Everything about this property is divine!

The location, the tranquillity, the yoga and most definitely the extremely attentive, kind and happy staff. After my first stay two months earlier, this is now my home when in Ubud.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Ubud

Excellent location right by monkey forest with tons of excellent restaurants right outside the hotel. The staff is amazing especially Ibu Ari and Ibu Yunika - they went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The infinity pool there has some great views and the breakfast was decent as well. The rooms and bathrooms are pretty big - almost twice the size of our rooms in Paris. All in all this place is fantastic.

Drawbacks were: No great view - looking into a wall; some small flies at the breakfast buffet (but all food was covered, so no big issue)

Nice place to stay in central Ubud

Location is great, right in the center of Monkey Forest Road which is basically the main busiest road in town. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The room overall as well as the bathroom were both very spacious and comfortable which was good because it rained a LOT, and we were sick for some days, so we spent a ton of time in the room. The complimentary umbrellas for us to use to walk around town when it was raining was a huge bonus too. Laundry prices were very reasonable. Wifi worked well. Pool area was very nice. The room's large balcony was super nice too.

Unfortunately the restaurant here is not very good. Extremely average at best. Breakfast is included for everyone but it was so incredibly underwhelming that we went across the street to the Watercress restaurant for breakfast most mornings. Also I feel like the cost of this place is a bit too much for what you get, but Ubud is overpriced in general.

Our stay in Ubud always go with Komaneka but this time Komaneka rasa Sayang was a wonderful one.

Location Was wonderful and the cleanliness was awesome. Unfortunately weather was a bit cold could not swim but the room meets our expectation. The bathroom is clean and great.

Enjoyable stay in busy Ubud

Excellent location, beautiful spacious room, lovely gardens. Hotel staff were kind, and the breakfast options suit most people. Close to some great restaurants

The pool had a funny smell (or maybe that was the general area) and the decking was weathered and not well maintained.

Superb

Staff here make you feel right at home and nothing is too much trouble. It is 5mins from the busiest spot in ubud. Lots of nice touches to the room.

Musty smell in room, although I’m sure typical of such a dense forest area. It faded as we came in and out and aired out the space. They did offer to move us to a higher room with more sunlight but we didn’t end up taking them up on this. The cushions and bedding also smelt a little musty. Maybe an air purifier could assist?

Highlight accommodation for our stay in ubud

This was the third time we stayed at Komaneka and it didn’t disappoint, from the moment we walked in the door the staff were so accommodating and welcoming, the rooms are so beautiful, comfortable quiet and clean. You are in the heart of ubud but it’s peaceful.

AC did not work properly in either of our two rooms, limited number of lounge chairs around the pool, lack of any cable channels on TV, the balcony had no view at all but faced an ugly wall

Ok hotel, but don't book if you see expensive price as you will most probably not get the expected experience for the money spent. Hotel is clean, location is perfect to walk around Ubud with plenty of options around. Rooms are ok, beds comfy, bathroom big and nice to use, balcony was nice and spacious as well. Pool is as per pictures, looks and feels nice. Just as in most of places in Ubud - water is not that hot, not really a hotel fault 🙂

Its visible that hotel used to be a super great place years ago, however today it needs a serious refresh to be in line with price asked for the stay. Breakfast, well, yes, you get the food, but as per other reviews, this is not as you would expect in Bali and to be honest, some days I was thinking we dont we go for breakfast to one of amazing places around the hotel for just 150k and get the amazing breakfast instead of that thing you get in hotel. Spa in hotel - overpriced ghost ship. +/-600k for 1hr Balinese manage with a service really not worth it. Massage was good, but the facilities and feeling being alone in the whole floor of Spa, well, thats something.. Personnel, got smiley on the 3rd day of our stay, especially at breakfast - first 2 days limited smile, then something changed and we got a personal touch and a good Balinese experience, though, not the food itself.

Great location and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were attentive and checked if they could clean the room when you were leaving which meant it was always clean by the time we returned which was lovely. the complimentary cookies were delicious!

The pool was beautiful and a decent size, but there were only around 10 sun beds around it and people who stayed there all day, so difficult to find a seat to lounge by the pool and dry off after a swim.
