About this villa rental
**Minimum Night Stay Requirements May Vary and Final Availability is Subject to Homeowner Approval.**
***Property may be rented once in any 31 day period.***
Northern Hideaway, in the Owl Creek subdivision adjacent to the Snake River and just south of Grand Teton National Park, is the ultimate Jackson Hole vacation home for a family or group of friends that wants to watch wildlife wandering through the backyard and connect over games of poker or pool without sacrificing convenient access to the man-made amenities and attractions of the area.
Newly built, the 6,000-square foot home has four-bedroom suites, three of which have king size beds. The fourth suite is a bunk room with two queen beds and two full beds. Northern Hideaway is unique for many reasons, including it having two identical primary suites. One of these is on the home’s main level. The second primary is up a light-filled floating staircase with subtle views of Blacktail Butte, Sleeping Indian, and the Gros Ventre Mountains. Both primary suites have stacked-stone gas fireplaces, deep-soaking pedestal tubs, and doors that open to an outdoor patio or private deck. The main level guest bedroom and the bunk suite both face south with views of the Gros Ventre Mountains. All the home’s suites are collected together in the eastern wing, creating privacy and separation from the public spaces.
Northern Hideaway has two main public spaces: a combined kitchen/dining/living room on the main level and a game room, pool table, fitness studio, and bar on the lower level. The property’s kitchen is professional grade, with Thermador appliances and ample natural light. We can’t guarantee this, but with the kitchen sink set beneath a wall of windows looking out on the Gros Ventre Mountains, there might be a fight over who does the dishes. The kitchen features an island, including a bar with seating for four. Adjacent to the kitchen is a live-edge dining table with seating for ten.
At the opposite end of this multi-purpose space from the kitchen island is a stacked stone wood-burning fireplace and seating area from which you can watch TV, snuggle into a couch with a book, or keep your eyes peeled for animals in the backyard. There are doors that lead to a patio with a fireplace and a hot tub that spills onto the sprawling backyard. An office is tucked off the hallway between the home’s east wing and combined kitchen/dining/living area. When you need a break from screen time, it has doors to the backyard. On the opposite side of the home is a laundry/mud room with ventilated storage closets and cubbies (to help clothes wet from skiing or hiking dry) and a Finnleo sauna.
