Alcune imperfezioni le ho riscontrate in stanza. Se si considera che la stanza era fornita da: - vasca idromassaggio (senza la possibilità di appendere il braccio doccetta poiché mancava il gancio alla parete e devo anche precisare che la bordatura della vasca era un po' ....diciamo datata, dovrebbe essere sostituita perché da un effetto di sporco) - wc (poco accessoriato, mancante di portatovaglie... cestino senza copertura...porta rotolo posizionato a 20/25 cm da terra... luce specchio da migliorare..... Un vero peccato perché il bagno è abbastanza grande e ricco di spazi da sfruttare.) - TV (telecomando mancante ma hanno provveduto subito) - cassaforte (che ho trovato non funzionante ma subito sistemata dal tecnico) - frigo ( purtroppo... funzionante ma non rinfrescante, praticamente quasi un fornetto) - ampia finestra (ma che sporge su Bar esterno all'hotel con tavolini e parcheggio di sosta aperto h 24 e sinceramente riposare la notte non era facile) - letto matrimoniale (sinceramente comodissimo) N. B. .... purtroppo se non si è automuniti bisognerà fare uso dei mezzi pubblici (quasi inesistenti e con orari casuali) o taxi o noleggio.

La struttura di per sè è bella ma sicuramente la prossima volta opteremo per una camera standard e mangeremo altrove.

Lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile, soprattutto nella risoluzione dei problemi che abbiamo riscontrato. La piscina è abbastanza grande e pulita. Le camere sono pulite e nonostante la nostra affacciasse sulla strada, tenendo la finestra chiusa non si sentiva il caos probeniente da essa.

Non è una struttura da 4 stelle soprattutto per quanto riguarda il ristorante. Le fotografie ingannano dato che mostrano piatti che in realtà sul menù non esistono. Infatti quest’ultimo prevedeva cose come insalata di tonno o pollo, caprese, pollo al limone…cose che sinceramente mi preparo io a casa. Da un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più, o quantomeno quello che pubblicizzano sui social. La vasca idromassaggio ha iniziato a perdere acqua da sotto mentre la stavo semplicemente riempiendo e quindi ci è stato impossibile riutilizzarla, vedendo i segni sulla porta del bagno non era neanche la prima volta che capitava.

Hotel fantastico sotto tutti gli aspetti. Dalla gentilezza del personale alla pulizia maniacale di tutti gli ambienti. Colazione super. Piscina meravigliosa e giovanni strepitoso.

Gentili sempre a disposizione le stanze grandi abbastanza come i bagni puliti buono anche che anno un parcheggio loro così da nn lasciare sulla strada la macchina zona tranquilla

The place is very good, staff attitude and food was good, but it could have been better

The swimming pool was good, the room and the breakfast were good enough. We had lunch and was ok.

Air conditioning was poor and it was very hot during the day and at night, it was difficult to sleep. A bulb was not working, where the suitcases were so we had to use the iPhone light to get clothes out of suitacses. It was mentioned to the receptionist but nothing was done.

Very good value, friendly staff, clean rooms, however it’s advisable to rent a car.

Daily cleaning, Rita was great and smiling.

The hotel is in a remote area, to go to the center you need a taxi or shuttle bus to liquola station 20 mins . Also the staff in the reception are friendly however they don’t always provide a full information about tours and activities. We had to find out ourselves. No sound isolation.

Some of the staff could have been more attentive, tables not cleared in the eating area, ashtrays not cleared after people left the pool area.

Incredible value and great service and food

Everything is fantastic clean update. Well appointed pool was exceptional. Breakfast was phenomenal. Price was incredible.

Well, obviously, it’s in Naples. If you have to go through Naples this is the place you’re going to stay because it’s certainly an oasis in Naples.

rooms are spacious.

All pillows, sheets, blankets were stinky even the covers changed everyday. Breakfast could be better. Old eggs should not be served.

Nice hotel in walking distance to the sea!

After initial issues, which were immediately fixed the whole stay was great. I love walking distance to the seaside! Quiet room, cleaned every day. The hotel seems to be led by family and I felt like to be a part of it! There is also a swimming pool next to it. And important - spacious and secure parking.

There are not so many things I can recall, but one to mention - the swimming pool, which closes for the night at 1800. Since I was working to 18.30, I had no option to use it during the week. When I finally got to the pool, I was asked to buy a swimming cap (maybe I am not so experienced, but that was my first time in... years) and the pool service wasn't so friendly. So I prefer the sea over the local hotel pool.

Location was good near enough to the beach. Rooms very very clean

Breakfast very poor no fruit only on weekends, no vegetables very surprising as they are so cheap in the season,meat for breakfast cut in half as they probably try to save money, very little choice but maybe according to the price that was good enough.Staff no English only at reception. Air-condition in the room very poor barely working. I booked this hotel cause it had rate of 8,8 reviews well I don't know who gave that much I would rate it for 7. Room had no mirror for ladies a big miss. I don't know I have been in 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ before and the standard was way higher this hotel has way less standard then 4 stars.

Disappointing hotel and neighborhood.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Our daughter's first room smelled of cigarette smoke. Also the "clean" sheets we got after the third day and sometimes the towels stank of cigarette smoke. The rooms didn't look at all like advertised. The neighborhood was dirty and run down. The bed was fairly uncomfortable and not what we asked for (two beds, put together).
