It was a good stay with value for money

The bunker beds are good which allowed our kids to play and enjoy a different feeling. Also its calm place for people who want to rest peacefully after a hectic journey

Parking was tight and No food served at this place.

The host/caretaker is a beautiful lady at heart, she’s very sweet spoken and helpful

Comfortable Homestay

Serene and comfortable. Care taker was welcoming. It's not too far from Varca beach which was secluded and just the right place for us who priorities our privacy. 👍🏻👍🏻

Room was well lit and organised. It had the same ambience as mentioned in the pictures. The caretaker was helpful.

The room looked aesthetic . First the room that was given to use had no bathroom exhaust. There was no wifi and the tv had no channels later she took car e of it and gave us a new room.

The place is in a interior area. There is no mobile signal and you cant recive Or make normal calls. And also later that morning we vacated the room and we return to that place to give back the scootys we rented. The lady who was very nice to us in the morning didn't even look at us. I know that's completely business sided. But it kinda felt rude.

The rooms were fantastic. It was as per shown in images. Very spacious and comfortable.Kids really enjoyed. Owner and Caretaker Magie have made us feel like Home. would definitely recommend for full family stay.

Very good room space and kids enjoyed theme of Boat Room.. Ample of space. Space for parking...it was great time we enjoyed there

I like the neatness of the room. It is spacious inside the room

Many things: 1) Very bad caretakers. I stayed for 1 day in this property with family in December. The moment i came to thi property with my family, i was offered no help in getting the luggage unboarded from my car. The care taker is a lady and she just looks at you. And as she is a lady, we can't ask such a help. If you get the room on 1st floor, you need to carry yy own luggage oti reach room. All the families with kids will understand this problem. That too iron grilled steps. 2) For washing machine, they charge extra. For cooking facilities, they charge extra. Please be notified that kitchen facility is not clean at all. These charges not been mentioned in details. 3) Rude behaviour of care taker's husband . It was so tough to park my car inside as there was a harrier car which was parked very close to my car. Due to limited car parking space available, I had parked my car for 30 mins exactly under a tree which is off road, as I am going to checkout in a hour. Then caretaker's husband came to my room banging the door and asking WHY DID YOU PARK YOUR CAR THERE. And asking as WHO ASKED TO PARK YOUR CAR THERE by showing his finger towards me. Upon telling that this is not the right way to treat customers, he was answering that SHOULD I TOUCH YOUR FEET AND ASK and was talking surcastically. I had discussion with him for 30 mins in the same way which ruined my day and mood for further plans. And while vacating the room, he was asking not to stand infront of the beside house while backingoff my car on the road from inside builing. It is meaningless thing. He can't say not to stand on road before others house. And this person was advertising to people in each other room by himself that we had this tussle as I had parked my car outside. That property is located in a place where all the families reside. And these people don't have a good rapport with any of those residents in their colony.

Hum bahot pachhtaye.....is hotel me room book karke. Verca is very small village not a City.

We can't get the breakfast during the 2 day stay. They just telling me that there is coverage issue for contacting the food hotel. Very bad breakfast service

really unclean and not worth the price

only the innovative bed designs

everything was bad! from the hygiene to the food prices to the services. they overcharged and had no tissue paper. the sheets were dirty like they were not changed. the only reason we stayed is because we had no where else to go and needed to go to the same locality for an appointment the next morning.
