This magnificent house includes 3 large family gathering areas, a front room reception area, two dining rooms, a spacious kitchen, 8 bedrooms, and a fabulous sun-room with a hot tub, and a game room with a Climbing Wall, Foam Pit, Foosball, Air Hockey, Double-Shot, Ping Pong and more! The large yard includes a playhouse, half-court basketball facilities, a sand volleyball court, and plenty of grassy areas and games for everyone to enjoy. There is also a large deck with BBQ grill and a large cement patio with a built-in fire pit. This is a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of space between you and the other houses.

We had such an enchanting and memorable time at this home. My family and I came with seven other friends from college and their families. There were 44 of us and we had a wonderful time reconnecting and making new memories. Took time away for a day at the beach (used the trailer of kayaks and paddleboards additional rental available) and a short nearby hike but spent most of our time enjoying time togetget at the property. Had fun playing games, eating, dancing, crafting and watching an outdoor movie on the nice lawn. Highly recommend this home for your next large gathering at Bear Lake!

We loved the uncrowded spaces around us! The large yard had so much room for the grandkids to play. The house was spacious as well, with plenty of spaces to sleep. The master bedroom made my husband and I feel like the Queen and King of the family!

We as a family hadn't gotten together in over 10 years. We drove from California, Nebraska and Colorado to this absolutely amazing home. Over 8000 square feet of beauty with the most STUNNING views of Bear Lake. Plenty of room for 35 of us to enjoy each other's company and so many amazing fun opportunities near by. The owners are absolutely great, a phone call away for anything you needed. We had a beautiful time and I would absolutely recommend this VRBO. It is a bucket list item..Go, book today.

This house look amazing online, but to experience it in person was WOW! We had 27 adult/teenagers, and 7 kids under 7, with 2 newborns. Everyone had space to spread out. Several areas in the home to gather and do different activities. Great space and activities in the garage and in the backyard. Great view of the lake and mountains. We were even able to watch the meteor shower because the stars were so visible at night. Everyone in my family wants to come back. We felt spoiled and it was a great stress reliever and memory maker. We rented the house for a four day family reunion. The property exceeded our expectations. We played volleyball every day on the sand volleyball court. We played kickball,baseball and basketball. We flew kites on the huge lawn. The huge back deck was perfect for relaxing and viewing the lake. We were worried about having 36 people in one house but it worked out perfectly. The house in big enough that we never felt crowded. One night we made smores and talked around the fire pit.The hostes were excellent. We needed extra sheets one night and in one phone call the problem was fixed.The house was equipped with every appliance, pots pans ect. We would stay there again in a minute.

We had a large group of 19 kids and 12 adults and had the best time at this house! Great location to beaches, playhouse, Minnetonka cave etc, and so many fun things at the house that kept everyone busy for hours. My only complaint would be that the house is in need of a deep clean. The cleaners came before we arrived and you never would have known it, except that the beds were freshly made.

The house was perfect for our family reunion. There were lots of places for the kids to play, inside and out. We loved the many gathering areas inside for everyone to do their various activities and not feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is large and the huge pantry and extra fridge and freezers were perfect for holding all the food for the reunion. There were a lot of little things that made it nice for kids - the toys, game room, plastic dishes and extra mattresses, to name a few. The location is gorgeous and was a lovely backdrop for our family pictures. The variety of bedrooms and bunks fit each family and the beds were super comfortable. I would highly recommend this house and would love to stay here again.

We have an annual tradition to rent a cabin or house and spend the Thanksgiving Weekend with all of our family. We had 13 adults, 4 teenagers and 7 little kids. This house was perfect! We had comfortable rooms for everyone and the house was set up perfect for us. People could be preparing meals, doing Thanksgiving crafts, making a puzzle, playing games and watching football all at the same time. The kids had a blast playing air hockey, foosball, ping pong and playing on the climbing wall. The teenagers played video games in the family room in the basement. And everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all of our meals, including Thanksgiving dinner. Of all the places we've rented in the past, this house is our favorite ... we've already reserved it for Thanksgiving 2023!

Although we had an initial problem with the cleaning of the home, it was rectified quickly and we had a wonderful stay with 35 family members. It fit our family perfectly. The extra large grassy backyard provided all that was needed for playing the outdoor games we love. The view is special.

We absolutely loved the house and yard. It has such a beautiful view of the lake and mountains all around the property. We had a blast with the volleyball court and played a few different types of games on the court. We also made good use of all of the lawn there and the basketball court. The kitchen was great and the seating for eating was great for our large group of 30. It is a beautiful home and beautiful set up. The owners were wonderful at communicating. This place was nothing short of Heaven on Earth!!
Everything from the booking to the checkin to the Amazing location and beautiful views all the way to the checkout was perfect! This place has some of the most stunning views I have ever witnessed. The communication with the owners was quick and easy, this accommodated hour 44 family members very comfortably with so much room to run and play and so many fun things for the kids. It is so close to the beautiful turquoise waters! We did not want to leave and we made forever lasting memories! We have already made the decision to come back in two years for our next family reunion!

Perfect for our Family
With 23 people to accommodate for our family reunion this was the perfect place. Each of the five families had their own bedrooms, the 13 kids loved the bunk rooms and the playroom. Our nightly programs were held in the living room with plenty of space for everyone. It was easy to feed everyone with 3 large tables. The adults ate in the formal dinner and could actually visit without kids interrupting. Used the fire pit outside the last night because the weather was perfect for it. Couldn't have had a better reunion there.

Wonderful place by the lake surrounded by pristine snow
We were six families (31 people) who stayed here for 5 nights in winter break of 2021. We enjoyed the spacious and cozy stay as well as the skiing in the nearby Beaver Mountain. Garden City is a town of nice people. We did our grocery etc. from there almost everyday. The owner has been very friendly and quick to respond any of our concerns. TaLonnie has been nice enough to get the snow in the driveway plowed off everyday. One thing I didn’t like much was that only one bedroom had the attached bathroom and one of the six families had to sleep in the little bunkbed room. However, as family and friends we managed to distribute rooms among ourselves. Overall it has been a great experience staying here.

This house is AWESOME!
We had our family reunion at this property and it worked splendidly. It is so roomy and each family had their own space. The yard and the playroom with the foam pit were definitely the highlight. The kids had so much to do and played and played. Another highlight was there were several “common” spaces in the house where different groups could hang out independent from each other. We also loved the location and felt we had lots of yard and privacy. We had a fantastic time!

Perfect Place For Our Family Reunion
We loved this place. It had everything needed to experience a memorable week-long family reunion with our children and grandchildren. The home was spacious and well appointed for cooking, laundry and sleeping needs. The beautiful location was outstanding for enjoying what Bear Lake and vicinity have to offer, and yet provided a quiet, peaceful venue away from crowds. The yard had plenty of room for activities, sports and play including basketball court, volleyball pit, fire pit and playhouse. The view was outstanding. Sitting out and enjoying meals on the deck was awesome. We had one problem with a toilet that was not refilling, but the owners remedied it within the day. We rented the trailer with kayaks, paddle boards and life jackets for a couple of days. This really enhanced our experience at the beach. We were not prepared for the older four prong electrical hookup on the trailer, but located an adapter at the new Ace Hardware in Garden City which solved the issue. Aside from the two noted small issues, we were all more than pleased with this facility and the amenities. For our group of 48, including infants, children, teens, adults and grandparents, this facility made our reunion a very memorable one.

There are even some fun toys for young kids in the familyroom.The contract says "no pets" but the ground floor family room sofa was covered with dog hair, as was the carpet. The back lawn had several big piles of dog poop. The cleaners were still there cleaning for 15 minutes after check-in time. They were just teenagers and hadn't done a very good job. The mowers were still there mowing but didn't notice the poop piles.Because the cleaners were there and we didn't use the door code to get in, we didn't realize we'd been given the wrong code until we returned from the lake and couldn't get in. Luckily, the couple who returned from the lake early that day tried different combinations of the numbers we were given in the email and were able to get in.This is our third time using this property and we have not had any of these problems before. We assume the problems wouldn't happen again so we will definitely be back because of the great owners, the many games and activities on the property and the family fun we've had there every time!
