A good hotel to stay for 1 to 3 nights

The hotel has a great location in the centre of the city, good rooms with comfortable beds, amazing wifi and delicious breakfast. The staff was very helpful and guided as to a lot of location around the city

The antik of the elevators and some parts in the hotel, looks like is over 50 years old

Παλιό μεγάλο κεντρικό ξενοδοχείο εντελώς ανακαινισμένο, με πάρκινγκ, δωμάτιο με δύο μπαλκόνια, μπάνιο πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ατομικά είδη υγιεινής, στρώμα καινούργιο υπέροχο, ρεσεψιόν ευγενεστατη, πρωινός μπουφές.Θα ξανακλεισουμε με ευχαρίστηση για τις διακοπές των Χριστουγέννων Πρωτοχρονιάς.

Θα μας άρεσε κάποια παραδοσιακή ηπειρώτικη πίτα στο πρωινό

το δωμάτιο καθαρότατο, ήσυχο, πρωινό μπουφέ τέλειο και το σημαντικό είχαμε χώρο για στάθμευση του αυτοκινήτου. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο. Αν ξαναβρεθούμε στα Ιωάννινα το ίδιο Ξενοδοχείο θα προτιμήσουμε.

For the price, I consider it a very good choice.

The only problem was some people shouting in the street after midnight and I could hear them with the balcony doors closed.

A nice accommodation at the centre of the town

The location was excellent for strolling with pram. We had an easy access to the lake and shops. The staff was friendly, the room comfortable, all-day hot water, and most important clean room. Free parking.

The elevator was small. The breakfast was alright but there was no provision for children's chair thus we had to have our baby (6 months old) on arms. The hotel needs a bit of renovation (e.g. the rooms doors)

worst staff behavior

Location Location was good, near to cafes, supermarket and medical stores. However it’s bit far from the lake side. Rooms Rooms were very big with all the facilities. Breakfast was normal nothing special. Staff We had some issues with the toilet flush on one morning and when I informed the same to the hotel staff I was surprised with their response. Instead of helping or give me a some assurance that it will be fixed later the response from the front desk was “what we can do about it “. Common guys when your guest is in trouble with the hotel facilities you cannot give a response like this. This is a very good example how one hotel staff behavior can create a negative impression on you. I’m a traveler for the past 10 years or so and this is the first time a hotel staff responding to me like this.

Very good

Stayed here a few times visiting family in the hospital nearby. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. It's not a fancy spa hotel but the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable and the hotel is well situated with easy access to taxis and shops.

I travelled in January so the restaurant only had a very limited menu. Plenty of places nearby to eat /drink however

value for money hotel. loved the young reception man, very kind and the cleaning lady.

we couldn’t close the radiator at night because something was broken. when we mentioned that to the receptionist he told us to open the window!
