Recomendable el hotel y por supuesto regresaría a hospedarme en él.

El trato del personal, la limpieza del hotel y de la habitación, así como sus servicios (restaurante y club de playa) Gracias por considerar que la estancia sea lo mejor posible (proporcionan toallas, frigobar, plancha, secadora para el cabello).

Ayudaría a normar el uso de espacios comunes como lo es donde está la alberca, ya que en los dos días que pase en el hotel, habían personas que después de medianoche tenían música con alto volumen y hacían bastante ruido.

Will come back

The rooms are spacious and loved the door that can be used to close the entire bathroom or just the stall. The restaurant was nice too surrounded by trees.

disaster for holiday… it will give another try during regular season

a) rooms are clean, bed are comfortable and excellent b) maintenance team is fast response upon request and solve the problem c) security staff always paying attention to guests d) front desk staff are amazing, polite and fast response

1) manager decided to increase food price during holiday (Easter week) and most of menus offered to guests had old price. some items had an increase up to 60%. wondering to understand how a person with this kind of IQ can manage a hotel with this category and take stupid decisions like this (increase the price of food on the system and maintain the menus with old food price), let’s say it was a not honest decision (to use nice worlds to describe this kind of action). of course then claim it was a “mistake” 2) another annoying issue was the speaker installed in the pool area, with high volume up to 22:00 every day, which in my understanding is not up to Marriott standard (it is not a “balneario” of a cheap hotel to have this kind of stuff (again my comment about the general manager capability to manage this hotel) in short: top managers are not prepared at all to manage this kind of hotel… maybe a 2 star hotel

Everything was great except it's still being renovated so early in the morning you hear loud pounding and construction 🚧 work being done so you can't sleep in !! Also the rooms need a refrigerator and alarm clock ⏰

Pool bats bother you all the time flying over your head and a ton of mosquitoes 🦟 .Overall it's a nice place that only needs a few touches !

Dirty, run-down, and well past its prime.

The internet was fast. The architecture is interesting. Back in its day it was probably one of the nicer hotels in town. Today it is definitely past its prime, however. There really is nothing to like about this hotel that you can't get elsewhere in town.

The place is filthy and the paint is peeling. There is no coffee maker in the room. Add to that the noise from the remodeling and the place is not worth it. The water in the sink and shower is not hot - it is lukewarm at best. The showerhead leaked as well. The price is very expensive for what they offer.

Excellent staying however should been warned before booking regarding the maintenance of the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent and even a lot better as expected. The location and hotel are beautiful (although it needs maintenance). Rooms are clean and personnel is very friendly. Parking at the back of the hotel.

There are also cons: the hotel is being redecorated at this moment causing quite some noise. During heavy rain water came through the lights inside the room. Sink was blocked (however solved (in 2 -times)).

it’s under renovation, noisy, pool is dirty, no gym, available rooms are damp and outdated, there was a mushroom growing happily in the toilet, maybe in two years they might sort it out, has great potential.

Disappointing

Design of hotel

Dirty pillows, dirty towels, bad attention on the front desk, poor restaurant, two buildings without easy connection between them and require to walk a long distance from parking lot and instructions to get to your room are not clear.
