Very well equipped. Lovely and clean. Beds comfortable. Good location.
Parking was the only awkward thing, as not much but we managed.

The location was excellent - right end of Aldeburgh for the shops, restaurants etc. As we ate out each evening, we were only 5 minutes away from home so no need to use a car.
We could not work the TV at all, despite following the instructions over and over so could not watch BBC1 news. I do understand that you don't go away to watch TV but it was the only programme we would have liked to have watched (apart from maybe 'Strictly'!

Excellent seafront location. Lovely view from lounge and bedroom windows. Very comfortable, clean and well-equipped accommodation. Nice to have 2 toilets.

Was central and we could see the sea, good idea of an upside down house..
TV not on ordinary channels, think you should pay for a licence, as in winter mths cannot roam the streets.

Loved the village, the location of the cottage, the cosiness, the little outside yard, the decor. As a sea swimmer it was great to be able to get up in the morning a bring my keep cup of coffee to the beach for after the swim.oved the variety of restaurants and pubs and independent shops. Lovely seafood products from the fish shacks on the seafront. Great walks, great places to visit, Sutton hoo, Snape Maltings, the lovely local cinema, orford and so much more. Will definitely be back
As two friends sharing, I would have preferred two double rooms having one twin room caused us to have to toss a coin for the double. I had asked if they could join the twin beds to create a second double bed but this did t happen
Also there was a hole in one of the bed sheets and no batteries in the dvd player. The batteries in the c02 monitor ran out and we couldn't find spares. None of this had a negative impact on our stay but it might be helpful info. We left notes for housekeeping.

This cottage has a fantastic location & well equipped. Close to the shops and beach.
Unfortunately we found the double bed hard but I guess this is personal choice.
We were lucky to have fab weather, unfortunately the livingroom windows are really stiff to open.

Location, cleanliness, kitchen fully equipped. TV. Sea view although limited much better than none.
Third bedroom very small and parking was tricky at times.

Well equipped.
Great location with sea view and proximity to local amenities.
Nice to be contacted to let us know the cottage was ready early if we wanted.
Some of the info in the booklet in the house conflicted with that on the email (what to do with bins/bedding)
TV instructions would also have been helpful

Location was excellent , and the cottage was very clean and felt ‘safe’ from a COVID perspective .
Having one bathroom for 5 adults was a bit of a challenge !

We liked the proximity to the sea front and the High Street and parking was ok. The upstairs sitting room was comfortable with a view of the sea from one of the windows.
The dishwasher was not working when we arrived and some of the cutlery in the drawer was not clean. Rather concerning at the present time. However, Callum arrived and sorted it out quite quickly. Thank you, Callum.
The extractor fan in the kitchen was not adequate and it would have helped to be able to open the kitchen window as it got very hot in there with the cooker on. We opened the sitting room window but not ideal.
We found the lack of a handrail in the bath meant that as older clients, getting in and out of the shower was slightly tricky.
No proper bathmat, just a towel.
