Peaceful residencial zone, easy to park, bit older furniture and building but very comfortable beds, very good price comparing to other Athenian hotels

We booked a room for 2 adults and 3 children. We got a room with 10 beds!
Bathroom/toilet room was also very spacious
1. The toilet/bathroom was dirty. It was obvious that it was not cleaned after the last tenants left. The toilet had urine in it and not flushed, the towels were used/dirty and on a chair, the sink dirty, hair on the floor and all complementary soap /shampoo all used. DISGUSTING!
2. Despite mentioning our experience to the receptionist in the morning, we still got charged the full amount.
3. Even though there were signs for Visa acceptance, only cash was accepted.

Value for money.

Location is good. Near to port and rail station
Mattress are very old, the beds were noisy, the leather on the bed's headboard was falling and cracking.. It needs a real renovation.
3.5
Very inexpensive for short stays.
Very bad infrastructure. Although functional for the most part, the materials used for everything, from the bathroom to the ceiling were loose, misplaced and comically poor in quality.
There were 2 seperate showers in the bathroom, equipped however with no shampoo or shower gel, resorting to only using hand soap for cleansing, like in prison.
The place reminds a hostel half built and unfinished for refugee stay, not a hotel.

A comfortable room with a desk which I needed for my computer, and a wonderful spa with jets which I didn't use. The hotel is located in a pleasant green district of Athens where streets are full of trees and gardens in front yards. There are parking spaces in front of the hotel which is rare- most of the city center budget hotels don't have parking, and parking on streets might be difficult or impossible to find. It is a 10-12 min walk to the underground station Neo Faliro which would take you to Monastiraki station near Acropolis in 12-15 min in 6 stations without changing the line. It is a very convenient stay at the center of Athens.
First I was offered a room with a great view overseeing the area but that room had a leftover smoking smell, and I requested another room. The other room was fine. However, it faced the back street with a somewhat noisy building construction site right across from the hotel but it was OK with me because I planed sightseeing in the city during the day.
I wish I had an option to make a coffee or tea in the room or at least in the lobby. Sure, there are cafes and restaurants close by but I prefer to have a light breakfast before going anywhere outside.

WiFi was quite good and shower worked
It was filthy, the room smelt of cigarettes, the toilet didn't flush properly, the night receptionist was horrible and wouldn't let me park on the property. I didn't feel completely safe inside the hotel. Truly appalling

Honestly nothing but for 32 euros I didn’t expect much. We just stayed one night cause it was close to the ferry port.
The dodgy looking room with mirrors around, the dirty towels, the broken bed, the smell of cigarette coming through the vent in the bathroom, the disgusting floor, the leaking air con on balcony, the mould in the fridge, the fact that if I touched anything I would get dirty it was just soooo bad. Even the fish tank at reception was half empty with no fish just despair. We had noise at night from ppl shouting I mean nothing was good. The staff are super nice and lovely but the hotel a mess!

Only the location.
Very dirty and bad smell.

I liked the fact that there was possibility to park right outside (if available).

Reception staff were very nice
Room decor was extremely dated and tatty room was very very small but for €32 a night expected
Fridge in the room would be shut down if there was ever an environmental health check black fungus inside and around the hand painted door, wallpaper that looked like it had been up from the 70s was making a bold bid for freedom in most parts of the room, electrical extension lead hanging in mid air under the tv And was kept awake all night long by the fridge starting up and shutting down. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

Kind people at reception.
We had huge insect in bathroom which came out of canalizations. I add photo. Shower also was broken and door to bathroom were unable to close. I mean just close not by key.
We do not recommend that place.
