First the positives: The house was clean and tidy with an abundance of dishes. Close proximity to the highway and easy to find. The bad thing is that there was very poor temperature regulation—very hot during the day and freezing at night, whether we had the air conditions or heater on or not. When we turned the heat on at night it sounded like an airplane taking off—so loud my husband couldn’t sleep. But the worst thing was that the water never got hot—even at full blast and letting it run for a couple minutes. It got lukewarm or tepid at best. After getting dusty and dirty hiking all day all you want is a nice hot shower—not happening here. I tried communicating with Zion Tiny Getaway multiple times in multiple ways—email, messaging through the Hotel.com app…no response. For these reasons I cannot recommend this place.

The Tiny home is a perfect place to stay at, it has all of the amenities you need. Every time I come to Zion National Park I stay at these Tiny Homes.

Our stay was great! Pretty much what we expected. The home was very accommodating for two people. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our main issue was with the shower specifically the water pressure being very low and the temperature not staying consistent, water would be perfect for about 30 seconds then get super hot or too cold right after and we would need to continuously adjust it. Home had everything we needed with a TV and couch, refrigerator, shower, towels, and dishes. We would definitely stay here again

Nice, clean place, and had everything needed, but I never could contact the owner/manager for direct communications no matter how much I responded to the “reply” prompts on the hotels.com portal emails I received from them (or their bots, auto-replies, etc?). I received several emails with standard generic stay info, and never a direct answer to any question I had. When calling and texting the local phone number they provided there was never an answer or reply and the voicemail box was not set up. We’d have liked to try to extend our stay which could’ve made our trip better, but never reached anyone. If you have an issue or question during your stay, do not count on getting any assistance, somewhat of a risk…

Everything was amazing except for the cleanliness. The kitchen area was really dirty, the microwave was dirty, there was hair in the supposedly clean dishes. The floor was really dirty when we pulled the sofa bed there was tons of dirt and trash. It was like the person that cleans the place does the bare minimum but I mean the bare minimum.

My experience at Zion's Tiny Getaway was nothing short of amazing! Nestled just minutes from Zion National Park, this charming tiny home offered the perfect combination of comfort and nature. The peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing escape, while the well-thought-out amenities made the space feel incredibly cozy and welcoming.
The tiny home itself was immaculately clean and beautifully designed, maximizing every square inch. Despite its compact size, the home was fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a functional kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and even Wi-Fi! The large windows allowed natural light to flood the space and provided breathtaking views of the surrounding desert landscape.
The location couldn't have been better. It was just a short drive to the entrance of Zion National Park, making it easy to explore the park during the day and retreat to a peaceful, private setting in the evening. Plus, the stargazing at night was absolutely stunning—something you don’t want to miss!
The hosts were friendly and communicative, offering helpful tips for local hikes and places to eat. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect.
Overall, Zion's Tiny Getaway is a hidden gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, relaxing stay near Zion National Park. I can't wait to come back!

Tiny house was great. The beds were very comfortable. Our family of 5 did well and didnt feel squished. Property manager wasnt as responsive as the reviews made it seem. Not as close to Zion as we wouldve liked but the commute wasn't terrible.

We were missing dishes and glasses, and WiFi was not available on all days. An half number of the houses are close to a street and are therefore noisy.

The property was dirty and washing machine didn't work, microwave didn't work, grill was very dirty ,it was impossible to clean, The area around is nice but our unit was dirty, the property manager didn't respond to my text or cals.

Beautiful tiny home, other than the cellular signal/wifi not being the best and the traffic noise since the homes are next to the highway, we enjoyed our stay, also the kids enjoyed the mini playground area provided.

Great little place. Excellent communication and ease to stay. Water pressure could be a little better, but it is to be expected way out there, lol. The place was absolutely perfect and super clean. Would definitely stay there again!!

Need more hooks to hang towels, a bath mat, more wash cloths(there were four of us and only two wash cloths). Water pressure was low…. Couldn’t run both sink and shower at the same time or you would lose water pressure in the shower.

The property we had was very cozy and comfortable being it a tiny home. We had a slight issue upon checking in but it was taken care of the next day. The only slight draw back is the wifi connection being spotty because i needed to do some work on my laptop. Other than that our stay here was excellent. We definitely would come back again.

A lovely place. Really. The only complain is that it is directly next to the Highway. However, would nevertheless return. Views of the Milky Way by night were stunning.

Fun experience to stay in a tiny house! We loved to star gaze through the skylights as well as outside. Very cute theme and it was clean. The location was OK as it's right off the highway so you could hear a lot of cars and trucks throughout the night, but it was easy to get to Zion from this location.

Tiny Homes provided a level of comfort, security, and hospitality found in higher end accommodations. Near National Parks but far away from crowds and tourist zones.

This was such a fun place to stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. So cute yet functional. Caught a gorgeous sunset off deck on roof. Comfortable beds and roomy bathroom and shower area. Loved it.
