Great house for a group of friends. The location was great. We walked to most everything. The house was very clean and comfortable. Tommy was very helpful.

Convenient to the convention center for our show. Walking distance to some great restaurants, bars and the river walk. TV was a bit complicated but we figured it out. ROKU remote wasn't working. Everything was well marked and easy to use.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation house. The location was ideal, offering both tranquility and proximity to the city center. The house was impeccably clean and had the perfect number of rooms to comfortably accommodate our family. Being close to various amenities made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommend this place for a family vacation!

This was our second visit to this property, and we enjoyed our stay again. The house has everything you may need, with plenty of space. The hosts were great at communicating with us. The location is great and a close walk to the convention center and Riverwalk.
The house is older, so is in need of some repairs, but that did not affect our stay at all. If we are ever in need of a place to stay in San Antonio again, we’ll book this property again!

We could not have asked for a better location! We were walking distance from all the great spots in San Antonio! The neighborhood and the neighbors that we met were great. We had plenty of room for the four of us, The house was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and Tommy was very responsive.
It was a great stay, and if in the area again would definitely rebook.

Great location. Within walking distance to most SA attractions.

Our group of 5 adults had a lovely stay over 10 nights. A couple of things didn’t go to plan, TV was very hit and miss, and the doors (front and back) were not closing, so security was a concern. We had to move furniture in front of doors at night when we were unable to lock them.
, San Antonio is a wonderful City, and we loved the location. So close to everything.
And Tommy was the most gracious host, and left the pantry and fridge full of so many items.
That was very much appreciated.

We had a wonderful time in San Antonio. This property is walking distance to the Riverwalk, the Alamo and Convention Center which we really appreciated not having to drive and find parking. There are also several good restaurants close by. Tommy gave us some good suggestions.

We spent a few days of spring break with our daughter's family, and it was wonderful. We were able to walk to the Riverwalk, to the Tower of The America's, to downtown attractions AND to eat. Fanrastix restaurants nearby!! And the house is so roomy, comfortable, and clean. If you need to drive, Alamo street is just a block away, and Cesar Chavez is near. We would stay here again!!

Cute little house with old world charm. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Owner very nice and accommodating with check in and our process. Only stayed one night but had a good experience.

College girlfriends reunion. First time to San Antonio and wanted to be close to areas of interest. This home was perfect! Walking distance to the Alamo, the tower of Americas, and the Riverwalk! All the areas we wanted to see. An added plus was that the mission tour we booked, they picked us up at the house instead of us having to go to a hotel! We enjoyed the comfortable furniture in the living room, as well as sitting around the dining room table and chatting together. Nice quiet neighborhood too!
The host is very responsive when reaching out to communicate or ask questions. Appreciated that very much. The house was just as stated in the listing. Only recommendation would be to fix the deadbolt on the back door for a more secure home. It did have a key lock That worked just fine. I would stay here again.

It was wonderful. The location is great. The beds are very comfortable. Our kids loved it. We had no issues at all.

4 gals that shared a suite at the University of Tennessee many moons ago became life long friends. We make it a priority to see each at least once a year and we selected San Antonio as our destination. The location was fantastic, great beds and den was perfect. With all the rain the doors were difficult to close but other than that the house was perfect! Tommy was quick with responses easy check in and out. Didn’t know about the cats around the house but we saw zero mice! With old houses you usually have some but not here! I would recommend

Location, Location, Location. We loved the house and location couldn't be much better. We will be back.

Most everything was as advertised. There were a couple of issues - light bulbs had to be replaced, the security alarm would not work on the STAY setting, one of the bathrooms literally was in the living room downstairs with all bedrooms upstairs, property badly in need of leaf removal from the yard. However, we had a great time and none of those things detracted from our overall stay. Historic home in a historic neighborhood with any easy walk to the Riverwalk.

Perfect location as we wanted to walk to the River and also to Beethoven Hall for the Christmas fair.

Great location for a group attending a conference at the convention center. The house worked well, and it is certainly an older, quirky home that would benefit from some deep cleaning and updates compared to most VRBO's I have stayed at. Loved the cats :)

This was the perfect spot for Five sisters to spend some time together. The property is very well maintained and in a great location for walking to most of the main attractions in San Antonio. The neighborhood has many wonderful restaurants.
Tommy was very accommodating and welcoming with basic food supplies awaiting our arrival.

We absolutely LOVED our visit to this very special home!! We were located within walking distance or a short 5 minute drive to everything we wanted to attend! The house itself was magnificent. Seeing the beautiful architecture and layout surpassed my expectation! Comfortable beds and space for everyone to either play games in the living room, hang out in their rooms to relax or sit out on the front porch or back patio enjoying a summer breeze. Communication with the owner was perfect, they were always available if we needed anything or had any questions! Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely love to stay here again!! Thank you Tommy for your hospitality! It was perfection!

Great location with walkable access to Riverwalk and Alamo! Host was communicative and provided eggs/bread for the stay. Minor issues with cleanliness - there were towels still hanging on doorknobs, dishes still in the dishwasher, and the yard was very overgrown. Would recommend better/more furniture in the living room to accommodate all guests. Nothing major for us and I would stay here again in the future.

Charming house close to everything. The weather didn’t cooperate but it would have been walking distance to the tower, river walk, etc.

Gorgeous character house with good size bedrooms in an excellent location. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a great experience at Casa Linda. The property manager was very communicative, the house is charming and had plenty of space for us. The location was great, walking distance from everything! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The only things that differed from the listing- the cable did not work, and there were no food items in the fridge (the milk/eggs/bread etc that were in the listing). We ordered groceries from instacart for our stay, so it was ok, but had we known, we would have planned ahead for that.
Overall we had a great time and will definitely stay here next time we are in San Antonio.

House was in a perfect spot for walking to everything. We didn’t realize it was Fiesta which was a fun surprise. Based on reviews we read there could be noise…. I thought it was very quite especially since it was fiesta.

The host was incredibly helpful, friendly, and communicative. We had just one night here, but I would easily stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a convenient and well located stay in San Antonio. I hope we’re able to return someday :)

We were able to get an early check in which was perfect because i had an early flight. The house had lots of charm and we all enjoyed having the extra space. We walked to several restaurants that were very close. There is a Puerta Rican on just around the corner that has the best food. Great location and close to everything. You wont be disappointed and the host is very helpful.I would stay here again for sure.

Excellent location - walkable to tons of great restaurants and downtown area (Alamo, Riverwalk, etc.).

We stayed at this home for a long weekend for a cheer competition. There 2 adults and 4 teens and the house was perfect. Very close to downtown, 5 min drive or less to everything and we felt safe. All bedrooms are upstairs with one full bath up and one full bath down. It is an older home but they have kept it up very nicely and labeled things like hard to find light switches making it so easy to find things. We would definitely stay here again.
5.0
This home had a lot of charm. Additionally, owner was kind enough to have a gallon of milk, bread, fruit, and some other groceries available for us. Definitely would stay here again.
