Υπέροχη διαμονή με θέα στη λίμνη

Πολύ καλή επιλογή στο κέντρο, φιλική ατμόσφαιρα και προσωπικό, πεντακάθαρο ξενοδοχείο . Το γεγονός ότι δέχεται σκυλιά και τα υποδέχεται με ευχαρίστηση ανεξάρτητα από το μέγεθος τους το κάνει πρώτη μου επιλογή!

Δν υπάρχει κάτι που δν μου άρεσε, θα πρότεινα το στήσιμο του πρωινού να ήταν πιο λειτουργικά!

Πολυ καθαρό . Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, φανταστικό πρωινό. Πολυ κοντά στο κεντρο για φαγητό κ αγορά . Θα σας ξανά έρθουμε σίγουρα.

Fantastic modern property in the heart of the city walk to everything, very comfortable rooms and added bonus of a roof top garden. Very accommodating staff, pleasant and always smiling.

a nice stay in the heart of the ciry!

Really good location, bed was very comfortable. staff were very helpful and accomodating, The hotel breakfast was very good. the hotel rooftop bar is great. The first room we checked into had quite a few things broken but we were given a new room straight away and everything in the second room worked well.

The rooms don’t have proper hairdryers.

nice but not was promise (by the suit name)

The suite it's self is very nice, the staff is friendly and helpfulness.

The room I booked is Saz Suite Panoramic Lake View , in fact the LAKE VIEW was a dirty and disgusting abandoned building as a view, on the tip of your fingers and a glimpse into the distance you see a bit of a lake. In short, the name of the suite doesn't even resemble the reality and what i paid for. another issue - At breakfast if you want an extra cup of coffee you must pay for it , this is the first time and the only place in the world I have come across such a phenomenon. The tv also had a problem , they did not succsed to fix it until we left. And besides, the suite is very nice, the staff is friendly and helpfulness.

A newly built hotel, modern design in the best location in Ioannina, with a bonus - the cafe bar on the rooftop. Good service. generous breakfast, and great sea view from our room.

The parking was very annoying, you had to go 600m away from the hotel te park 9€, and it was raining. If we knew about the parking distance, we probably wouldn't have chosen this hotel at all

Great location of the hotel in the center of Ioannina, with several shops and restaurants in a short walking distance. Room with a lake view, nicely decorated, spacious and with very comfortable beds. All staff members were professional and polite. Breakfast personnel was very efficient, friendly and always willing to support any needs.

As there is not onsite parking, but the hotel cooperates with a nearby guarded parking, sometimes it could be challenging to park outside to load/unload luggage, nevertheless the hotel staff helps on this matter. Roof Garden, with a magnificent view to the lake, is used mainly as a bar with very loud music and so not pleasant to have dinner or relax with a drink. Breakfast would be nice to have some more dishes options.

Saz is located in the centre of Ioannina City.The building itself was excellent. The roof garden with the 360 degrees view of the city was amazing. The breakfast was excellent.

The drainage of the bathroom was giving a slight smell so we had to have turned on the ventilation of the bathroom the whole time during our stay there.

Clean, the rooftop restaurant and bar really worth seeing and the staff is helpful. Good breakfast!!

Too noisy during the night if you are with the window in front of the main street!!
