Size of room, stylishly furnished and with large and very comfortable bed; plenty of storage and hanging space; desk for using laptop on; excellent wi-fi connectivity; hot water available at all times; lovely second floor roof terrace with good views of the old town; location in quiet side street, close to the Convento de Santa Cruz de los Milagros; good cafes and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk; pleasant and helpful staff on the reception desk, though none spoke English; filter coffee available in the reception area every morning, free of charge. I would happily stay at this hotel again, and can warmly recommend it to fellow travellers looking for value for money accommodation in the beautiful old town of Santiago de Queretero.
There was nothing I disliked and I have no suggestions for improvements.

Excellent location. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. A very good value.
I would have given a better score, but the hotel’s description is inaccurate in several areas. There is no continental breakfast served daily (as is stated in the description). There is no designated smoking area- I smoke, so this is one of the criteria I look for in a hotel. It is stated under “Facilities” that there is a designated smoking area. This is not true. Also, daily housekeeping was not provided. I had to empty my own trash and ask for new trash bags, and also had to ask for toilet paper. They were very kind when I asked, and they offered fresh towels (but I did need them, I had enough towels for my short stay). I would probably have even turned down housekeeping if they had asked, but they never even asked. So please update the Booking.com so these inaccuracies can be corrected.

We spent just one night and location super centric. Restaurants, coffee shops, one of the main quarters.
Room big enough and clean.
Lovely decoration at the entrance.

Clean room in a good location.
Shower didn’t get very hot. Not much natural light.

Close to the center. Very nice and attentive staff, very communicative. Price is low.
Not noisy - I usually have trouble sleeping and I had no issue going to bed at 10pm some days and waking up at 10am some others (with earplugs of course).
Sadly the rooms are very lacking. They are extremely small (no space to open the suitcase), feel a bit damp (although there is a fan) and although they are in good shape, they feel old. My linens had stains. And it rained while I was there, and the main hall kept getting flooded. (Thankfully the staff were quick to address it.)
I would only recommend to go to this hotel if you cannot pay for the hotel 4 or 5-star hotels closer to the center of the town.

The place is great, great value and amenities are nice. Super quiet
Parking spots could have been a tremendous plus

The staff and the facilities are an absolute excellent value, it’s my go-to in Queretaro

The location is perfect. A few mins walk from Templi de la Cruz and the Mirador de Aqueducto. The room is very clean and has everyt basic things you need. The receptionist is very friendly amd informative. Hot water is hot. The sound proofing is not very good, but it is all the same in hotels I've been to in Mexico.
Although Queretaro is very safe in general, doors and windows could use some fixing. The door handle of my room is a bit loose and the window is not latching properly but I ddnt care at all as the hotel compound is safely locked at night. Just a little note for the hotel maintenance. Also the towels need some uograde or replacement. There are some stains that makes them looked old and used, they smell clean though.

After renovation pretty new facility.

The people in the reception always polite and helpful.
Maybe the room was a little small, but everything was fine.

I stayed there one night, I liked everything there.

Great location, kind and helpful staff. We got the more expensive room and it was greatly comfortable. No breakfast, but there's tea and coffee available for free almost all day long. We could leave/store our luggage for free for half a day after checking out.
The upper rooms are accessed only by stairs, so it is a bit annoying with heavy suitcases on wheels.

I must say, the best part was the lovely rooftop open kitchenette, some of the most beautiful views you will have the pleasure to see and the best sunset
I’ll definitely be returning when I return to Mexico next year
The kitchen is very limited

Great location. Friendly staff, quiet rooms with good lighting and darkening curtains. Good wifi.
Nothing bad.

Hotel is located on a quiet street and walking distance from historic Centro with multiple shops, restaurants and plazas. Loved the roof top terrace for drinks watching the sunset. Great price for the location. King bedroom of good size. Staff helpful, accommodating and friendly.
We had a King Size bedroom, but I think it was a Queen bed rotated 90 degrees because mattress was strangely shorter.
We should not have to ask for hand soap, toilet paper and warm blanket. No shampoo and no cream although specified on the website. Shower head full of calcium could be deep cleaned or replaced and tile grout missing in some areas.
The room was located above reception desk, next to stairs and below roof top terrace; so quite noisy especially in the morning with staff and patrons talking or even cellphone notification sounds given the echoing of the courtyard and visibly poor soundproofing.
4.0
If and when I stay again, I'll ask for the King bed room, it is a large room with a very comfy bed. I like the location, nice quiet street with very little transit, away from the bustle of the center and only seven to ten minutes to the main plaza.
Pillows are hard.

Didn’t have breakfast. Liked location and cleanliness of hotel

Ideal location, value, granddad’s daily visits.
some visitors don’t respect guests by minimizing noise.

Location, roof terrace, large bed.
Room was pretty cramped, stairway quite narrow for luggage.

Fantastic location and a very fair price, the terrace has a surprisingly beautiful view over the town
the room was indeed are quite small, but it did the job well
3.5
Great location close to everything but far enough from the bars. Black out curtains are great. Strong shower.
Noisy neighbours making noise at 3am. Church bells ringing from early morning every 30 to 60 minutes. The room is very tiny.
