Die Lage mit Aussicht aufs Meer ist perfekt. Der Weg zum Strand etwas lang. Es ist ja aber auch möglich, den Bus zu nehmen.
Das Abfallproblem ist nicht perfekt gelöst

The pool and the sunsets!! The pool is heated by the thermal springs and is around 33 degrees 😃. Lots of banana lounges with comfy cushions. Gardens are beautiful with lots of places to sit and enjoy the spectacular view. Loved opening my doors to the Mediterranean each morning. Mini-mart, gelato, bus stop, and great restaurant right next to the property. Alessandra our host helpful with arrangements, and Tornike was great onsite looking after the pool and helping us as needed 😊. We were a group of friends from Australia and UK and it was a perfect place for a reunion!
The buildings and appliances are a bit run down. Some doors didn’t shut properly. It could be better equipped - there was no coffee or olive oil and not enough toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, or bin bags. Also no toaster. Only portable fans in the rooms. There was no manual with helpful information - would have been great to have an Ischia map, bus information and timetables, details on where to put the rubbish on the street, best tourist sights, restaurants or events. Alessandra did provide info on request via WhatsApp.

Beautiful property on a hillside with stunning views down to the beach. The views and sunsets are out of this world. Well equipped, with a good-sized thermal pool and a barbecue, generous seating and tables everywhere, lots of dishes, large fridge. Lovely flowers and trees in the large garden. The house is particularly suited to be shared by several parties - we were ten people, two families plus a grandmother - as each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the pairs of bedrooms are far enough apart for privacy. There are adequate facilities (mini market, cafés, bus stop) nearby, and more shops can be reached by a short bus trip. The nice beach below - Citara Beach, which has some shops and restaurants - can be reached via a pretty footpath down the hill in about 10 minutes. The Poseidon Thermal Gardens are just behind the beach. Care does have to be taken with small children as there are several unprotected areas, but our children - five aged between one and five - managed well with repeated warnings (the tiny tots have to be watched constantly anyway). People with severe mobility issues might struggle with the short path up the hill to the street, but this is no problem for any reasonably fit person. The hostess reacted very quickly to one problem we had and got it solved within a few hours, and on a Sunday, much appreciated. We all - adults and children alike - thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return any time.
Everything was fine, our holiday exceeded our hopes and expectations.

The most stunning location with loads of indoor and outdoor space, particularly loved the large outside dining area complete with BBQ and pizza oven. The fabulous views from every part of the house and gardens are beyond compare. Totally peaceful but close enough to everything you need. The most amazing naturally thermal heated swimming pool which was a total delight to spend time in rather than enduring a cold pool that most villas offer

Stunning views from the villa which had amazing gardens and terraces. The naturally heated thermal pool and sauna were a real feature. Having 4 en-suite rooms upstairs separate from the main living area was ideal for a big group. The west facing aspect high up in the cliff gave spectacular views to the sunsets.
Having an information file to read through would be helpful eg how and where to get bus tickets, nearest large supermarket etc. The host was there for a few days but she did keep in touch by WhatsApp
