Limpieza

New modern style hotel with all that you might need. Location is good for hiking, better have a car to see the suburbs.
no air conditioning and breakfast could be better in terms of hot food

the food was excellent and the room was very clean. Also loved the location also. The reception staff were very friendly.
The bed! Horribly plastic noisy under sheet made for very poor sleep.

Absolutely fantastic staff, great gym, nice rooms and beautiful location. Everything exceeded out expectations, we even decided to book the hotel for some more days. Quality for the price is excellent.
Breakfast and dinner could be slightly improved - sometimes food was not fresh (e.g. we got absolutely moldy tomato, stinky boiled egg, rotten plums and found potato peel in oat porridge). Also, during the breakfast they do not clean tables often, so sometimes it is difficult to find a place. But in general food and kitchen service is not too bad - there are enough good options.
Also, when someone in the hotel smokes, the smell is everywhere.

What an exceptional place to stay at in Tenerife. Great place to take daytrips anywhere on the island. The facilities are very nice and so many healthy options at breakfast. Thank you very much!
The pool is only open 10:00-18:00.

Great apartment, great breakfast! We came early because we were on a schedule due to work, and they let us check-in early as our apartment was ready already.

The hotel complex is very big, but very comfortable. First time is may be difficult to find a way to your room, but then you know the way.
The room is not actually a room, but the fully exuiped two-room apartment with bedroom, sitting-room, table area, kinchen, bathrom.
In the apartmetn you have everything you may need (exept the tea kettle ;) It is well furnished (IKEA-style, btw the table was the same as I have in my office ;). The bed was very comfoкефидуб and the best pillow I ever slept (that was the only place were my neck didn't hurt after sleeping).
Good spaciouse balcony (we had pool-view).
The concept of the hotel is active travelling, that's why they have gym, open from morning till late evening. And the food is orientated on healthy way of leaving. May be it's not very diverse, but every day you can find something new. Everything is fresh and well-cooked. But on of the pleasant surprises was food decoration as in top-restaurans!
Also they have very pleasant anв well-designed common areas (as reception with tea corner), TV/reading zone, gym.
There are enough parking places close to the hotel.
Pictures on the page were not so good, as the hotel is in reality!! That's why i was a bit suspiciouse about this place, but the only inconveniece is that tea/coffeу set is placed at the reception, not in the room.
Internet is activated in an odd way and only for 1 device per person.
The rest was wonderfull!!!
P.S. Pay attention that the beaches are rather far from the hotel (you have to walk long mountain way or drive about 5 km). The best beach in nearby is Playa del Socorro

The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful! they provided us a great lunch package for our overnight trip to Teide. After return they offered us free late check out to get a shower and rest a little. Breakfast was nice for the price.
The room was okay but a little old fashioned.

Buffet breakfast was very healthy and almost too much choice and food on offer
Our weather in North Tenerife was poor
4.5 / 5.0
Extra clean and modern rooms, pool access and varied, great-quality breakfasts
The only minus is the lack of wi-fi in rooms
3.5 / 5.0
- The staff was very nice.
- The location was very good for hiking in the north of the island.
- Small store at the entrance of the hotel where you can buy essential goods before a day out (water, some food, sunscreen).
- The gym seemed nice and well equipped.
- NO WIFI IN THE ROOMS!!! Even in the common areas sometimes it didn't work. Extremely inconvenient in 2022.
- Abysmal dinner. DO NOT PAY FOR IT. You can find better food in restaurants at walking distance outside the hotel.
- A bit more variety in the breakfast selection would have been appreciated.

Awesome breakfast. The choice was not that huge but hot dishes and some of the cold buffet varied daily. Everything looked great and what I tried tasted great as well. I recommend mixed fruit juice. I also had dinner once and it was affordable and at least as good as breakfast.
A really big apartment with a separate bedroom.
Dishwashing liquid in the kitchenette :). This is a really minor thing but shows thoughtfulness and is rarely found in apartments.
Very nice common area.
Location close to the highway, El Teide, the sea, with a local sea-side tourist attraction and walking trail (https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paisaje_protegido_de_la_Rambla_de_Castro) nearby, and within a walking distance to the main street with restaurants, etc.
Kind staff.
Mini-shop in the reception area (don't know about prices, though).
A bit too much street and personnel noise getting to the room in the morning.
Poor Wi-Fi. My room was next to the common areas (where I was told Wi-Fi worked best) and coverage was already low. I imagine farther rooms may not get the signal at all.

Best hotel in this area. The staff is really wonderful, intelligent and incredibly friendly and accommodating. We unfortunately got Covid during our stay and it was a great luck just to be here because we were accompanied so loving and caring that we felt so good despite the disease. Breakfast tray with flowers on it and lovingly garnished. So really just unbelievable. Thank you very much for everything. We are very grateful.
Everything was perfect.
