The staff were nice and very helpful, very kindly changed the room. Good location. The TV had Netflix. I grasping at straws now.
The first room we were given had no natural light. This means no window or skylight. It was a large cupboard with a bathroom. The second bigger room had a leaking roof, leaking shower, intermittent hot water, hair in the bed and a floor so bad shoes had to be worn at all times. Basically this must have been a derelict property, turned into a hotel on the cheap. Such a pity the property had potential.

Muy colonial ,, y bonito .. tranquilo y cómodo
Un poco de humedad en el techo

Very run down and not at all like it was advertised. Location is about the only good thing I can say about this property
Shabby and run down old property. Room was terrible even though I chose an upgraded unit. Floor was dirty and walls are falling apart. 1” gap under the window I had to stuff a towel into to keep the mosquitoes out. Bathroom was dark and the ridiculous oversized tub was improperly installed as were the fixtures so water went all over the floor and there was an open sewer drain in the middle. Limited staff, no breakfast as promised at booking. Had to ask for a coffee and it was not good. Oh, and the bed was as hard as a slab of stone. Furthermore, when I wanted to leave after 2 days the management ignored my request for a refund for the remaining days even though I contacted Booking to help me cancel. Lesson learned, you will NEVER get a refund in Mexico. I will also never believe reviews- don’t know who these fools are who gave it a 9???

Staff were very friendly. Great location within steps of the main square. The room was very quiet.
It appears the hotel is in some kind of transition. The grounds were not very well maintained and it seemed as though things were not operating like a normal, busy hotel.

The property design is amazing, themed like a hacienda. Each suite is also individually themed which I think is a great concept. The room was exceptionally clean. David was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. The location is great just a few steps from the main plaza.
The shower in the garden suite seemed recently remodeled or repaired and it was noticeable since there was caulking on the tile wall and floor. Maybe bad craftsmanship. Other than that no complaints.

Some information was not accurate, examples they do not have transportation from the airport to the hotel, also their front desk never answer the phone.

I wasn’t able to stay there. There wasn’t any parking due to excessive crowds in the neighborhood,
The owner promised to refund the money due to the inability to stay there.
That never happened.

This place was in a great location for visiting Tlacapaque. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Our room was large and the bed was comfy, the water pressure was good. Our room looked out onto a grassy yard. We felt quite safe - the family is very nice.

the bed was very comfortable. the location was great. wifi and tv worked.
bathroom! the shower had no hot water (asked fd but no solution after being told to have it on for 10 seconds). water drained onto toilet area making puddles all throughout bathroom floors. bathroom was very uncomfortable overall.

Enjoy that's its close to center of Tlaquepaque.
Didn't like that there is no food service, when I got in late I had to order in. No comfortable seating and no lounge area.
A little background soft music would sooth the guests. No one in front yo greet you. Always have search for someone. I did love the quotations in the room.

Location (1 block away from church and zocalo)
Beauty shops and a lot of things to eat
Rooms are old fashioned decorated
Cheap (value for money)
Shower's hot watter not good. One minute is hot, the next minute is super cold, next minute hot again. Arggghhh

This hotel has an excellent location, just off the main square. Nice staff. Great toiletries.
My room could have been a little cleaner. Bathroom sink sprayed cold water everywhere. I always like a coffee maker

Location was excellent 2 minutes wander to the heart of Tlaquepaque with the vibrant square, shops and restaurants. Our room was large, and although our windows were on the street, traffic and foot noise was not intrusive.
The room, although huge, lacked a separate seating area - only the bed to sit on, despite being large enough for a sofa or lounge chairs. The bathroom was small, despite there being a large bath, everything else was squashed in and there was no room on the vanity to place personal items. My shower took a long time to heat, and then went cold again once I had soaped up, not a fun time trying to get clean in cold spray. Despite the room description saying there was a hairdryer, I had to go and ask for one, it was not in the room. there was also no safety deposit box in the room. Several things we expected from this website description were not available or provided. (no Sofa
no Desk or Seating Area, no easy access Socket near the bed, one of the bedside lamps did not work and despite asking, was not fixed or replaced, which made a dull room even duller. Check in was haphazard, we didn't feel like valued guests. Overall we did not feel this place lived up to our expectations.

location
flies, mosquitoes, no air conditioning.

The location was great, just a few steps from the main plaza
The hotel doesn’t have parking or a spot to unload your luggage so I stop on the street holding traffic, cars will honk at you while you do that and after that I drove around for ten minutes looking for parking ending up parking four blocks away😏

The history of the building and the time the host takes to explain
the room’s wooden door had se through spaces where you can see the outside even when door is locked and you can see inside from the outside. also had a no sleep night foul not bear the heat and the fan siding help. definitely needs an upgrade for the price you pay for room
