Property is beautiful but wifi doesn’t work properly so had major issues while we had meetings. We had to go to the cafe next door and work. Despite complaining about this nothing was done. Other than beautiful property and great location and great staff
The wifi connection is pathetic

The Villa was cleaned perfectly by the cleaners everyday. Thank you team.

location is good on pererenan beach, walkable to beach and restaurants.
does not look like pictures at all, the towels were dirty.

Very spacious, 3 very large bedrooms all en suite.
The pool was huge great for swimming lengths.
Staff were really friendly. Breakfast is nice.
There were no steps to get in and out of the larger section of the pool, which is about 5 feet deep. There are steps in the smaller section of the pool but to get from there to the larger pool you have to swim underwater under a concrete pathway - not ideal.
The mattresses on the garden furniture are old and dirty, definitely need replacing!

Do not stay here. It is dirty, and the owners are unresponsive to customer needs and requests. They do not share photos of the toilet and bathroom for a reason, they are stained and yellow.
We stayed in another villa in Ubud for one week before this villa with no issues - everything was perfect. After a couple days in Kutus Kutus villa, I started to develop marks all over my body. They would get worse after each night sleeping in the bed - an obvious sign of bed bugs. The floors had bugs all over them as pictured. When we made a complaint about the marks on my body and the bed, we were advised that it would be cleaned with brand new sheets. The claimed new, changed sheets were yellow, stained and with evident brown stains (squished bugs). At this point, given the unacceptable service and cleanliness of the Villa, we booked a flight home and requested a refund for the remainder of the booking. We left the villa (and provided evidence of our flights to the Villa) on 25 December 2022 even though we were meant to stay till 2 January 2023. We have been trying to contact the Villa since this time and they are ignoring our messages and calls. They refuse to give us a refund and have not once apologised for this experience. Disregard any excuse they may provide as a response to this review - prior to this we mentioned we had a family emergency due to the storms in Melbourne however it was less serious than first communicated so we decided to continue our stay until the above events started occurring. This review only let us post 4 photos, please see google drive link for more images to evidence the above before you decide to book with this Villa - including photos of the room, bed, body bites and ignored messages and calls by Villa management - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/18NcMIoLssKXfyiacjNlnjlxPOJocugOP

The staff were very helpful and assisted us checking in quite late at night. The pool was clean and the villa was nice and private. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed.

The property had 2 larger bedrooms, large pool, massage tables in villa, next door to an amazing restaurant.
Very close to raid and. wry noisy. was not cleaned to standard in bathrooms. very far out of main canngu. quite run down in parts needs lots of maintenance. big price tag for what you get. staff accused us of taking a glass and then made me pay $5.00 for 1 glass. subsequently found the glass and apologised. staff were not at the property at check in even thought it was hours after check in time. very hard to get in contact with them and had to wait around outside the villa for over 45 minutes.

The staff entered into the villa in the middle of the day, without permission, when one of the guest was just going out of the shower naked.

staff, location, very spacious villa. suitable for groups and families. would recommend to others and would stay here again.
Few maintenance issues but these were fixed ASAP

HUGE AND LUXURIOUS!! THE POOL. The design and decor absolutely love the frames. The location is good however the villa is next door to a Horse sanctuary but thankfully I couldn’t smell any manure. The woods cafe brand new is fantastic for breakfast and next door to that is a laundry service.
We were a couple in a huge villa cause we love space. The workers quarters were right outside the villa so every time you go out you would come across 3-4 workers outside. The curtains in the bottom rooms were a very odd faded purple colour that did not match the white decor but the room upstairs had a beautiful white curtain that should be in all rooms. I feel like the drinks and noodles should have been complimentary. The bathroom sink needs fixing as it splashed up into our face when I turned the rap on but there was another sink we used.

fabulous location situated right at the Pererenan / canggu shortcut , stones throw from woods cafe and other great cafes
service is very attentive and they tried their best to quickly respond and fix things I wasn’t so happy about
some parts of the villa was quite run down. some parts were really dirty like dead worms and bug behind curtains .
toilet pipes smelt bad and had flies lingering in there (even my two year old son was saying to me there is a bad smell)
also the flush was leaking out water
I’ve stayed in cheap and cheerful places but knew what I was expecting.
but this place costed 150e a night in bali so we should
be expecting better quality and value for money.
if it was 70-80e a night perhaps we could accept that
I have to give the team credit for fixing things asap when I highlighted the issues.
overall - great location, private pool and nice comfy bed etc but some rough bits like the bathroom needs to be cleaned and sized
I cannot fault the staff service though - rapid response to feedback in fixing things , but i should have to face these things from the beginning ….

everything was exceptional

Good shuttle service from villa.
Bathroom was exceptional.
- the power and water supply cut off multiple times during the day. Then it was discovered that the swimming pool pump couldn't support the electricity supply. Hence the disconnection of electricity and water supply. So, we were not able to use the swimming facility in our villa as the pool had to be constantly kept off.
Breakfast was not good.
Bedroom aircon was not working well. The temp measured 30 degrees, while the bathroom aircorn measured 18 degrees. Hence, they told us to keep the bathroom door open to have some aircon in the bedroom. However, it was still very warm in the bedroom.

We loved the beautiful pool, the spacious, modern and clean interior and the peaceful vibe at Kutus Kutus Villa.
We were given multiple fresh water bottles everyday, coconuts on arrival, a fruit bowl and Indonesian snacks free of charge. Free transfers to echo beach available daily and Wayan organised a scooter to hire for the week within 10 minutes of checking in!
The team leader, Wayan, was absolutely fantastic and made our stay incredible. Nothing was a bother for Wayan. He even went to the trouble of driving us to the airport on his day off.
The other hosts, Wahid and Kadeck were also great and made us feel very welcome.
We definitely will return to stay at Kutus Kutus Villa next year during our yearly trip to beautiful Canggu.
Nothing - it was perfect thanks to Wayan and his team.
