Déçu

Cadre mignon

Nous y étions pour être proche de l’aéroport. Hélas le soir où nous sommes arrivées il y avait une fête privée dans l’établissement mais les lieux n’était pas privatisés et donc particulièrement bruyants. Or nous recherchions un cadre calme et paisible pour notre dernière nuit sur l’île. De plus l’isolation de notre petite cahute était vraiment très sommaire car nous entendions absolument tout de nos voisins du dessus. La propreté du lieux était passable.

Tiszta szívvel ajánljuk mindenkinek, hiszen a szívünkbe zártuk a helyet :)

Sokkal jobb hely, mint gondoltam, vagy mint, amit az előzetes értékelések alapján feltételeztem (pedig az értékelések is nagyon jókat mondtak). Nagyon kedvesek a házigazdák, családias az egész közeg. Péntek és szombat este élőzenés vacsora volt, ami viszonylag elég hamar egy fantasztikus hangulatú éneklős-táncos estébe ment át. Úgy éreztük magunkat, mintha egy nagy családi fiestába csöppentünk volna. Abszolút felejthetetlen esték :) De kezdve az elején; 2 órát késett a gép, és így elég későn 21.30 - 22.00 körül érkeztünk csak meg a szállásra. A szállásadó mégis kedvesen fogadott, még szobát is választhattunk, hogy melyik tetszik jobban. :) Hiába volt késő, vacsorát is főztek még nekünk, sőt fejenként 1-1 üveg vizet is kaptunk éjszakára, aminek pláne örültünk, hiszen vásárolni se volt időnk. Nagyon hangulatos a kerthelyiség, a szobák, az egész hely, ráadásul a parkoló is szép nagy (számunkra ez is szempont volt). Nagyon jó helyen is van a szállás, csendes egyirányú utcában, abszolút semmi zaj nem jön sehonnan. Kellően távol van mindentől és mégis mindenhez közel. A reptér kb 20 perc, strandok kb 30 perc. Még egészen északra (Santa Cruz) is kb másfél óra az út. Ugyan mi nem töltöttünk sok időt a szálláson, mert egész nap a szigetet jártunk, de minden reggel és este nagyon kedvesen fogadtak bennünket és apróbb beszélgetésekbe is elegyedtünk. :) Igazi házigazdaként folyamatosan figyelt az igényeinkre, azonnal észrevette, ha kérni vagy kérdezni szerettünk volna valamit. Csak alátámasztani tudom a más értékelésekben is említett családias közeget, olyan tipikusan kedves olaszos/spanyolos a hozzáállásuk, ami nekünk nagyon nagyon jól esett. :) Sőt, nem csak hogy a házigazdáknak, de mindenkinek, akivel ott találkoztunk, legyen szó pincérről, a zenekarról vagy épp vendégről. Mi biztosan őket választjuk, ha legközelebb Tenerifére utazunk, mert ennyire autentikus élmény ritkaság számba megy :) Tiszta szívvel ajánljuk mindenkinek, hiszen a szívünkbe zártuk a helyet :)

Tutto sommato siamo contenti. La simpatia ha compensato le "pecche"

l'accoglienza calorosa è il fiore all'occhiello di questa sistemazione. Ottima la cucina proposta la sera.

La location ha sicuramente ottime potenzialità e tantissime punti a suo favore, ma si evidenza una certa trascuratezza nella cura degli ambienti.

Disappointed

Food in restaurant was nice, Evening entertainment was a singer.who was very good

Booked a suite which was supposed to have a separate seating area, Apparently this does not exist Moved us to a quadruple room which had a sofa by the bed. Shower in the evening was cold, In the morning was lukewarm

Exceptional

A cute place with everything you might need. Since we did not have our rental car on the first night, upon request the owner took us to the nearest bus stop thus helping us out a lot to start our journey. Thanks again!

Unique and family-atmosphere

Beautiful wooden building with its charm. Flavia and Claudio were very nice, also the karaoke nights are fun! They have their own Italian cuisine which is nice, tasteful coffee with vegetable milk! Good prices for the rooms! We originally planned to stay 1 night but ended up staying 3. A bit away from the beach (you def need a car) but that guaranteed a nice family atmosphere and very quiet nights with no drunk British people. Small room and bathroom but they have all the essential facilities you need (plenty of shelves/hangers etc).

The room and bathroom are a bit dark and they feel “cold”: please change those hospital-like blue halogen bulbs to some nice and “warm” bulbs 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Also I would install some nice decorative led-lighting system that would definitely change the cold feeling into a warm impression in the rooms.

Small but nice

The hospitality of the staff was amazing! Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Nice views from the window. Nice bathroom - with a view! -, good shower.

The room was a bit small and right under some electric lines.

very welcoming, tasty food, pleasant stay

The home team were extremely friendly and helpful-currently an Italian team plus Annabel, the Cuban linguist! Very happy with the food, the room and the location. Thete is plenty of communal and garden space. We were on our way to the Mt Teide area and stayed the one night.

Very old and narrow room with rock hard beds. Hard to find (ended up going the wrong way down a one way street) and nothing aroudnd it. Owner seemed over keen on us eating there but we declined as not hungry.

Bad

This is not a hotel, but a shed made out of cardboard with a loud bar just a floor below. Even if there's no party at the bar, it's a huge mistake due to extremely low standard of the building. You can hear every chat, telephone notification or snoring just behind a too thin wall (or even three walls, cardboard like materials do the job this way). Now imagine a party with very loud music, add people singing and walking through the corridor even making your bed shake. Turning on the light in the corridor illuminates your room through transparent elements in the wall - gread addition, although I didn't pay for this kind of fun. There was no quiet night during our 5 night stay, but the last night was way too much. They organized a party. I just wanted to have some rest after hiking when we came back around 6pm. No chance to have any rest since 6pm till 1am. The owner doesn’t care. Big dog was running everywhere and barked loud. Is it a joke? I came there to have some rest and not to explain some arogant human what did I pay for and what do civilised people expect during their holidays. The owner doesn’t care. Sadly, this proved me all worst things I heard about the Southerners. Extremely low standard, please avoid this place. The room was quite clean, but the bulb and whole room was way too dim and molded wood stinked in the room, probably from continously wet wooden shower floor or just the whole wooden building.

We booked a night’s stay in the tree house for my birthday. We didn’t go anywhere else for dinner because we were tired

We love the staff! Very welcoming, very efficient and has good sense of humour. The place has a warm vibe, great design. Food was glorious and affordable!

Excellent place, will come back

Very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was closed when I arrived due to Covid and they offered to prepare a salad for me. I could also stay after check out to wait on the terrace until it was time to get to the airport, nicer than waiting for hours inside the airport with a mask on.

Could not make the most of the place due to Covid restrictions.

Not our last visit.

Exceptional dinner, friendly personnel, English speaking and a lot of work put in to have a great atmosphere. Also ideal for overnight stay in case of next day connection flight.

Location is not really something for those without a car, except for overnight stay, where taxi solves the issue.

We had the best time ever!

The staff was very friendly and they made us feel right at home. They served us good breakfast every morning and they also offer fantastic dinners! The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the hotels kitten Kira is just the sweetest little thing ever! If (when) we come back to Tenerife, this is the place we want to stay at again!
