Alojamiento perfecto para una escapada a la capital

Camas muy cómodas y buena insonorización al exterior

El baño tenía bañera y el acceso era algo incómodo.

El desayuno muy bien, lo q no gustó es como las o la camarera desde el primer y segundo día la habitación. toco solicitar en la noche cuando regresabamos al hotel papel higiénico, suministro de café azúcar y leche porque no lo reponian...nosotros no volveríamos allí gracias..el personal de recepción excelentes , la almohada de la 3a. cama muy mal le quedaba pequeña

Nice stuff, good cleaning and breakfast.

They say they don't booked any money in advance on booking app but actually they do. They have no menu for the minibar in the room. It say only "eat me and drink me" on the fridge door and when you check out you have a lot of money to pay. Many drinks from the minibar where fake, I mean beers bottles with water inside. Maybe so because of the previous tourists but they should check before. The rooms are small but comfortable.

Świetny hotel w centrum Madrytu!

Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum, wszędzie było blisko. Hotel znajduje się w bocznej uliczce co sprawia, że nocą można odpocząć od zgiełku. Śniadania bardzo dobre i rozmaite, restauracja hotelowa również serwowała świetne posiłki i dobre wino. Personel bardzo miły, przyjazny i pomocny.

A great hotel to visit Madrid and to relax while enjoying the city.

The location was great. The room was comfortable and supplying us with robes was a nice addition.

There wasn’t anything to dislike about the property.

Buena ubicación y buena vista, a pesar de cierto olor

Las habitaciones que dan al frente con balcón son espaciosas y el desayuno incluye productos Gluten free

En la entrada hay por momentos olor a cloaca, algo que se repite en el barrio.

room way too small. very odd shape. bed +1 meter at each side. had to reorder the place in order to open my luggage which was only possible under the desk. darkish and dusty room. ridiculous for the price I paid.

The staff were nice and helpful. There was always cold fruit water when you entered the hotel. In the room, the air-conditioning was very good, and the room was very comfortable :)

Nice but could have been better.

The location is really great and convenient. The metro is around the corner, you can walk to most sites as well. A few streets over there are a ton of stores and restaurants. The staff was nice.

Cleanliness, I found foreign hair in the shower, toilet and bed. I also found a used band aid behind the door. The shower has visible mold all around and rotting wood at the base. I was out most of the room majority of the time, so I managed.

Comfortable hotel in the center of Madrid.

The location is excellent, as was the breakfast buffet. The room had a lot of natural light and the windows and door all worked . The beds were comfortable and had electric plugs next to them. I liked the treats and water in the room when we checked in. Both elevators worked. Windows and door to terrace provided cross ventilation. The staff were always helpful.

Older people have trouble climbing into the tub/shower, even with a grab handle. Also, the terrace requires climbing a high step to access it, difficult for older people. The floor was not cleaned regularly. I spilled some crumbs that I could not pick up by hand, and it took 2 days for the bathroom floor to be cleaned.

Location is excellent close to Gran Via and central Madrid

The bedroom was small and cramped and badly designed. As a 4 star hotel I would expect proper cups and complimentary water or coffee that could be made in the room. There were plastic takeaway cups only The TV only had Spanish channels and no international news channels which I would expect for a 4 star city hotel used to business travellers. The shower head in the bathroom wasn't working properly and the water was tepid There was a broken door seal in the bathroom The room wasn't properly cleaned
