The view from the top floor apartment was very nice - unfortunately the sliding glass doors were completely filthy which really detracted from the view.
We rented three apartments and two of them were unliveable - the one on the ground floor had sliding glass doors that didn't lock to the outside, and the middle one smelled so terrible we couldn't stay in it (the lock on the sliding door to the balcony was also broken) and we shared the one flat that was ok between us. Floors, windows, bathrooms were dirty, kitchen didn't work. The USD 10 breakfast per person was an absolute joke - some cheap sliced bread, a few packages of jam, bad omelettes, individual boxed cereal, milk, juice and a couple vegetables. It's far away from anything down a very long road with no shops nearby. We arrived at 2 am and the staff woke us up at 7:30am to take pictures of our passports, although we had ordered breakfast for 9am. Ended up moving to another hotel part way through our stay.

Just the service guy was helpful.
I asked him to kill the insects and he did.
Got me 3 small bottle of water.
There was insects everywhere in the room and the bed has insects that cant see it with eyes but i was scratching my body always While i’m laying on the bed.
Location is bad good luck finding shop to get a water or food
I do not recommend it. Better pay a little bit more and stay at hotel

Everything was good until the security met my guest and talked to him very baldy،while I sent to him the ID of my guest and his wife the day before as the Egyptian regulations ask
The security reaction with my guest, he act as the owner of the place and I should sign to him every time I get in or go out in the same time he left his kids swimming wearing pyjamas (I have pics)

Other sites on Booking list any "deposit" required at the time of making a booking, but this property did not have this amounts listed when I made the booking reservation. After I complained about their last minute requirement of 100 USD deposit, they claimed that the amount was in the "fine print," but in the week after my issue with them I searched this as did other Booking Customer Service agents, and it was not written anywhere. At the time of my booking, which has been verified by Booking agents and specialists, the site only stated "fees may apply" only, with no disclosure of how much. There is still no explanation for why they asked for Egyptian Pound equivalent of 100 USD deposit, despite my clarification that I had a small and medium dog. They claimed to Booking that I had "huge" dogs, which I never stated and they never saw my dogs (a Maltese and mixed breed).
Therefore, if you choose to book despite this and other reviews, you should clarify with the property before finalizing or passing the non-refundable date what exactly you should pay in total, including "deposits," to avoid any "misunderstandings."
Additionally, regarding communication, although they list a phone number, the property never answered the phone when I called many times to work out my issue of having to bring our dogs the night before my stay. They also did not answer when Booking called. The only communication we had that night was through messaging, but only until I agreed to the deposit. Because they stopped responding to any of my additional questions or requests to speak to them after that, I chose not to stay with them.
