breakfast and dinner was excellent and staff were very friendly, nothing was to much trouble for them. The breakfast selection was good .
The bedroom was very clean though a bit dated , no usb charging points so bring a plug to charge phones etc.

Its location was perfect and the reception area, drinking and breakfast areas were great.
The room’s bathroom facilities were dated and not in the best of condition, rust showing on metal items. There was also a continual bleep in the room. Couldn’t find the cause but it was continual and regular in evening and throughout the night. This did not help my sleep for the night, I had a very broken night. If the source could be found it will be better for the next person, I wouldn’t like them to have the same experience. Room 4

Lovely homely and clean hotel with quality through and through. Decent size room with king size bed and Juliet balcony. Great night's sleep and very comfortable. Breakfast is great with loads of choices.

Very nice golf area.
Standing in the queue to get breakfast in the morning, lounge area poor service.
To get to swimming pool you need to go to different building

Comfortable bed, really good english breakfast, staffs were nice. Loccation is nice with plenty space on parking place.
I was accommodated in room 150 and I had really heavy luggage on wheels. There was area where I have to use stairs. It could be problem for someone who is not strong enough. For me it was just a bit uncomfortable.

Good breakfast.
The room was a very long way from the reception with several lots of steps to pass. The bath had no handle to aid stepping out.

Had to wait when we arrived for staff to finish their conversation before acknowledging us. Booked two of the same rooms, yet our was tiny and our friends was more like a suite with living room area and separate bedroom. Unsure why the rooms were so different yet the same price! Bed was uncomfortable, room was very hot with aircon unit outside our window so very noisy all night! Wasn't very clean, around shower was mouldy, broken plug sockets and generally dated. We checked out after one night, we all barely slept and made our trip miserable.

Nice bright room with spacious & clean bathroom. Great pool, sauna, steam room & jacuzzi on site. It's a big venue so even with a lot of people it didn't feel busy.
The bar and restaurant staff need to come up with a better way for guests to order food. If you are going to direct customers away from the bar to a separate till to place food orders, someone needs to keep an eye on it so guests aren't left waiting around.

Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel grounds were pleasant and well maintained
Rubbish on floor when we first entered room, cobwebs in window area. On arrival there was space between the twin beds but the next day they had been pushed together and we had to ask a member of staff to separate them. Easy chair and table had to be moved to allow space to get into one of the beds. Only 1 shower gel & shampoo for 2 guests, needed to hunt for 2nd set of towels, refreshments not replenished. Car park surface poor with a number of potholes.

Food well presented and good.
All staff - reception and dining room extremely helpful.
Ambience welcoming and friendly
I have no criticism to make of the hotel.

it was convenient - close to motorway and Scunthorpe
unfortunately there was a wedding party of 250 guests and the noise they created made it impossible to eat in the hotel.
our bedroom was at the far end of the hotel on the second floor and the one lift was totally inadequate. we found the distance from reception to our room for an elderly couple was too far. if we book the hotel again we will make sure that the room is easier to reach.

The location, staff, and facilities were great. I’d say the rooms were getting a little tired compared to the reception and bar areas. We got given a room which wasn’t really for us and Claire on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and got us into a more suitable room which made our stay superb
Pool area lacking in space as was very crowded

Nothing all good
