We had a wonderful time at Paradise Village. The house was clean when we arrived and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only issue we had were with the resort itself. The bathrooms at the main pool had no toilet paper for the entire time we were there.I talked to the staff member there and he said there was none on site for him to restock with. It seemed very unsanitary for a busy pool to be without something like that. The next day the pool was closed for 4 or 5 hours while they waited for a technician to come out and treat the pool after someone found poop in it. Again, our stay at the house was wonderful but felt like the cleanliness of the pool areas could have been better.

We really enjoyed our stay in paradise village. The kids loved swimming at the pools. I loved the conveniency of the pools and a fun pickleball and park nearby. There were some cockroaches found in some bedrooms notably the bedroom on the main floor found 3. There was also a bad smell coming from what we believe to be the washer. I would suggest getting that fixed. Other than those things everything else was really great. Thank you

This was a nice place to stay. Plenty of room, clean, and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at unit 36. The only thing that bothered me was I was disappointed in the master bedroom bed sheets. The top sheet was on sideways, the sheets were not tight and crisp and they did not smell clean. They almost felt like they had been slept in and were not clean. They were wrinkled and very loose. The sheets did not match, each pillow had a different style pillow case. The rest of the home felt clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to visit again.

I loved this home and all it's amenities. Great customer service. Will come again.

This home was ideal for us. The location in Santa Clara was central to the many activities we in gaged in. The proximity to the two pools and the Pickleball courts was the best in Paradise Village. The bedrooms are spacious with en-suite bathrooms, the two large family gathering areas were very accommodating. The kitchen is well suited for meal preparation and dining.
The large grassy area out the back door provides much space for lawn activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

This was a great place for a family getaway. It is definitely geared for a little bit younger crew of kids than what ours are. Pools are probably best for about 15 and under, but the older kids enjoyed the pickle ball courts and other activities.
The house was nice. The items listed in their inventory need to be updated. One of the queen air mattresses didn't hold air, and the bedding/pillows/blankets weren't in the quantities given. Again, the house was nice, but is showing the wear and tear of a rental unit.
Overall, we were really happy with our stay and with the amenities and property.

We loved this place! It was clean and spacious. We loved that every room had its own bathroom. It had everything needed for home away from home. We defiantly will stay again. I have already told many friends they need to go visit. Thank you for the nice home.

I wanted to send an email regarding our stay in unit 36 at paradise village.
We had a wonderful stay in this house. Everything was exactly as described for all of our guests.
The proximity to the pool and hot tub was a bonus.
I did however feel it important to let you know a few things we came across during out stay.
After arrival and people set up in their bedrooms only 1 bedroom TV was working. We had trouble finding some remotes but to get the TVS working directions or step by step setup would have been beneficial. We called someone to assist and we were very fortunate this fine gentleman came within the hour that night. Amazing customer service from him. He did have to reset the tv/rogue and batteries had to be changed on remotes which he didn't have them all so he said he'd send them the following day.
Batteries came following day by another amazing fine gentleman. I had put a call in about the sink plugged and garburator leaking. I asked if he was the person. He said he didn't know of the issues but tried to fix. Did his best. Anyway we put a pan under the kitchen sink catching the leaks from the garburator.
Someone showed up at the door about the garage door we assume a service call but had no idea what they were talking about and they said it must have been from the previous people renting. Guy said he had to get more tools. We didn't see him since.
A few small items to note. Dish washer tabs there are not near enough with big groups of people. We sometimes had to run it twice a day. The dish cloth for the kitchen we could only find ONE. We did wash it but had nothing to sub with it. Maybe a few more towels and cloths would be helpful to large groups of guest. Some of the utensils (ladles, egg flipper, etc. mostly the large plastic ones seemed to have had their day. Parts are broke etc.
I know it was mentioned bugs happen in this climate and such. However I had dropped my lip chap on the floor of the main floor bedroom tried to get it and used a light to find it under the bed. There are many critters (dead) under the bed that maybe should be cleaned up for future guests.
Overall our group had a wonderful relaxing stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or even stay again.
Thank you for everything
Tracy Tanner.

The house was perfect, the location was wonderful, the swimming pools, jacuzzis, water park and lazy river were so much fun for the kids and we all had a great time. Highly recommend!!!

Red Sands was quick and friendly in response to questions and concerns. The location of this unit is ideal. Overall it's a beautiful unit, but it could use some updating and a deep clean (throw pillows, bed spreads, high chair, kitchen drawers & cupboards, under furniture, baseboards, etc.) We always enjoy a weekend at Paradise Village.

Home was open and spacious, clean loved the layout. The facilities were amazing and our location was perfect, right by the pools and across from the pickleball courts. Loved the waterslide park and lazy river, perfect for young children, will definitely be back.

We were in town for the Ironman race so we had 4 couples and 2 kids (3 yo & younger). The house size and layout was great. Ample space in all the rooms and the kitchen is very well stock with all the basics and then some. Plenty of extras ie towels, blankets, pool towels, toiletries etc which were great! The house was "surface clean" but we had a baby "crawling" who quickly had very dirty knees and legs from crawling around on what seemed to be clean floors. Also, something was dropped and rolled under the bed and when retrieved, discovered a fair amount of crumbs (popcorn and other smaller food items that none of us had in the house during our trip) so appears housecleaning is doing a quick once over between visitors. The house is very well labeled of what goes where and they have lots of things for young kiddos that weren't listed but are helpful for those traveling with young kids (kids bowls, cups, baby bottles, high chair, pack-n-play. What's missing is baby gates for the stairs (3 bedrooms are upstairs including the room with bunk beds) and extra batteries ... most of the TV remotes had dead batteries. Grocery store is close by for those quick trips to pick up last minute items. Could see the main pool from house and the other kids play pool / lazy river was a short walk within the neighborhood. Overall great experience, especially for those traveling with kids!

Communication with property management company, Red Sands Vacation Properties, was prompt, helpful, and efficient. They'l were willing to let us check out late when we had an early tournament game and no one had booked the place for that day! That was super helpful. House was clean, kitchen was well stocked, plus there was plenty of laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. All appliances worked. We wished there was a hot tub on the property so we didn't have to go over to the super crowded complex one, but that obviously wasn't a deal breaker. Our only complaint with our stay had nothing to do with he house- but more to do with the complex. Every kid in our group, as well as oir friends in another house, had rashes and/ or hives from the pools and hot tubs. I dont know if it was the chlorine they use or shock treatment chemical or what but it would make me hesitant to stay there again unless this was changed. My kids loved the pools too much to stay out but got tired of benadryl and aquaphor all over them.

Beautiful spacious home
This beautiful luxury home was perfect for our stay in St. George. The location was ideal located between the two pools and hot tubs that we enjoyed during our stay. Large kitchen and dining area that was extremely well equipped for all our needs. The grassy area around the home provided a close and convenient place for the kids to play We will be back!!!

GREAT LOCATION!
Located between the two softball complexes this was great for our Senior softball players. The rooms were large and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals.
The one thing we had a problem with was the tv situation. We had no cable tv and that was difficult for our senior capabilities! Next time we hope to find a condo that has cable. .

Wonderful for All Ages
We had a mixed group: Grandmother(me), 3 forty-ish adults, and two children, ages 9 and 12. We all had a great time. Swimming was great, and we also played croquet and volleyball - would have played pickleball had we brought our paddles. (Next time!) We enjoyed Tuacahn Saturday Market and a super hike in Snow Canyon State Park. It was a quiet location, but close to shopping, etc. We'll remember to stay there again. (My daughter-in-law also wrote down the house number for her future reference.) My only concern, as texted to management, was in a couple rooms, there were inventory discrepancies between the written lists and what was actually there. I didn't want our honesty questioned. :)
A lovely time. Thank you.
