Parking was free, apartment was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Heating worked well.
Lighting is dim above bar table. The shelf is not necessary to install there and covered the lights.
Not enough details show in the booking.com. Such as the view, level of the apartment and etc.

There was no parking. Nowhere to load or unload vehicles. Very few tv channels. Restaurants in nearby hotel were closed on the Sunday night.

Location
The apartment was tired, broken door fittings, blown lights, stains on the carpet, leaking in the main bathroom, no milk in the fridge, rang and emailed for assistance no replies to emails, phoned and was told they would bring milk to the room.. didn't happen

Gas fire didn’t work

Parking was a problem. The parking provided was not close nor easy to find. The second car had to be parked on the road above which was some distance away and very inconvenient if you had luggage or groceries.

Spacious, quiet location
Water taxi cut off times to get back to apartment ate a little early

Big and spacious, two ensuite and separated bathrooms. Two outdoor spaces, beds are comfortable.
Kitchen and laundry were terrible, like it has never being cleaned, washing machine were full of mould and disgusting. Cooktop were pretty oily and bathroom smell mouldy . Parking was the biggest issue, we have to walk all the way uphill to get back to the apartment, like big hills for 10 minutes. The apartment itself doesn’t have parking, you have to park in Hilton and walk up to the apartment.

location was fine that’s it
no milk in the fridge when you arrive, for this kind of money or less than this you are greeted with nice bottle of Champaign but nothing to be found, not enough soap, shampoo, no conditioners, not enough other consumables, very short supply for 4 nights stay, dish washer liquid / tabs not provided for second run, plenty of essentials missing.

Good location, good view and quiet
Wish car parking was off street atleast. Neverthless it was 50 to 100m away and nice stroll..

The location with very good. Apartment is nice but not clean. It was very quiet.
The apartment was let down by the lack of cleanliness.
There was no dishwashing liquid. Dishwasher was broken.
There was no parking card as stated - we called the number provided for assistance but
we received a text saying “I will call you later” So we had to figure out where to park. Later we found out that
there was no parking on site - parking was provided but it was a quite away away at the Hilton
at the bottom of the hill. We parked on the main road as it was much closer.
We stay for 5 nights - there was no change of towel - we washed and dried our towels ourselves.
There was a warning about using the allocated rubbish bags provide otherwise you would get charged - only 2 small bags were provided.
There was no hot water the first day we stayed - the whole family had very cold showers. At this point we tried to look for alternative accommodation.

Having a washing machine in the apartment.
The furniture were old and worn out. The oven was not working. The safe was locked. We informed the staff but received no reply.
8.0 / 10.0
Quiet location, with lake/mountain views.
Spacious and comfortable rooms.
We didnt have our own personal parking which was inconvenient (disabled parking in front of our apartment) - however it appears one of the neighbours parked in it, even though we were not allowed to?
Was suprised the accomodation lacked a few amnetities (or we struggled to locate them i.e hair dryer, dishwashing liquid)
6.0 / 10.0
was warm
we booked accommodation at last minute, room wasn't available, no reception, couldn't contact anyone for help, rang listed number and would get disconnected. found some people with linen bags who where going to clean our room and get it ready who explained what was happening.
In the mean time we where waiting outside in the cold, no knowing what was happening.
dishes where filthy and required washing, limited supply of dish washing liquid, poor lighting
walls where rough, marked, scratched, worn
