Private beach, nice and cozy beachfront furniture, nicely and modern decorated hotel, friendly staff, variety selection of food for breakfast.
Cleaning of the rooms was a little bit on the downside and confusing. We had lots of trash on the balcony that came from somewhere and it wasn’t cleaned up. At some point we also had like 10 towels in our room because they didn’t take out the old ones but were just giving us new ones. Of course we don’t mind having fresh towels everyday but it is kind of a waste.

Betten sehr bequem
Beim Frühstück bekommt man beim „Fresh Juice Automaten“ irgendein billiges Fruchtkonzentrat
Klimaanlage sehr veraltet, keine digitale Anzeige

They gave us a room with two single beds. When we booked a family room with a double and single beds. Four people in two single beds and only two pillows. The room and bathroom was very dirty. The shower leaked all over the floor after one shower and we had four. So it was flooded!
We didn’t get what we booked, plus all of the above.

very good hotel, friendly staff with excellent service, everything clean, comfortable rooms. the beach is not good, a lot of rocks, there is no internet in the room, you cannot connect, the food is also not good, if they improved their buffet and the internet in the rooms the hotel would be perfect

the staff was friendly
the pictures on booking have nothing to do with what
the accommodation looks like in real life. the beach and
sunbeds were deserted and extremely dirty. the snacks
of the all in consisted of boring sandwiches and dry cookies.
the surroundings of the pool were also sad. in addition,
the served food is a culinary crime. clearly only cheap
products were used. it is also the first hotel I went to
where the bed is not made up when unless especially
asked for and the blanket is thrown in a wad in the
corner. overall, we had a very dirty feeling for way too
much money. this is not worth 4 stars AT ALL.

The sea and the sand was nice
There wasn’t anything positive about the hotel.
The building was old and messy. There is a strange
smell in the rooms. There mostly pig products
in 3 all 3 meals. The staff was surly and kept warning
us about stuff. The beach was terrible like it’s a
abandoned place.

They were particularly helpful with us
as we had a child that had an operation
recently.
Food was the real greek dishes that l
expected to eat in Greece. Products all
fresh and bio.
Gym was closed because of covid.

This is going to be a very honest review as I think this hotel will be ok for some but many (if not most) people will be very disappointed. The staff at the hotel are very courteous and always happy to help. The views from the hotel are amazing - especially the sunset every night! The nearest local town (Mastihari) and is about a 35 minute walk away most of which runs along the beach and is quite pleasant.
The hotel is not a 4 star - it's more like a 3 star (at a push). The downsides to hotel are plentiful. Whether this is because of a result of the pandemic or whether this is because there is a lack of care from the owners, I don't know. But the hotel needs a serious amount of TLC to bring it up to scratch! Here are the issues we experienced during our 10 day stay;
The air con leaked, a lot! The hotel did fix it but it took 3 days for them to get round to it. The hotel appears to have no double beds - just 2 single beds pushed together. The bedsheets don't cover the mattresses! The top and bottom of the mattresses are never covered. The bedsheets are changed every 2 days. Some days you will get clean sheets and some days you will be stained or dirty sheets. Next to the beds are 2 side lights attached to the wall. In our room neither had a bulb in them and so they didn't work. The showers in the rooms are extremely small - there's hardly any room to move around or get washed (and I'm not a big person). In addition, the showers themselves are very weak with water pressure which is not helped by the fact that most of the shower head was blocked with limescale. The safe in the room was broken. The hotel did replace this after 4 days of chasing! The safe was 6" x 6" x 6" a bit of a problem if you have laptops, iPads or anything else bigger than 6 inches that you want to put in the safe! We had 2 TVs in the room (it was a family room) and neither had any batteries for the remotes. Even with batteries they didn't work. The hairdryer was from about 1980 and broke after 2mins usage. The food is bland and repetitive with very few options. At breakfast there is only 1 toaster that cooks 2 slices of bread every 6-7mins. There is only 1 bar in the whole hotel all day & night which is next to the pool and is severed by 1 member of staff most of the time. There's not enough seating in the evening for all guests in the bar area.

lovely location with amazing views.
Nice pool area, with plenty of space for sunbeds. music on around the pool which was a nice touch.
Spacious and clean rooms.
the food was pretty awful, the chicken nuggets served at lunch were raw in the middle which wasn’t acceptable at all.

location, bad cleaning, not so good food

The swimming pool was amazing! And the staff at the restaurant and the swimming pool, except for the staff at the reception.
The cleaning service, both in the room and in the bathrooms, wasn’t good. The quality of the drinks offered at the restaurant and bar was terrible.

The view from the hotel was nice, with sundown into the sea. Unfortunately, it is only one nice thing and it is not enough for a good vacation. We had a vacation in the first week of June 2022. We asked the hotel in advance for a quiet room with a double bed, because we were looking for a relaxing and quiet time together. Of course, any hotel can't promise that in advance, but photos on booking.com looked matching. We got a room №305 located above the reception and restaurant in the main building. At first, we were just too excited about the beginning of our vacation, but then after during the day, we noticed the following things.
To make it short here is the list: Two separate beds, which kept sliding apart all the time; stains on the bed sheets and pillowcases; old warn&cleaned slippers; bad water flow in the crane, like from the teepot; very inconvenient shower in the bathtub; shower/bathtub doors are super wonky; all bathroom facilities are covered with rust, chalk, and black mold simultaneously; corners in the bathroom covered with spiderweb together with old dust cloths; no ventilation in the bathroom; the toilet is not flushing at all; as the sign said 'do not throw the paper in the toilet', so we didn't, but the water flow was so poor it didn't help; we had to use shower or bucket, it is not what you wanna do during your romantic vacation; on the second morning the water from the toilet tank ran in a dark brown rust color; the waiting line every time you want a small glass of water during meals; the food is greasy & heavy (in compareson to my other 10 trips to Greece); no real feta in the buffet; no fruits, except several apples in the bowl; no tasty greek yogurt; no toothpaste in the hotel shop, and only 3 bottles (in total) of sunscreen for your choice; same music over and over again at the pool bar drove us crazy, when we wanted just read the book in our room during the hotest hours of the day; untasty coffee; chemical taste icecream; very badly maintained bech; no one is taking care of it; it looks like a reconstruction dump; also to be aware: very windy side of the island, with the big waves and a lot of seaweed; bright light and no music at all during the dinner, and people in swimming shorts and flipflops make you feel like you are in the community dining or in a foodcourt;
Long story short: we booked another hotel and check out the next morning. Maybe one day it was a 4* hotel, in our experience, it is now a barely 2,5*. It is definitely not worth the price!

Location is amazing! Beach is just a few meters from the swimming pool. Beach chairs are available. Food was delicious. Air conditioning in the bedroom. Friendly staff.
Everything was perfect! There is nothing to complain.
