The house was clean, spacious, and very conveniently located to downtown St. Paul and public transit. Could not have asked for better communication or attentiveness from Linda, who was always available to answer all our questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Great house and location
We wanted a place to have family and friends join us without feeling crowded. Linda's place met all of our needs and then some. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you might need for cooking and adding flavor to your meals. We will be back as some point in the future.

Great place
The house was wonderful and surprisingly spacious. The location is perfect and pretty much central to all places in the twin cities. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and provided help when needed. Basement laundry was clean and easy to use. Kitchen was easy for us to use and to cook a few large meals in.

Great location, super clean house
The description of this home is very accurate. It's a lovingly maintained older home in a quiet, pretty St Paul neighborhood. The house was sparkling clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. It worked well for my family and me as a home base during Macalester graduation weekend!
A couple things to note: This is an older home with vintage furnishings. A couple of the beds were not comfy (one was super hard, another very springy). The host takes great pride in the home and asks that you take care with the furnishings. This is a coasters-on-every-surface house. This wasn't a big deal for us, but might be for some people. The host is very attentive and checked in with us during our stay. She lives next door. This rental reminded me a bit of a B&B with the level of contact we had. Again, not a big deal but not everyone's cup of tea. Overall, it's a nice older home and worked well for our purposes.

Fantastic St. Paul House
We had a lovely stay at 115. The house was wonderfully clean (we were there during COVID) and in the beautiful Tanglewood neighborhood, near Macalester, as well as smoothies and pastries (even delicious gluten-free ones) on Grand. We brought most of our own food and it was easy to cook in the kitchen and play a game in the dining room. The power went out the first night we were there (thunderstorm), and the owner was quick to respond with flashlights, even though it didn't take too long to get the power back. A great place to be in the Twin Cities.

Great for Macalester families
We stayed here while dropping a student off at Mac. Great location - an easy walk to campus. The house had everything needed, clean and comfortable. We will try to stay here again!

great house and host
Enjoyed everything about the house, particularly the location for our outings. It is clean and interesting and full of fun stuff inside as well, board games, music, old books and magazines. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Host was helpful even finding a vegan restaurant for us to try. Hope to visit St Paul again (only in better weather! : )

Clean and great location
The "One-Fifteen Guest House" was in a beautiful neighborhood perfectly close to the University of St. Thomas, making our commuting easy during UST's Family Weekend. The owners were easy to communicate with and said if we needed anything or had questions to just let them know. Saw our first white (albino??) squirrel out the window in the backyard of the house. It was about a half hour drive to Stillwater, which has a nice downtown area with shops and restaurants. We ate at The Oasis (good food), which was not directly in the downtown, but nearby. We also enjoyed downtown Minneapolis on this particular trip too.

Beautiful home, great area, helpful hosts!
We enjoyed our stay! The home has been restored to its mid century glory- collectors would love to have the chance to check out all of the incredible touches Linda has done. All amenities were there, very comfortable for all guests, and in the loveliest neighborhood that was very walkable for meals. Overall, great place!

Perfect neighborhood, lovely home!
We spent a week at the 115 in June 2018. The location was ideal - an absolutely beautiful neighborhood right between downtown Minneapolis & downtown St Paul, with plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, etc. (5 min or less). The St Paul Children's Museum is 10 min away, the Mall of America is 15.
The home is quite nice and well appointed. We enjoyed eating & playing in the back yard. Laundry facilities are available in the basement; a well supplied kitchen, living area, dining room, half bath and office on the main floor; and 4 bedrooms and full bath (with bath tub) are upstairs. (Note: for anyone with mobility issues, the steep stairs could be challenging.) Unlike the majority of home rentals we've experienced, we found laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, etc -- all of those little things that make first day arrival so much easier. Towels are very soft, knives are sharp -- it's clear this home is well tended.
The hosts, who live next door, are attentive and helpful. Not only did they secure a high chair for our 1 yr old, but they delivered boxes of toys for our 1 & 3 yr old to play with! We loved our stay and hope to return.
