Come enjoy this peaceful and centrally-located home. This place has everything you need. Game room, hot tub, private pool, slide with waterfall, firepit, outdoor bar with TV and BBQ, putting green and more! The house was beautiful, clean, plenty of room and comfy beds. The kids really enjoyed the xbox, game room and the pool! It was very nice to just sit around and visit with our son. The neighborhood is older and not kept up but as soon as you open the front door of the house you forget about that. We didn’t have any issues. Someone did wake me up at 6a being outside the house but she was pulling the trashcans to the curb.

This home was perfect for our group, two couples & two single guys to stay for the weekend trip for a concert at The Alamodome.
The property looks great on the website, but is even better in person. It’s a glimmering diamond in an area where some of the neighborhood homes are run down but we felt perfectly safe. The backyard/pool is completely surrounded in greenery for a private retreat - a refreshing swim after a trip to Riverwalk with the near full moon rising was amazing!
The owners have obviously taken care to think of everything, providing a fun, clean, well-stocked house for their guests. Thank you for your hospitality!

I first want to say that I was scared after reading the reviews that I was staying in a bad area. I almost cancelled to stay somewhere else. I am
So glad that I didn’t cancel. The neighborhood is fine, the neighbors are fine and keep to themselves. Don’t let that scare you. Now the house- it’s beautiful. My eight year old never asked for my phone- well maybe once. The pool was amazing and warm, which I loved, we all stayed in the pool. The game room was great for all ages 8-79. The Xbox was a hit. Kitchen and house have all the amenities you could need. Host is quick to respond to all messages. If you are staying for BMT graduation, it is so close to the house. My
Son loved it and just relaxed and we ate there. There is a Walmart superstore close by for food shopping. All other stores aren’t far either. The only odd thing I can tell you and it could just be different rules in San Antonio is that dogs aren’t kept on leashes in the neighborhood. So if you go out later in the day there were two dogs that would chase my car down the street, so just be careful not to run the Over:)

This was a wonderful property to stay at for our trip. Very well maintained home and the pool was the highlight for our kids. Very kid friendly and it had everything we needed. A lot of reviews mention the neighborhood, but we felt very safe and comfortable. It is a very quiet neighborhood and we felt very comfortable with our young children. The house was awesome and if we make it back we would book again!

This is by far the best stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The owners have really put extra thought into making your stay easy. With us being here in the summer, the pool was a big plus and the game room gave our kids an indoor activity. Very clean and comfortable home! We would stay here again.

This property had everything a family/group would need for a summer rental. I have rented a lot of properties over the years and this location was the best stocked one of them all - they even had a full spice rack! I would highly recommend this location for anyone, especially those traveling with kids. I think we spent more time in the game room and out in the pool than we did zipping around the city! This property is centrally located to everywhere you want to visit in San Antonio and the neighborhood is quiet. The home is lovely with space for everyone and we would definitely come back!

The house was very nice and the pool was our favorite part. There was a mix up on our end about the checkout date but owner seemed understanding and hopefully we didn’t cause them too much heartache but loved staying there and would stay again if they would have us :)

This home was the perfect place for our family to stay for our son’s BMT Graduation. There was so much to do and the location made the early morning arrivals at Lackland AFB much easier. The pool and the game room were a big hit!

The house itself was a getaway for us. We spent days there just enjoying the heated pool and being together. Lots of lounging around and playing games. We had a storm blow through and Robert was especially quick to take care of getting us back online and keeping us in that pool. We headed to a small town for the eclipse but it was nice to know we could jump back in to the pool at the end of the day.
At first, driving into the neighborhood, you might hesitate, thinking it looks like an older, smaller community. Once you get into the house, however, you find a wonderful oasis and get a nice time away. We would stay there again. Thanks Robert!

My cousin and I rented the house for our family during spring break. This house was perfect! It’s about 20 minutes from most attractions, the house is beautiful, my kids loved the pool,slide and game room! We all enjoyed the jacuzzi! The host was very responsive and she was kind. The neighborhood was quiet. Kitchen fully stocked and the house was very clean. We will stay here again and hopefully for longer with the amazing backyard you don’t even have to go anywhere!

The best vacation rental we’ve stayed at! This house is full of entertainment from the game room, pool, water slide, hot tub, mini golf, outdoor TV, fire table and Xbox. It’s a short 20 minute drive to downtown San Antonio where we visited the Riverwalk and the Alamo. Also close to Seaworld. The house is like new, so clean, full of supplies including toilet paper, paper towels and laundry soap which we’ve had to supply ourselves at most other vacation rentals. The owners were extremely responsive.

This property had a backyard oasis that I wish I could open my eyes to every day. It is absolutely my dream home. You can stay during the cool months and Robert will heat the pool for you so it’s enjoyable and of course the hot tub is available year-round. The beds are extremely comfortable along with the furniture. Everything is set up perfectly for your stay. I will be staying here again and again and I’m highly satisfied and thank you for your service Robert .

We had a fantastic stay at this home. Traveled from Ohio to see our son/brother graduate from AF BMT. Very convenient location as it was minutes from the base and local activities. The house is its own little paradise. Pool, putt putt, pop a shot… it has it all! The owners are a joy to work with and extremely responsive. Highly recommend this home.

We had such an amazing time staying here. The house was perfect and made you feel so comfortable and at ease. The owners were so helpful and replied quickly to any question. We all wished we had booked a couple extra days. Such a great time and my kids were off of their phones!

For starters, this home accommodates up to 8 people for the price advertised. If you book for 10 people there is an additional $100 charge for those 2 people.
This home has all the bells and whistles. It’s a well equipped home away from home. It had a game room, a heated pool (must request 24 hours in advance before arrival and for an additional fee per day - reasonable rate compared to others)
We chose this home because of the heated pool. There were issues with it and although a part was needed the part was installed before arrival. The water probably could have been warmer but we found out on our 2nd day that the propane had run out and to our dismay the reason for us choosing this home quickly became a disappointment. The home is in a “different” type of neighborhood, but nonetheless we didn’t run into any issues or problems.
Responsiveness would be rated at a 3. We had pressing matters regarding the pool and took a while before we heard back so we had to initiate phone call. Check out procedures were easy to follow.

This beautiful home was perfect for our Thanksgiving vacation. The entire family enjoyed the backyard and the game room. We had everything we needed in the home and it was close to the attractions. The neighborhood did concern my family upon arrival; however, as stated in previous reviews, we did not have any problems. We would definitely stay here again and are thankful for the wonderful memories we made in this home.

I want to start with the past reviews I’ve read. They make you question the neighborhood. If you want a house in an affluent neighborhood, this is not the place for you. This area has hardworking blue collar people who are respectful and leave you alone. With that being said let’s get to the house. It was absolutely beautiful! I loved the floors. I always choose a house that will entertain us. A small mini vacay. This house did not disappoint. The games, pool and spa were luxurious. It was an oasis in the backyard. The hot tub was amazing! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of space and quiet. We will definitely return and I highly recommend!

Stayed here for my sons Air Force graduation. Location was super close to the base, that being said.... the neighborhood was run down and at times seemed scary, but had no issues. House was super clean and worked perfectly for what we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed in this lovely home while visiting San Antonio for our son’s BMT graduation. The house is conveniently located very near the base. 3.3 miles from the Valley Hi gate and only 1.5 miles from another gate. The house has all the amenities you could ever need during your stay. The pool and hot tub were so refreshing and beautiful. The putting green and game room were great for out competitive family! The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The owners paid attention to detail of everything you might need, down to the usb charging ports in the alarm clocks! Owners are quick to respond if you ever have any questions. We had a great stay and would definitely return!

This property is amazing. We were in town to watch an Air Force graduation and wanted a great place to stay and boy did we find it. On days we didn’t want to venture out, we had so many things to do at the property. My parents were in their late 70’s and even they were shooting hoops and playing shuffleboard. The pool and hot tub were perfect as was the lounge chairs and outdoor kitchen. The beds were super comfortable and we literally wanted for nothing. Location was 5 min from the base and all of San Antonio was within a 20 min drive. This is the perfect Vacation or Stay-cation rental. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at this property for my child's BMT graduation. It is well within the travel area and 5 minutes from the Valley Hi gate. Close to everything, HEB minutes away, Great pool, game room, clean, clean, clean. Would definitely stay again if in San Antonio
