The greeting and check in by Gregory stand out for me after a very hectic trip. He was warm, patient and very informative, and that made things much easier and more enjoyable.
The housekeeping didn't always refresh the towels and bath mat, nor the hand soap.

Location, history, good sized room

I love this hotel for it’s convenient location, cleanliness, and value
I would prefer earlier communication concerning the check-in details. we had a small issue with the check-in. they gave us a wrong room number and the code. we unlocked the room only to find out it’s already occupied. it was really embarrassing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was large and clean, and the amenities were great. The staff, especially Antonio and Camila, made the stay memorable. Antonio saw that it was my birthday and the staff prepared a surprise gift for me in the room. I would stay here again!

The location.
No place for the guests to have breakfast.

it was authentic, no frills kind of place. The staff was limited but very helpful. The coffee shop located outside the lobby ( unaffiliated with the hotel) was very good.
The bathroom was very small.

Location was beautiful and very central. Staff were excellent
The front door slammed and was right under our room

handy for the Alhambra
curtains see through and did not keep the light out!! totally useless and there was strong spotlights and street lights right outside too.
tea making facilities on the top floor of the hotel in a corridor - nothing in your room.

Very friendly receptionist. Cool, atmospheric lobby and landing. Our superior room was perfectly clean and comfortable with a very welcome small complimentary bottle of wine. From our tiny balcony we had an Alhambra view. The location is ideal for all the city highlights. It took us 20 mins to walk up to the Alhambra. I loved this hotel and have already recommended it to friends.
While this was not a problem for us, you should be aware that you have to drive through some very narrow streets to access the San Agustin carpark which is a 10 min walk from the hotel. We left our car in the carpark for just over 30 hours and it cost 39 euros.
Also, we ignored the frequent requests to supply a photo of our passport via WhatsApp to the hotel before arrival. I think this is only essential if you arrive outside of reception opening hours.

The location is in a historic location in the gorge along the river opposite the Alhambra. It's a very attractive hotel with both modern and historical details. The rooms are well appointed and there's a great coffee/breakfast spot onsite.
Be prepared for an area packed with tourists right outside the hotel door. Very easy to get to almost anywhere as long as you are ok walking up fairly steep hills.

Everything is perfect except the wifi. But I really like this hotel!

location, it is close to Alhambra. the hotel is an arab house
nothing special

Lovely old building full of character
Complimentary coffee and tea facilities just outside the room.
Room bigger than expected
Mattress was too soft (this could be a personal preference)
As standard rooms have no rooms onto the outside it can get stuffy.
Extortionate price of the water: 2 euros per small bottle.
Some recommendations were tourist traps (This does not directly impact the hotel itself, but I’d recommend not following them blindly)

Amazing old palace converted into a boutique hotel.
The room is comfy and spacious enough, bedroom is mega comfy and the place is possibly located in the most pictoresque street of Granada - facing the Alhambra hill.
Lovely.
There is no breakfast included, even though there is a specialty coffee bar in the same building.
A bit too pricy for what it serves, but that's not related to the hotel.

I couldn't have chosen a more perfect hotel for our 3-night stay in Granada.
Location is perfect, right in Albaicin area. There are lots of restaurants and tapas bars nearby and the entrance to Al Hambra Palace was only about 20-min (uphill) walk from there. Room was bigger than expected, we were in room 102 with a view of the river. It was also very clean too. I have to say that the best thing about this hotel is the service I've received from their staff, Antonio was extremely helpful and gave us so many local tips on where to go for drinks, food and what to do. They also arranged a flamenco show for us in a cave which was a great experience. We've tried all of Antonio's recommendations and they were top notch! I'd definitely recommend this property if you're visiting Granada and I personally won't stay anywhere else if I ever get the chance to visit again.

Comfortable bed good shower think we had an accessible room with slightly larger shower. Quiet air con. Free welcome gift of bottle of wine in room on arrival. Located in historic Albayzin area within easy reach of main sights to visit. We walked up the hill to the Alhambra roughly 20 minutes ok if your fit and able otherwise taxis are readily available. If you plan to visit the Alhambra make sure you book well in advance as tickets are limited. We booked a guided tour which is probably the best option as you could easily miss important parts. Friendly and helpful hotel staff reception hours are limited manned 14:00 to 21:00. We had a room on second floor facing into the courtyard it was nice and quiet. There is a kettle and coffee machine on this floor for guests to use. Would stay again if we return to Granada.
Everything was good.
