The bathrom was huge and the warm water was great. I was staying on the 5th floor so it was very very wuit during the night.
I had to carry my luggage up to the 5th floor, which was very heavy. Also when I wanted to check-in, it took the lady about 10 minutes to show up and open the door. Unfortunately she did not communicate very well with my tour guide. The agency left my bus ticket at the reception, which showed bolivian departure time. But the receptionist ordered a taxi to peruvian time for me. So I was 1 hour to early at the bus station in the morning and had to wait in the cold. Also I saw my tour guide at the bus station at 5 in the morning and he was angry at my: why did I take a taxi from the hostel to the bus station? Well the reception told me so. So either my tour guide didn’t speak clear spanish or the receptionist didn’t listen. Other than this one hour in the cord I did not get an option to have breakfast. Usuauypu get a fruit in the morning to got, but I got nothing. I paied for breakfast, so this is not ok

Very nice, clean and spacious rooms.
Coffee, tea, and hot water on spot for the whole day.
The dining area was very cold.
It was extremaly difficult to park in a garage.
We didn't order the breakfast, and we had a difficulty with using the kitchen in the morning.

Walking distance from centre, big bathroom and hot shower.
They ignored our booking-discount, small double-bed and unclear if breakfast is included or not.

The place was very clean and very spacious. I stayed there twice and had great views towards Lake Titikaka.
The kitchen is well equipped.
I added another two nights and appreciated their flexibility to accommodate me.

Great little place, super friendly staff

Extremely friendly staff who also offer tours themselves. We made an excursion to the southern shore of the lake and were also allowed to take part in an Inca ritual! Absolutely recommendable! - AND:
Nice view on the lake!
Nothing.

Good location
Very, very dirty place - pls see pics
Horrible smell in both of the rooms I tried
The carpets smell like hell
The only reason I stayed was bcz I arrived late and was sick. Didn’t have the energy to go find something else.
I have never experienced a bigger mismatch between the rating and reality. Can not even imagine how this rating came about.

The staff were really helpful and friendly! The breakfast that could be purchased at property was good value for money. Also the en suite was large, clean and had a constant hot water!
Depending on your room you may have a few flights of stairs to walk up to your room which can be quite breathtaking. But if you’re able this pros of this place massively outweigh any cons

Very friendly staff, hot water + tea 24/7, Wi-Fi on every floor. Also good location!
Room was cold, bed and pillows were super uncomfortable, the soundproofing was awful and I was woken up many times by people talking in the hallway- could also hear a person snoring in a nearby room!

Super friendly reception, helped to call our floating island lodge in spanish and ordered a taxi for us. They also gave us many good advices about city tour.

Spacious room with good wifi. Marlon is a very friendly host, happy to help. Decent breakfast
Wanted a taxi to tour around, so asked the staff to retrieve one for us. It took 45 - 60 minutes to get a taxi there, which was quite long. Laundry services are quite expensive

I liked the communication with the manager

Friendly staff, good breakfast, bedside lamp, bathroom didn’t have a stinky drain like most South American hotels. Clean.
Free parking was not free. 5USD per night additional cost. But worth it, Puno has a lot of break-ins.

Central location
Wifi wasn’t working at all which is just a rubbish, quite cold in the room, itchy sheets
