The property was absolutely gorgeous! The staff was amazing and the Breakfast was truly delicious. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly and super attentive and helpful. I have a disability and I struggle with holding certain types of drink glasses so our waiter always had my daily juice or smoothie ready for me to drink on a “To Go” cup.
There’s is no issues or problems with this property.

Charming ambience and breakfast, but most of all, the wonderful staff. Also appreciated english spoken. Visitors will appreciate the Mexican hacienda style architecture, tiles, colors, artwork, and well maintained gardens. It created sanctuary in the heat of the day. Comfortable beds, gracias!
Room 25: the sliding bathroom door was broken, and did not operate. We did not use the smaller pool, as there was less shade. An umbrella needed perhaps? Some of the furnishings are showing their age… which adds to the charm, but not for everyone.

The check-in staff and restaurant staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The location was great, and the hotel itself is charming. We appreciated the secure parking.
The sheets on the bed were dirty. There was something dark and sticky on them. There were beer cans in the smaller pool on Saturday late afternoon. We pulled two out of the filter intake area.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were always on hand to help. It was a short walk away from Tlaquepaque where lots of food and culture are found. The pool was a lovely way to cool down from the heat. I will definitely return without doubt.

Staff was fabulous. (The evening staff member, Nicholas, was not only a wonderful gentleman, he also spoke French!). The pool was nice, breakfast was wonderful, our room had lots of space and the bed was comfortable.

charming, well decorated in the Mexicana style, 15 min walking dist to Tlaquepaque centro, quiet (mostly) bathroom fine, WiFi OK, beds medium comfort, parking good & secure, great staff & personnel, clean and comfortable. My daughter left a tablet and they called us before we went very far, so we could go back & retrieve it.
stairs - no elevators, lady in room above us walked at least 15 km in room clacking heels for hours (not really hotel’s fault) kept us up.
