Very good

We stayed off season, there were almost no other guests, so we probably didn't get the right impression - but on the other hand the price would have been too high. We enjoyed the comfort of the room (we were given a larger room than we payed), especially the bathroom with the jacuzzi was fun. The view and the hotel surroundings are very pleasant. The food was excellent in comparison to other places we visited in and around Borovets.

The water in the swimming pool was a bit cold.

Great luxurious place nearby Sofia

Its a fabulous place to stay if you are into luxury and relax, the spa centre is amazing, so is the hotel in general, fantastic design with a lot of attention to detail.

Out of season, the offerings at the restaurant are very limited.

Wonderful place

The hotel is wonderful, extremely friendly staff, people do everything to make you happy, very clean, the food is delicious. Warm and cosy spa area, my son adored the swimming pool. There is also kids club with toys and entertainment. We will come back.

The only recommendation I have is for a second coffee machine for breakfast, it will make it more pleasant for the guests.

Probably the best hotel stay one can get in Borovets.

Everything was great, and the stuff leveradged our stay with free room upgrade, free parking and offered a free late check-out. Good swimming pool and spa, good food, close to slope, ski-lift, kids playground (3 min walk) and Borovets center (5 min walk).

Hard to find anything.

Fantastic/ welcoming and very very helpful

breakfast range excellent from fruit to yoghurt! from cold slices (salami) to scrambled eggs! booked a simple room but they gave each couple a suite! location: back drop of the hotel like in a dream! was just missing the snow (then it would have been like in FROZEN the movie!

If I had to make a comment about something,it would have been the cappuccino! It ought to have had an option with "without sugar"

The stuff on the reception was very helpful & polite. The SPA was very nice and well done .

The stuff in the restaurant wasn’t able to understand our order not in Bulgarian, not even in English. They spoke mainly Russian. Situation I found quite unprofessional. The main restaurant (a la carte) was mixed with the buffet one (the all inclusive) which also also find improper. They was a lot of delay on the dishes. The stuff in the lobby was also quite impolite and slow. The parking was not usable for the hotel guests and you need to manège with the people outside handling the municipal parking.

it’s location and it being the only hotel in the vicinity made it a very special place to be

some facilities such as the jacuzzi and heated pool and gym should be included and not pay separately for using them. This was kind of disappointing to say the least

Amazing stay

The apartment we stayed was perfect. It was quite large, very clean and with amazing view. The staff were with great attitude and very friendly, they did everything to make our stay special and they did. The place has great atmosphere. It is definitely a place to try. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again.

The restaurant was very nice, but the food wasn’t what I expected.

good location on the slopes and a pleasant stay

rooms are really big and the location is great. there is a bar in reception and the restaurant nice. if you head downstairs there’s a games style room with another bar which was great- it’s only open randomly though and doesn’t seem to be advertised at all! spa area is nice and has all the usual sauna etc. we had a lovely stay here!

there are no veggie options at all really in the restaurant- I got told pork was veggie when I asked on a few occasions. if you don’t eat meat, the options are pretty much just chips and salad

lovely stay in large spacious room, close to slopes and ski school

The room was so big my son referred to it as an apartment. ski school right under the hotel which was brilliant for dropping off my son for 1-1 lessons.
