questions. Overall, I highly recommend this cabin and would stay here again if I was to return to the Tetons.

Perfect place in the Tetons
You couldn’t ask for a better location, better cabin and better views than this place. Super convenient to the park, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Cabin was stocked with a lot of necessities that you then don’t have to buy. Highly recommend!

Listed as a cabin, delivers more like a house.
It is difficult to add anything that other reviewers haven't already said. This is the kind of place that you don't want to tell others about because you want to keep it to yourself. Plenty of reasons to return time and time again.

Wow! This is the perfect cabin for a party of 4-5 wanting a jaw dropping view of the Grand Tetons, quick access to both Grand Teton and Yellowstone national parks, Jackson Hole ski-summer resort, and Jackson.

Perfect cabin in a perfect spot!
The cabin was clean, well--stocked, comfortable, and the location was spectacular....facing the Grand Tetons on a beautiful property just north of the Moose Entrance to the national park. The Craighead family was welcoming and helpful and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more...we look forward to returning! Thank you!!

Cozy Cabin
Better than being in a park lodge. Spectacular view to wake up to each morning. This was the best supplied cabin I've been in and a fascinating history behind the owners of this cabin. We took a float ride down the Snake River and the guide kept saying, I can't believe you are staying at the cabin. He knew the history of the environmentalist that lived there. It was quite an honor. Would go back in a heartbeat with so much to do there. Bikes are there but we were too busy exploring. Still, with social distancing,, this was perfect. Very quiet serene.

Perfect cabin and view of the Tetons
Can’t recommend this cabin enough - it’s THE quintessential view of the Tetons, private views of sunrise and sunset every night, already in the National Park - saving traffic and driving heading into Tetons and Yellowstone. We’ll be back.

Exceeded All Expectations
We pulled in on 9/10 and were blown away by the cabin and the location. The cabin was spotless and set up perfectly. It is so well insulated that we almost never used the heat even though the temp reached the low 30’s every night. The majestic Tetons can’t really be portrayed in photos - the view from the cabin porch is absolutely spectacular! What a great base location for doing all the things we love. We had a great horse trail rise at Swift Creek Outfitters in Moran. We enjoyed hikes at Moose Ponds, String Lake, Taggard Lake (wow), and more. We did the Moose Ponds trail again with a Ranger lead hike (very informative) and got to see our first moose in the wild! Jackson was great as well with friendly people, great food and plenty of shopping. We also took the tram in Teton Village to the summit of Rendezvous Mountain which was well worth it. We will miss morning coffee and evening wine soaking in the view of the Grand Teton range. How could you ever get enough? This is one of our favorite places and Lord willing we will be back again.
