Bellissima vacanza…lo staff è il fiore all’occhiello di questo resort.

Staff ottimo, sono stati tutti molto gentili, specialmente Ahmed El-Sherbiny, il ragazzo che si occupava della pulizia della nostra camera che ogni giorno ci faceva trovare i vari animaletti fatti con le tovaglie sul letto, e AbdElWahad del ricevimento. Wi-Fi ottimo anche in spiaggia, servizio navetta top con l’autista Mina che è stato magnifico con noi. Pulizia generale ottima, ricorderemo per sempre l’odore buonissimo della hall. Ristorante che ogni sera proponeva piatti diversi, grazie allo chef e ai camerieri sempre a disposizione per accontentare ogni nostra richiesta. Molti dello staff parlano italiano. Servizio navetta per SOHO SQUARE gratuito. Barriera corallina meravigliosa davanti il resort.

Sdraio in spiaggia e pontile sono da cambiare, aria condizionata rumorosa, e personale del centro benessere in spiaggia un po’ assillante a proporre le varie attività da fare spa.

Мы находились в отеле часов 9, причем не ночевали. Номер очень симпатичный с видом на бассейн и море, в комнате были 2 большие кровати с удобной подушкой, что для меня очень важно, т.к. я постоянно таскаю с собой свою подушку. Но к сожалению ночевать не пришлось, у нас был ночной вылет. . Риф Оазис избаловал нас и питанием, так что с тем питание даже не сравнимо, хотя есть выбор и блюд и овощей и фруктов, и вина, и кофе. Персонал доброжелательный, заселили быстро и в хороший номер, охранник помог вызвать такси для отъезда в аэропорт. Возможно выход балкона на бассейн и имеет минусы в плане шума, но нам повезло, так как прямо с балкона удалось посмотреть "огненное шоу", представление было замечательным.

Пляж после Риф Оазиса нам не понравился, лежаки расположены террасами,( что очень напомнило террасы в Андах Перу, где растут растения). Зонты расположены на наш взгляд не удачно, т.к. тени во второй половине дня практически нет. Заход в море только с поддона, с берега нет, риф в одном месте очень даже красивый, но проход между ним и буйками не больше 2х метров, причем некоторые люди умудряются зависнуть над рифом не вдоль, а поперек прохода. Народу на мой взгляд гораздо больше, чем места для купания, так что нас порадовало, что купаться могли только 2 раза. В ресторане, на наш взгляд, было очень много народу и везде на раздачах очереди.

È già la seconda volta che scegliamo il Grand Oasis. Resort molto curato, ottimo il cibo, stanza vista mare, pulita e dotata di tutto. Hard All inclusive fantastico e posizione strategica vicino Soho Square per le uscite serali. Il Resort mette anche a disposizione una navetta molto comoda e gratuita proprio per raggiungere Soho. Al Grand Oasis tutto lo staff è cordiale e gentilissimo a partire dalla Reception, ai baristi, ai camerieri del ristorante, allo staff del servizio spiaggia e piscina. Fiore all'occhiello del Resort è Filopater, ragazzo preparato, gentile e sempre sorridente. Un ringraziamento anche a Tarem, sempre disponibile.

Очень красивые кораллы, мы видели разных рыб, скатов, мурену, здесь живёт огромный Наполеон, крылатки и рыбы иглы. Хорошая еда и обслуживание. Есть бассейн с подогревом и детский пляж. Несмотря на количество отдыхающих, отель был полный, нет ощущения толпы. Хотелось бы поблагодарить Абделя, работника ресепшена за великолепное отношение. Мы отдыхали всей семьей (7человек) и считаем, что он заслужил премию. Хорошие туалеты, ухоженная территория, осуществляется трансфер до Сохо и до пляжа.

Огромное количество одноразовой посуды. Отель производит колоссальные объемы пластика. Вечерняя анимация немного слабая, и план анимации не всегда соответствует реальности. Отель старенький, в идеале отремонтировать. Пантон немного старый и шатается. Один вопрос : почему скумбрию и пюре дают только на завтрак?

لم يعجبني شى بالفندق، سوى موظفين المطعم كان تعامله رائع

باب الزجاج للبلكونه مفتوح ولايقفل يستطيع اي احد يدخل عليك من الخارج يعنى الامان صفر في الغرفه ، الثلاجة عطلانه والماء علبه واحده صغيره وحاره ، موظفين الاستقال كانوا بطئين جدا بالتسجيل وعندهم برود بالاستقبال ولم يتجابوا بصيانة الثلاجة او تغيرها ، السرير قديم

Lo staff era veramente gentilissimo, all inclusive veramente con tutto compreso vino alcolici, vasta scelta ristorante anche troppo, wifi gratis in tutta la struttura 2 mega, buona posizione con navetta gratis per Soho square, piscina media riscaldata, piscina grande un po' piu' fredda ma buona per chi fa nuoto, la spiaggia non proprio adatta per bambine piccole, dal pontile galleggiante si poteva nuotare ed ammirare la barriera corallina.

Attenzione ai fotografi, concordare prima i prezzi; come ho sottolineato prima la spiaggia non è adatta a bambini piccoli perché la barriera corallina parte vicina alla riva e non si può camminare, bene per chi sa nuotare che ci va via pontile galleggiante.

I was business traveling and did not have time to use facilities. But I know the facilities from Royal Savoy. All inclusive correct. Poll and sea nice..

Air conditioning too noisy for me. Reception was unable to book my taxi during my check-in for my retur flight. Telling me they will do in the morning at 05AM which did not work.. So I had to find myself an emergency solution at 5:00 AM à la Egyptienne and had luck, but it was at limit.

Hotel has his own beach. You can see a lot of different fish. Food was perfect!!!! Soxo 5 minutes to walk. Nice stores in the hotel.

Good but the experience in the sauna facility made it the worst.

Good location, good atmosphre, good meal, and friendly staff only except the one at Gym and Sauna facility

I am very sorry but allow me to write about my experience in the sauna. I used gym and sauna facility in the morning of 28th June. When I enter the facility, there was a middle-aged male staff (, who looked a leader in the facility?), sitting in a sofa at entrance and just looking at his smartphone. After I used the gym, I asked another young male staff about using Sauna and he did not seemed to understand English well, but he was willing to help us. But when I was in locker changing clothes after using sauna, the male staff, sitting in a sofa when I came in, came up to me and told me that I had to pay for using sauna in a very aggressive way. Off course, I could have paid if I was told so earlier but the male staff continued to harass me verbally. He obviously noticed that I was using the facilities from the beginning but he was just sitting in the sofa and finally treated me as if I were the bad one. My wife was totally frightened with his attitude. I argued back against him there, but I still am not convinced about this issue at all. I do not intend to criticize the young staff at all. However, I am very certain that the middle-aged staff is seriously lack in professional ethics. This is the worst experience I have ever had in any hotels before.

Affordable and it feels it

Staff were always happy to help and they are everywhere, they upgraded my room from a garden view to a pool view as soon as I arrived, free of charge. I was able to get a shirt ironed within an hour for less than £1 with no issues. Bedroom was comfortable and air conditioned with a nice view from the balcony, loud music was played in the evening by the pool but I couldn't hear it when in my room. Security was good, with multiple checks whenever I returned to the resort after leaving. Location is ideal for visiting the Four Seasons or Savoy for an event if you are strapped for cash, less than a 5 minute walk from reception to reception.

Hotel did feel a little run down and in need of renovation. The lobby is impressive at first glance but is lined with cheap and tacky shops. Pool was a good size but the sunloungers were sagging and worn so not very comfortable, all towels are starting to fray and show their age. AC in the room worked well, but had three power settings that all ran at full blast making quite a noise. Do not expect services to be brought to you when outside the room, you must seek them out yourself (e.g. staff will not offer refreshments or services unapproached, you have to go to the bar yourself). Water/squash is available from a limited number of machines around the lobby and pool but I had to walk 5 minutes from my room if I wanted a refill during the night (you can't drink the tap water). Meal times were a little restrictive (breakfast stops being refreshed at 10:00 and closes at 10:30, so no long lie-ins. Lunch starts at 13:00 rather than 12:00). Food range is good but layout is poor and not clear what's available, I picked at the buffet for a day before realising pasta dishes were available from a hot counter.
