We look forward to booking here every year. Great set up and we love the location. Minutes from great food. We love that there is always something fresh baked and awaiting our arrival. Cant wait till next year.

This is a great house with plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out. It’s fully stocked with kitchen essentials, toiletries, towels, linens and extra blankets. Our group has stayed twice and have reserved it again!

This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway! Rachel's communication was superb from beginning to end. This home was in an excellent location for us as our wedding reception was at The Barn just north of town. Rachel's home is very clean and neat and had everything that we needed. We ran out of time this weekend to take in all the sights/activities that Prairie du Chien has to offer. I will definitely return to Rachel's home for our next visit!

My husband and I were in town for a family reunion and we booked Rivertown Getaway for the weekend. We enjoyed having the extra space it provided. We liked being able to have a full kitchen for meals that we chose to eat there rather than out. The bed was very comfortable and everything was just as it said in the information. It was perfect for us! Thanks Rachel! We will rebook in the future!

Rachel was easily reachable and timely in her responses, the house was clean and comfortable, has a well-stocked kitchen if you want to cook and is within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the river. Thanks for the great stay!

Rachel was very responsive through the check-in process. We were welcomed with a loaf of home-baked pistachio bread and a bottle of wine from a winery across the river. The home was very clean, updated, and had great decor. The location was perfect for our trip! Thank you!

From start to finish, Rachel was awesome! She thought of everything! The home was spotless and had plenty of extra pillows, bedding, towels. We had a group of 11 ranging in age from 11 to 79. Everyone was comfortable and we enjoyed our time together so very much! We will definitely book again! Thank you Rachel for treating us like family!

This house worked perfectly for a get-together of 8 friends! It was very clean, towels and blankets were very well-stocked, and the spacious dining room and table were absolutely perfect! The best part is that it's walking distance to St. Feriole Island and to unique shops. Rachel was SUPER responsive whenever I had a question. I would 100% stay at her house again if I'm ever in Prairie du Chien!

The house is nicely redone and very well supplied. 6 of us stayed and had no complaints about anything. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning works great, plenty of areas to sit and hang out, walking distance to downtown. All around great place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Very cute updated older home with special perks! Owner left a plate of muffins, lots of pillows and blankets, and was very prompt at returning any messages. Check in was easy and access to various things to do in Prairie du Chien and McGregor was perfect. Noted quite a bit of traffic near house and water pressure in shower was low but we had a nice relaxing stay. Thanks!

This is a great property. Awesome location. The bottle of wine was a nice touch! The owner was there watering flowers outside one afternoon and she was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. Highly recommend.
