Only location
Room was smaller than our walk-in closet, dark stairs to the room. There was nothing to put our cell phone on, faucet in bath loose , nothing to like about the room.

Everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My wife had fallen and hurt her knee. The young man on reception immediately got an ice pack and towels as soon as we arrived. He also directed us to the Red Cross who came up to the hotel and bandaged Lyn's knee. Breakfast was excellent with the biggest croissants I have ever seen and delicious fresh orange juice. The older man on breakfast duty was very friendly, smiley and helpful. Lyn was able to rest in the room until able to go out. The room was wonderful, like a small apartment with beautiful carved furniture. The outside patio area was perfect for the delicious lunch with a pint of Sangria!! The woman who ran the hotel was very funny as well as helpful. She was amazed that I have a Spanish name but don't speak much Spanish. The location inside the Alhambra was perfect!
Not being able to stay at the Hotel América for longer!

Lovely staff, tasty breakfast, incredible location for visiting the Alhambra, nice room with balcony at the top of the house.
The restaurant wasn't open, although we were able to get drinks. And the air con didn't operate all of the time which was frustrating and there was no one to on the premises to talk to about this when we were sweltering in our room.

So awesome to stay within Alhambra and such a clean hotel!
We didn’t realize we could have a free breakfast and left without having one!

The location is wonderful, staying right in the Alhambra is very unique. Very quiet at night. The staff are lovely and helpful.
Whilst being in the Alhambra is wonderful, be prepared for the many tourists you encounter when you leave the hotel, they are everywhere, it is one of the most visited sites in the world. I would suggest that Hotel America is great for a night or two if you are going to be visiting the site only.

It is a perfect place to stay in Granada - cosy, clean, with GREAT staff and you literally live in the Alhambra. Everything was perfect and I cannot recommend it enough.
Thank you guys for your attention to details, to your guests and for making it an amazing experience ❤️
P.S. I loved it so much I prolonged my stay for several more days. Don’t worry about the absence of the elevator - personnel of the hotel will help you to lift it to your room if you ask for it. The only thing you need to be aware of is that you will need to walk to the center of the city for about 15-20 minutes - passing the Palace of Charles V, Puerta de la Justicia and other beautiful historical buildings which is a benefit but could be hard for people who won’t be able to cope with that distance physically.

The staff
Rooms very small and no amenities such as tea, coffee, water. also very noisy place, kept awake until 2 am by neighbours as room not at all sound or light proof

The location was excellent. Being inside the Alhamabra was wonderful. The staff were incredible. I would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting Granada and Alhambra.

Excellent breakfast and lunch. Dinner available next door at Paramor, you just need to make online reservation, so you don't need to be a guest there. Excellent quick taxi service to hotel front door. It was wonderful to be inside the Alhambra monument!

The location of the the hotel is remarkable, we were able to visit the sights, go back to our room for half an hour and then continue at our leisure. We loved being right there among all the stunning architecture. The hotel would probably be better presented as an Inn. The staff was wonderful, warm and helpful. The breakfast courtard totally charming.
We didnt realise that there would be no food available...no restaurant or place to buy food within walking distance. Being a Monday night, the restaurants near the parking lot were all closed. The other issue was that the parking lot was not nearby.

old world charm and location. lovely staff

Quaint hotel with a real old world Spanish feel. Great location within the Alhambra. Lunch food was simple but excellent and great service. Helpful if a little eccentric staff.
It was fairly pricey but we understand this is because of its unique location. No parking at the hotel so it cost us 43 euros for our 2 night stay in the official Alhambra car park…ouch!

no coffe/ kettle or fridge, and bar closed and not available in the evening.

Very quaint hotel, with a nice vibe. Only had breakfast, but this was very good. Late night staff arranged for drinks to be left in our room as the bar closes at 10Pm and we had chosen to eat in the main city and were back late. The location of the hotel is obviously perfect for the Alhambra Place. The staff were very knowledgeable about the different tours available and I wish we had booked our tour through the hotel.
Early morning noise from the Palace, but not the hotels fault. I’m being very harsh here!

The staff are so kind and relux. The great woman staff manages all things. The great man staff serving you in their restaurant make all guests fan. The great man staff guiding you their hotel also make you fan and his English sounds beatiful. I recommend you use their restaurant. This is because restaurants around alhambra are closed or the taste are terribble( Of course, expensive).
