Bom

A localização é muito boa, nao é literalmente beira mar, mas é ok pra ir andando em grupo sem problemas. Tem mercadinhos, padarias, banco, de tudo ao redor, inclusive um museu na rua de trás. O quarto tem um bom tamanho e temos um bom espelho, da janela podemos ver o Cristo e para os religiosos deve ser muito bom. O café da manhã é muito bom com bastante variedade de itens mas que nao mudam de um dia pro outro, poderiam mudar ao menos o sabor dos bolos e opções de suco. As frutas sao bem variadas e também tem opção já na salada, frios, doces. Pedimos alguns lanches no restaurante e estavam impecáveis com o preço bem acessível, vale mais a pena do que comer nas hamburguerias ao redor. A maioria dos funcionários são muito simpáticos nos trataram super bem.

Pedimos por um check out tardio e eles cobram meia diária por apenas 4h a mais, depois desse período cobram uma diária completa. Nem todas as camas sao confortáveis, as molas ficam bem aparentes e causam desconforto. Não há secadores de cabelo no quarto como estavam dizendo aqui no booking. Nosso quarto era no nono andar e o elevador vai apenas até o 8 kkkkk Os elevadores são bem pequenos então evite malas grandes.

Buen Alojamiento

La pieza amplia, buen restaurant, cerca de calles con comercio y playa, personal de recepción muy atentos, el señor que atiende el restaurante en la tarde noche muy amable siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

El personal del desayuno muy malos, como si estuvieran haciendo un favor, no interactuan con los clientes, ni un buenos días, solo mueven la cabeza. El aire acondicionado hay que renovarlos por unos más modernos que no suene tanto.

Dirty room in a great location - Left and Requested Refund

The staff in the lobby/reception were okay.

The only thing I really look for in a room is that it's clean, safe, and comfortable. It takes a lot for me to be so dissatisfied that I'll leave a place early and go somewhere else but that's what happened here. I left and asked for a refund for the remaining days. - The room had not been cleaned before. There was a clump of hair on the floor. Food crumbs on the desk. After requesting cleaning. More hair was found elsewhere. I had the feeling the sheets were not changed but cannot prove this. - After the second night, the Hotel told me I had to change to another room. I didn't fully understand why but it seemed to be for some renovation purposes. This was a big inconvenience as I had already unpacked my bags (since I was planning to stay for 1 week). No concessions or compliments or apologies were offered. - I was told it was the exact same type of room but it was smaller (1st room was a triple, 2nd was a double - I had only paid for a double so this is not a major issue, just inaccurate information from the front desk). - The sheets were too small for the beds and constantly came un-tucked. I needed to wake up several times in the night to fix the sheet so not to be sleeping on the mattress, which is unhygienic. - There was no "ironing facility" in the room as listed in the description. To iron my clothes, I was not permitted to take the iron and board to my room, instead, I was told to bring my clothes downstairs and directed to a staff utility room at the back of the hotel. - The A/C was excessively noisy. It sounded like an engine in the room making it very difficult to sleep with A/C comfortably. - "Free Toiletries" = 2 bars of hand soap - No Radio, Alarm Clock, - as listed in the description.
