La habitacion amplia, la cama comoda.
El desayuno si bien abundante, poco variado. La primera noche nos tuvimos que bañar con el agua apenas tibia, pero despues se soluciono

Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Hotel położony w dogodnej lokalizacji. Miły personel podając śniadanie oferuje smażone jajka.
Trzeba było dłużej postać pod prysznicem, żeby woda była ciepła.

The terrace was wonderful. I would even use it in the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep. View was great. Good breakfast and kitchen facilities. Very patient staff.

Hot showers, rooms are well set up , lockers , own bedlamps, own wallsocket to charge cell.
Breakfast was exactly the same every day

It was cheap
Rooms were not cleaned well

The hostel was okay for the price. Don’t have your hopes up for breakfast. They say they have a pool table upstairs they don’t. The worse part are the day staff, rude, unhelpful and wouldn’t want to give change for a 100 when the bill was 55 soles. Place is okay for a day for you to stay no more.

location is perfect, nothing was too much trouble for our host, she sorted excursions, taxis etc. She responded to queries, date changes quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Rooms spotless.

No one is traveling Peru right now with the political system, and it was quite a fiasco getting to Puno from Arequipa. So I had a room with 8 beds all to myself, and it didn't seem like anyone was on the floors. The staff seemed very annoyed to have to deal with me since I showed up much later than expected (11 hours from Arequipa when it should've been less than 5), but the border to Bolivia was closed and the attendant gave me the information of someone who picked me up in the morning and took me to the customs and to the dock to get to Bolivia by boat so despite her crankiness she was actually helpful.
Staff could be warmer, especially since I was one of the only people they had to deal with in the hotel/hostel.

only window in my room went into the corridor

Good value for money and was so grateful to the owner/manager who let us amend our date of stay at short price. Comfortable bed and hot shower.
Our bedroom had no windows and the light was oppressive but for the money this wasn’t an issue for 1 night’s stay.

The mini buffet breakfast is better than most hostels I've been to. It is near the local market and local business and restaurants.
Beds were too close to each other and sometimes there were not toilet paper.

Near to main square, clean, comfortable, good kitchen utensils. They help you with the tours. If you arrive early, you can checkin at that time.
Everything was fine

Very cheap, good location, provided a basic breakfast. Ultimately you pay for what you get

Breakfast was standard affair, bread, cheese, jam, coffee and juice. Was exhausted so got a good night's sleep. Had hot water and clean shower.
Room was dark and dingy with limited natural light as looked onto a brick wall. A window pane was missing in the bathroom and door to bedroom so room was cold. Sheets were clean but top sheets stained. Window pane in bathroom still had last guest's hairs over it.

Clean and comfortable.Shared bathrooms were always clean and had good water pressure & warm water. Nice vibe at breakfast, radio was on with good music. You had to be let in through the door after ringing a doorbell, which made the place feel safe. There seemed to be someone at reception 24/7 - we left around 4:45 to get a bus to Bolivia and someone was there to let us out the front door.
Very basic, but had everything you need and matched the price you pay. Bathroom lights were a bit dim.

We stayed for one night after arriving from Cusco. They allowed us to check-in at 4am (we didn't realize it would be this early). The room and bathroom were large enough -- definitely worth the fair price.
No complaints. This place is very fairly priced.

good location
the stay was horrible. i was there with 2 other guys and they had a even more horrible experience that I had.
about my experience: these workers there didnt speak ANY english. i know its normal for peru - but they didnt even understand / refused to understand google translated English sentences, when there was a problem.
when I was checking out of the hostel they told me I need to pay 110 soles. i asked them why - they told me its for the taxi that brings me to the airport. I told them I want to pay the taxidriver myself, because I knew they would keep at least 10% of the money I would give them.
after the guys tried to check out and also couldnt communicate with the incompetent people, the workers came to me again and told me again I should pay 110 soles. I asked them again what this price is for. Now it was not for the taxi drive anymore, but the hostel stay price (bed & breakfast price). i told them this was too much and showed them the original price that was written on booking. they reacted with „no no no, no entiendo no no“ ( no i dont understand). i translated everything on google translate and the other 2 guys tried to explain it aswell in other words. the same „no entiendo“ the whole time. obvousily they tried to take more money from us than i actually was and tried to take advantage of the fact that we couldnt speak spanish. so we decided to just pay the price they told us that we can finally leave the place.
THE MOMENT i sit into the car I get a message from booking: the hostel told us you didnt pay and didnt check out.
no, i didnt have a check or anything that I paid there, because I paid cash! so I couldnt prove them that I paid and checked out! so I reached out to booking and told them I paid and I even have eyewitnesses (the 2 guys). after that the hostel didnt reach out to me again.
all in all: horrible experience, they take advantage of people that dont speak spanish and take more money that you actually need to pay.
never again.

Loved this hostel! Hot water in the shower with good water pressure, comfortable bed and a warm room. We also used the shared kitchen which was properly equipped and large. The breakfast was also nice (hot drinks, juice, bread, cheese, milk, cereal, banana and yogurt). There is also a pool table and nice rooftop but personally we didn't have time to use them.

I stayed in 2 differents privates room and in both the bathrooms smelled bad. at the fort room there was a window in the roof and at start morning is so lighting and it’s impossible continuing sleeping. the breakfast is poor. I could booking a hotel with the price I payed for the rooms.
