Loved. We had a pair of expensive headphones lost in room. Everything else was perfect.
Following up on missing item from room. Some confusion.

Lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Water taxi right at the door for a very quick trip into town no wiring about car parking. Lovely food with great GF options. Lake View best option stunning view of the Lake.
View of Lake, beautiful food options and lovely staff

Everything was so accomodating, the staff were very professional and kind- always looking to see how they can assist and just went above and beyond. The breakfast was fantastic, I would recommend getting the breakfast option if you can and even better- the view! It was gorgeous watching the sun rise and fall on the snowy mountains of October. They even gave us a bottle of wine and chocolate for our anniversary
Nothing!

Comfortable, large room. Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent concierge services.
Spa experience disappointing. It's quite a way out of town, but you need a car to be staying at this hotel anyway, so no big deal at the end of the day,

Property was very cosy and well positioned.
The rooms seems a little dated

It’s along the lake that’s about it
Wasn’t clean wasn’t what I was expecting

Bath, view, room looked great, staff were nice and professional, great facilities, free water and hot chocolate provided, room service was good, having a ferry just outside the hotel was amazing(when it was available)
Room was well sound proofed but there was quiet banging at night and morning from other guests, some minor spots on walls were not cleaned, location is not always the easiest to get to with public transportation (ferry and bus nearby don't come that often, long walk to frankton bus terminal)

The pool was great people nice rooms clean
My parents were not happy they couldn't watch TV from there bed after there long flight .also had rung room service to have some things brought up to there room an no one came . The rooms had no information on what was available also the rooms could have come with a knife and saucer for there supper hence needing the room service that never arrived .

Welcome was pleasant. Did feel very rushed despite being the only one being checked in. Wasn’t told about any of the hotels services except about the buffet which of course was extra. The reception need to inform all guests about parking, the restaurant including the room service menu, the boat that takes you over to the city centre (also the price for that has gone up significantly since 2021)
The buffet is well worth the money & a great start to the day. The bathroom was a decent size. Bed was super comfy but not so much the pillows.
Wasn’t told that the parking entrance had changed from being inside (and connected the two hotels) had changed to having to walk outside between the two hotels. The light switch for the bathroom isn’t located in the bathroom, but instead by the switches used for the lights above the bed - absolutely useless. The lighting in the bathroom, again useless, not at all bright enough.

Hotel is outdated and is definitely not a 5 star hotel.
Location.

The decor and furniture is looking a bit tired.

The facilities were great.
It isn’t that close to town centre

Beautiful clean and reasonably priced

Really liked the fireplace and view, bed was very comfy.
The robes were old and shabby, the towels were a bit thin, hand soap was missing but was sorted, tissues had not been replenished before stay. The door was easy to hear neighbouring guests through as they entered and exited which was very loud

Great facilities
Our room was not fully made over each day only the bed was made but coffee and milk was not restocked each day

The resort was lovely. The room was great, loved the fireplace and we had a lovely view. The breakfast was great too.
Without a car we had to rely on the taxi/ferry to make our way to Queenstown. A return trip on the ferry cost $40 (2ppl with a Bee card) the times the ferry ran during the week was also limited so if we went out at night we had to rely on another mode of transportation.

Food was good and staff very friendly and helpful
Bed was too hard

Excellent location if you like a beautiful stroll/ run into Town.
The best massage we've ever had.
Huge bathroom. And great facilities.
The room was presentable. However,
It didn't feel luxurious.
Good value for money and would stay again.

This is probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we have travelled extensively worldwide great value for money. One of the most extensive breakfast buffet's ever with loads of choice for hot and cold food. Loved our suite complete with gas fire superb extra large bathroom with 2 sinks large bath and extra large shower with rainforest shower head super hot water and great water pressure. All the staff were super happy and always very helpful and cheerful with lovely smiles. Location excellent with stunning scenery all around and lovely clear fresh air to breathe. Easy 20 mins stroll to the local shopping centre. Stacks restaurant had the largest serve of fish n chips I have ever had.. on site cafe also provided the hottest cappuccino just the way I like it. We stayed 3 nites and opted to be green which entitled us to 6 drinks vouchers for our stay as an added bonus. Easy 5 min drive from the airport for about a $30 uber depending on time of day. If you only had carry on baggage you could walk it leisurely in just under 25 mins. Would definitely stay again.
Only a small issue but maybe say after 5.00pm the fire pit area should really be adults only without families with very small screaming children who just want to run around and jump on the furniture being allowed in this area.

Comfy bed, spacious bathroom and nice lake view. It's close to the Deer Park Heights and 15min drive to the Queenstown center. Ferry to the town is available at every 1-2hours from 8am to 5pm ($14/person, one way) - we drove all the time and hence didn't try the ferry.
Not much. Open area carpark costs NZD 16 per day. The entrance and the drive-through to drop off luggage was poorly designed.

Excellent service and staff.
No complaints - we liked everything!

Modern,and great location
Breakfast was not that good lots of options taken and a long wait for top up
4.1
The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to assist . The hotel supplied a shower chair to accommodate an injury and discounted vouchers for breakfast which was plentiful.
The entrance to the hotel was concealed by the scaffolding around the building undergoing renovations so not so easy to locate . This will not be a problem once the Reno’s are completed

The lake view residence was great view when you look out through balcony and the faculty is great but you will easily get lost.
The great customer service and buffer breakfast

Beautiful place to stay, even got an upgrade for a discounted price as it was a special trip for my partner and I. The view from the deluxe room was phenomenal, bed was super comfy. Tried out the pool area too which was relaxing. Overall an amazing stay
Very few free parking spots available. For the price you pay to stay you would think free parking would be included but unfortunately we had to pay $16 a day/night (24hour period) to park. The outdoor parking even filled up one night so we had to park all the way up the hill and walk 10 minutes to the hotel! Only downfall of staying here though.

Everything from customer service right up to leaving they were amazing 🤩
4.1
Excellent view of sunrise
Location from the town centre. Signage to the main entrance. Restricted space for maeuvering the car in front of the main entrance to drop off baggage and passengers.
4.1
Location was nice overlooking the river
Service wasn’t good. Pillows way too soft. Lighting in the room is very poor.
4.1
Booked a lake room and upgrade to one with a spa pool which was nice. Used this daily and the temperature was perfect. Room had a lovely view, beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The servicing of the rooms were quick and there was little disruption. Coffee machine was a big bonus for my husband! Room service was easy to order via the QR code and wad delivered quickly and the food was nice. Also ate in the restaurant and had a delicious steak dinner and dessert. The option to have valet parking was awesome. The service was great too with everyone we dealt with.
The pillows were very soft but the hotel was accommodating and provided us with an additional two pillows. The place is a little dark and dated. These wouldn't stop me from coming back though.
4.1
Staff were so friendly and helpful, the view was amazing, so many great facilities like on site restaurant, hot pool, swimming pool, spa, bar etc free bottled water was nice!
Would have liked a bit of a mini bar in room and sub ports in the walls
