Place was comfortable and beds were comfortable. Do not come here if you want a quiet serene location the airplanes fly over house very close..we didn't mind because we were used to it. It is off a busy street and a very noisy bar. The back deck on the lake was really nice. All in all, a nice place.

We loved our time here. A fun deck to enjoy the water and very convenient to outlet malls for shopping. Just a short drive from king street or to the beach. Plenty of room for three couples. We were very happy with our stay!

Quick getaway with family. Great trip. Older unit, but updated nicely. Would recommend bringing extra towels. Only one per person available. Dryer takes about 2 hours per load. Nice having W/D unit on 2nd floor with the 2 main bedrooms. In airport pathway so a lot of close overhead plane noise from morning to night. Unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with small appliances and cooking necessities. Great deck with friendly animals willing to take vegetable scraps. 😍 Air conditioner worked well. Small window unit on 3rd floor kept upstairs room very comfortable. No linens (other than a pillow and pillowcase) were available for the air mattress so bring your own if you plan to use that. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. There were a lot of convenient places to run to quickly for last minute food items or toiletries. I would stay here again!

Our grandson played baseball at Shipyard and Charleston Southern University! The location was close to both , restaurants and shopping as well! Our grands enjoyed the lake with the ducks and turtles. We had a lightening strike! Hit the inside wall. Hope all is well with the tv! Great place to stay! Beds were great and very updated! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

If it wasn’t so hot great location to walk to so many options. We did rent a car which gave us many more options love going to Folly beach, Charleston market. Yes one of my highlights of staying here was feeding the turtles & ducks loved watching the wildlife

Location was perfect for the convention center and easy access to other areas of Charleston. Kitchen was nicely stocked. My only issue was the VRBO listed amenities. It appears there is a pool until you click on pool and it says there is not one available. I likely would have booked elsewhere had I known there was no pool.

Perfect stay!! Property manager was great. Good location. Clean and plenty of room for grandparents, mom and 3 daughters (ages 19-22). Great view, loved the turtles and ducks. The property did not have a grill as stated but we improvised. We enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property for the Cooper River Bridge Run. It was convenient to the Convention Center and was easy driving downtown. This house was very clean, was stocked with everything we needed and instructions were clear. I couldn't easily find one of the documents that was sent to me with instructions about the door code but called Gretchen. She was so polite and quickly let me know the code so we could go in upon checkin. The back pond was a gorgeous setting to unwind (and take a long nap) after the race. We enjoyed seeing the many turtles and ducks. We were supposed to be a group of 6 but ended up being 4. If we were the full 6, it still would have been very comfortable as each bedroom had private bathrooms and there was ample space to lounge downstairs. It was walking distance to a cool brewery and gas stations. Overall, the house was great and we would definitely stay there again!

The location was perfect and the house was lovely. The tubs were dirty, but after a phone call, the issue was resolved. Not quite the waterfront property we had hoped for. Yes, the property is on the water, but what the pictures don’t show is an asphalt plant on the other side of the lake. It is still a nice home though.

My first vrbo experience ever...and boy was i nervous. Lol I was so pleased! This place was spotless and had everything! Even a keurig for my morning coffee. The kids LOVED the cozy back deck... All the birds and turtles that came to visit. The host was very kind and responsive to questions. A big thanks for making our trip go so smoothly!

We really enjoyed the water view while staying at this very comfortable townhome in North Charleston. The wildlife was so much fun to watch, turtles, fish, birds and a gorgeous red stripped cat that lives close by. We had no issues checking in or out, and found the accommodations to be exactly what we needed for the long weekend. We would definitely stay there again!

We were in town for a dance competition at the performing arts center/coliseum. Location was sooo convenient for travel to dance comp. We loved feeding the turtles everyday. Place was clean, and how it’s described. Check in/out was easy and Verge was very responsive.

Worked well for our needs. Condo does need updating (finishes, painting, flooring, decor) Location near fueling station so truck traffic starts around 5:00am. Also in a flight pattern. Might be challenging if you are a light sleeper. Downtown Charleston was about 15-20 minutes

My daughter was in a wedding on Memorial Day in Charleston. Most places where booked and to expensive to stay in downtown Charleston so I looked outside that area and found this townhouse. Nice townhouse in an area that had shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. My grandkids had a blast feeding the turtles and ducks( first thing we did in the morning and last thing we did before they went to bed). Verge was extremely nice and returned my phone calls right away. Our stay was very nice.

This was a comfortable stay for us and our grown children. Check in with the door code was super simple. It was great having 3 comfortable rooms with each having their own bathroom. They offered many things to make the stay comfortable like toiletries, laundry detergent and condiments. The decor and bedding is very dated. I wish I had brought my own bedspreads. I feel like this was a great value for the space and bathrooms. This was a easy trip into Charleston and to Folly beach and Mt. Pleasant.
