Really nice wagon.
Each wagon has its own fireplace and bbq unit.
We stayed during the off-season, there was nobody staying on the wagon immediately next to us. Caution when staying during the high season, the wagons are in close proximity, if you want privacy may not be ideal. Better yet, prepare to know other campers next to you.
It was very windy on one night but the wagon held steady.
Also like the ease of check-in. Filled out the online check-in, sent a photo ID, and the door code was emailed out. We arrived around 8:30 PM and went straight to the wagon.
Pretty much enjoying our stay and have no complain.

Loved our Kiva stay! Super clean and comfy accommodations. The hot tub on the roof was AMAZING! Friendly staff. Also really enjoyed visiting the white bison and learning all about them. Complimentary backpack and deck of cards was a nice surprise.
Wish there would have been a pool! I hear one is being built soon.
Needed instructions on how to operate hot tub.
Price for Kiva stay was a little high I thought.

We liked the accommodation and to stay in one of the wagons - well organised and clean
During our stay we had temperatures up to 110 F The bbq can only be used late after sunset - we recommend to install sun awnings or provide sunshades
We missed a pool | the pond added to the atmosphere but could have been build to take a quick dip -
once the construction around the camp is finished it will look great
Given the fact that there is not much service included - price value needs to be evaluated - maybe include at least water or provide self service shop

Great location and experience
It was very cramped

it’s so well done. from the bbq to the kitchen facilities. it’s so lovely.
the shop selling the ice was closed and there wasn’t any ice cube trays in the freezer to make our own so it was a bit of a drive to get ice.
the sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest.

Hospitality was superior
The way booking.com advertisers the property. All of the facilities don't come with kitchens and dishes and that want reeled properly but the management made accommodations for us

It was such a fun experience to stay in a covered wagon. The beds were comfortable, the location was quiet and clean, and the AC was awesome. this Location was one that we were most excited about & has been one of our favorites.
Having a swimming pool

The location, the tranquility, the views & scenery, the staff, the piece of mind of being close distance from Zion & Bryce Canyon National Parks, and if course the Bison onsite. We’re looking forward to visiting again soon.
N/A as we were happy campers for our 4 night stay.

it is pretty expensive, but I’m glad we splurged.

Very clean and gorgeous backdrop views. Relatively close drive to Zion. There was an Easter egg hunt which was a lot of fun for the kids and unexpected. We went outside of our wagon and saw they were doing an egg hunt, and were invited to join.
Construction was a bit of an eyesore and wasn't sure where to go see the bison. Some mosquito bites for some of the family members, but not a big deal.

We wanted to try something different from a boring hotel and chose the glamping experience. Great experience for us! Although the weather was bad, the room was clean and comfortable. I’m glad we chose this location because the staff is awesome!! Thank you for making us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again!!!
I can’t think of anything, which is a good thing :)

private bath and toilet
No soundproof, if next door neighbor talking outside, it is very noisy
