Great location & lovely property

The location was very central but also very pretty and quiet. The accommodation had everything we needed for the night and was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

The fridge wasn't very cold, likely because it's a tiny fridge and not a proper fridge.

Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Το δωμάτιο ήταν προσεγμένο και πολύ καθαρό. Μας άρεσε επίσης, πολύ το πρωινό. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ βολικό σημείο και δεν χρειάζεσαι αυτοκίνητο για να μετακινηθείς.

Gorgeous hotel within castle walls. Easy walk to lakeside restaurants and boat to island. Staff are friendly and informative and helped carry bags upstairs to our room. Tasty breakfast, lots of choices. I left my sunnies in room when we checked out and they couriered them to our next stop in Santorini 🙏

A very pleasant small hotel for a stay in historic Ioannina.

Excellent breakfast; great location within the historic fortress; stylishly decorated (not overdone) and spacious rooms with comfortable beds (some have partial views of the city wall); fly screens on windows; friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile. Rather amazing ancient well beneath the floor in the dining area.

A comfortable seating area in the communal space in addition to the breakfast tables and chairs would have been welcome. The roman blinds in the rooms are getting a little tatty now and could do with replacement.

Wonderful cozy hotel in the Old Town

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We bicycled from Igoumenitsa to Ioannina and we were caught in the rain the last 45 minutes. Needless to say we were exhausted when we arrived at this cozy welcoming hotel. The manager offered warm drinks and cake to us to cheer us up! He explained where the interesting parts of the Old Town, and the main city were, and gave us recommendations for restaurants. The location is great, in the Old Town. The breakfast is a lovely choice of many items including spanikopita!

Excellent

The room was spacious clean and very modern. It had a TV, fridge and a kettle. The bed was large and comfortable. The hotel has been finished to a high standard and perhaps more unusually for Greece, is being maintained to those standards. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is situated within the city walls but it’s an easy walk to almost all places of interest. The hotel also has its own parking area just a couple of minutes walk away.

Beaut and hospitable hotel

Exceptional service, all the staff were most attentive. Fantastic breakfast, made a great espresso coffee and fresh omelet. Spotlessly clean room and hotel and quite neighbourhood. Modern bathroom. were able to park right outside the hotel, luckily.

A fabulous hotel in a unique setting

Fabulous, chic, comfortable and spotlessly clean hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was generous with lots of choice. Its Kale ticks all the boxes and probably ones you've not thought of as well.

Lovely, helpful staff, great location, very peaceful and a great breakfast. Only slight caveat is the room gets stuffy on hot days. It would be even better with air conditioning
