Bleach smelling room

Property was adequate size for the price and they have 24hr reception which I find nice.

The hallway and the room STUNK like bleach. After 10 minutes in the room I felt dizzy and faint. I raised it with the receptionist and they let me know that there’s new cleaners and they’ll let them know to use less! We had the AC on full blast and door open but it was so potent. Apart from the obvious discomfort I don’t think it is safe and have probably lost many brain cells sleeping in there, even tho I slept with the duvet like a mask to try and reduce the smell.

The opening of the shower was so narrow a grown up that wasn’t a size 0 could nt fit into it

Excellent value hotel in a fabulous location

Brilliant location. Staff extremely helpful. Really comfortable room with a compact bathroom

We couldn’t get any hot water either in the evening or morning

Simple and comfortable, easy to navigate

The Wi-Fi didn’t work, which wasn’t a big deal for us because we were only there for the night, but due to the lack of phone signal because of the way the building is this could do with being a more reliable Wi-Fi

There was a man hole in the floor of our room so the room smelt like sewage! there was hairs on the kettle and generally it just wasn’t clean.

Minimalistic but safe and good value place to stay.

Central location very close to coach station and docks. Friendly staff. Place felt safe and cosy. Great value for money. Despite the negative things I list I would stay there again.

Noise from the corridor. Internet drop outs (but would reconnect within seconds). Marks on pillow cases (but I think they were clean still, just marked/stained). Dripping shower head. Took four or five minutes running the shower to get hot water out. No chair in the room.

Perfect location, helpful staffs and clean.

The two Mangers Hannah and Callum were very helpful. The location wasn't noisy either so it was easy to get to sleep. The location was also perfect. The place is also very clean.

Only thing was that the room was smaller than I expected, but overall it is good enough and comfortable enough.

Unsettling stay underground

Walking distance to many famous districts in Liverpool

You get the feeling you are descending into the depths as you are led down to your room in the basement level with no windows. it’s a very unsettling feeling. I was awoken in the middle of the night by screaming too. Great value for money but with you need to understand that it’s basically a place to sleep and I wouldn’t recommend spending any time in your room as it’s not big enough.

Little Hotel you wouldn't even now was there

It was really quiet, didn't hear a peep. I was on the bottom floor room 206

The stairs. Also I thought the room was damp at first and it was cold. Then I found a little heater in the cupboard put that on and it was great

Did the job for a one night stay but not luxury.

Good value for money considering we booked only a few weeks before and stayed on new years eve. The location was good and we had breakfast across the road at a really nice place. Check in and out process was straightforward.

The bathroom was not very clean. There there a chunk of poo in the toilet when we arrived, and there was also a condom wrapper in the bathroom under the toilet. The rest of the room was clean. Walls were very thin so we could hear other guests' conversations as if they were in the room with us.

The room wasn't cleaned once in 3 days I had to ask for extra pillows 3 times there was no tea or coffee in the room toilet didn't flush properly & the smell was disgusting

Best Podspace in town with genuine team on board

Top notch Reception and Housekeeping Team. For me the best Pod Place in town. Comfortable and mostly quiet. Close to JohnLewis and L1

Superb

value for money and great location near to train stations and the high streets

sound proofing can be improved between rooms. Could hear fellow guests chatting when TV in my room was off. Thankfully they didnt talk too long and late into the night.
