Prachtige locatie op het eiland! Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar.

Prijs kwaliteit voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen. Achterstallig onderhoud en weinig sfeer in de accommodatie.

Studio au dessus de la mer avec magnifique terrasse

Emplacement à 5 min de voiture de Philipsburg. Edgar est un très bon hôte. Il donne des infos et est facile d'accès via Whatsapp

A great place to visit the Dutch side of the island !

A cute apartment with a deck facing the wild coast of the Caribbean. It is situated in a residential neighbourhood about 3km from the boardwalk in Philipsburg. A 3 km hiking trail to Guana bay is very close by. Edgar was easily accessible and made good suggestions.

A great place to stay if you want to get away from the noise of the town.

The patio had a beautiful view of the sea. The sound of the waves was very soothing. Our host was extremely helpful and friendly.

The location requires you to be with a car. If I did't mind being car dependent I would have given it a 10.

The localization was great! The guest was very friendly. The space was great.

There was no TV. Some insects in the kitchen.

Amazing views, right at the ocean!

What a view! Loved staying here, enjoyed the sound of the waves and the ocean right outside. Very relaxing. You can take a walk into town or to the natural pool in about 20min. Edgar was very accommodating! Will definitely come back!

The apartment was amazing, the view is breathtaking. So nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Hot shower with good pressure, kitchen was well equiped for cooking and the couch was confy. AC in the rooms worked great and the breeze in the living area was refreshing, so no need for AC there. Quiet neighborhood and a shared terrasse by the water with loungers and cute mood lightning at night. Lots of room for our stuff and clothing as well. But our highlight was our host Edgar, he was so great! He gave us clear advise on where to go on the island (even after we left his apartment) and even offered us rides to the city when we did not have our car. He was really accommodating and made our trip better. Thank you so much ♥

No direct access to swim in the sea, apartment is a little bit far from everything (20-30 min walk to the grocery store and restaurants) so you def need a car.

Relaxing Condo On the Water

The corner apartment was amazing. Right on the ocean, with a balcony and hammock overlooking the water. The area was quiet and safe, only 10-15 mins from most attractions. At night, there was no noise except the lapping of the ocean. The host was very kind, helpful and amenable.

Nice hiking opportunities and beautiful ocean shore view. If you like the sound of waves hitting the cliffs this is the place for you. Very easy going, friendly and welcoming host.

No direct and easy water access.
