Very comfortable bed. Fantastic views. The accommodation was very simple and everything worked as it should. Very good value for money indeed.

Nothing! Bathroom and kitchen were utilitarian but it all worked very well.

Most enjoyable although it rained!

View was amazing. Sasha was very friendly and helpful. The room itself looked a little ‘tired’. The kitchen cupboards were old. Parts in need of a refresh although furniture, bed. etc, we’re comfortable.

Very nice and would stay there again.

The place is a in need of some maintenance but was clean and comfortable. Also the views were amazing and it was private and quiet.

As mentioned it could use some maintenance and a few upgrades but it's positives made it worth the stay.

View was main reason for booking and didn’t disappoint

View is superb. All rooms have a sea view Staff were brilliant. Sasha was so friendly and helpful at check in

Fab location

The view and the space on balcony sold the property to us when we booked. Sacha, the lady who checked us in was very professional and super friendly!!!

The property needs a little TLC, especially the bathroom.

Nice place to relax, enjoy the view and get a good nights sleep.

Beautiful view from above the beach and bay. Nice balcony facing the sun. Quiet location. Nice kitchen for breakfast or any other meals. The host was very friendly.

The room was a little dated. It is a 5 minute drive to the main strip in Paihia.

Loved the location and views over the bay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, apartment was clean and well appointed .a very quiet area at night and ample free parking

Great views overlooking the bay. Lovely host who was always willing to help. Loved the privacy of our unit and the native birds. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

lovey place and would definitey stay here again.

The views were amazing. The apartment was very spacious and well maintained. With a car, it is pretty close to the city centre area.

The oven did not seem to work but other than that everything was perfect.

Perfect winter getaway with an amazing view and good sized rooms

Absolutely loved our stay here! - comfy bed, and all the facilities you could need. - great location, close to Paihia and an amazing view over the bay - Plenty of good walking nearby, as well as other activities.

The kindness of the host. The magnify view to the bay, and a comfortable bed. The retreat is a really peace full place, so relaxing and quiet. we spend a lovely family time.

The view. A great location near to Paihia but far enough away to be quiet. The view. The smart TV that I could plug my media player in to (why do some places disable the HDMI plug??). Did I mention the view?? And lovely owner who was great. And the view.

A superb oasis to get some work done and recharge the batteries looking at the view.

Amazing view, peaceful location, quality linen, nice decor, friendly and helpful manager and staff.

The apartment unfortunately had had a smoker in it. As a non-smoker I found this unpleasant, but overall it was a great find and I'll stay again.

Very fair experience for what you pay for.

The view is fantastic. Price is good.

The facilities were old and not that clean. Bed was not very comfortable. Doesn’t have a bed side power outlet.
