One of the best places in the Old Medina.

Beautiful facility. Well maintained and clean rooms and common area. A lot of heritage items well displayed. Very close to the taxi stand in the Medina. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. The roof terrace was amazing!

The shower area was not very clean.

Empfehlenswert

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, wir haben generell keine Kritikpunkte. Es gibt zwei schöne Terrassen und man kann sogar dort Abendessen. Das Frühstücksangebot ist ausgiebig und wir waren auch im hauseigenen Hammam.

Alles war super. Auch in en Economy Zimmern ist genug Platz für alles.

Lenyűgöző riád

Fantasztikus riád, ahol két éjszakát töltöttünk el. Lenyűgöző az interiör a maga részletgazdaságával. Imádtuk a helyet, gyönyörű. Bármikor visszamennénk. Jól megközelíthető kocsival is, közelben 50 méterre már lehet parkolni. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A medinában való eligazodáshoz is kaptunk segítséget és útvonaltervet. A reggeli bőséges és finom. Egyfolytában, alaposan takarítanak, nagyon tiszta minden, a szobák, fürdőszoba és közös terek, az ágynemű. Az egyik legtisztább szállás, azok közül, ahol Marokkóban laktunk. Hangulatos tetőterasza is van, nyitott és zárt is. Külön köszönet az esti transzferért, ami elvitt és visszahozott minket a kórházból egy akut probléma miatt.

Fantastic place to stay when visiting Fes, Morocco.

This is the place to stay in Fez! The breakfast was delicious! The guys working at the reception area were friendly and helpful! The riad was located within walking distance of the medina which was wonderful! We could walk to everything that we wanted to see!

GREAT!

Location ^^ Great communication with the hotel staff, they're very helpful =) Clean Breakfast is good, different breads offered everyday, fresh orange juice Great massage!

coffee could be stronger hotel room was on the 5th floor with no elevator, not big deal for us but would be concerned for older guests I tend to travel with earplus so noise was not big deal for me but my friend did mention there were some noises at night.

직원분들이 모두 너무 친절해서 너무 행복한 경험이었습니다. 로비도 너무 예쁘고 방도 넓고 쾌적했어요. 다른 리아드는 좀 낡고 오래된 느낌이 나는 곳도 많은데 여기는 리아드의 분위기는 그대로 느끼면서 호텔의 편리함과 쾌적함도 함께 누릴 수 있는 곳이었습니다.

Ppl were nice but for the food poisoning happened , we couldn’t experience anything except too much illness .

It’s a fine place to stay, but the cleanness probably need to be improved .

We arrived a the hotel around 7pm, since we were lazy so we decided to stay at hotel and had dinner there. We ordered Berber soup and one lamb Targin one white sauce spaghetti, after the dinner . We went back to our room and I started to felt really uncomfortable, like wanted to puke and had diarrhea. My friend she also got the same symptoms. It continued whole night . We supposed to visit around the next day, but it ended up we were too weak to do this . The sanitation of the hotel I believe shall improve more .

Das Personal war sehr hilfreich. Das Personal hatte für alles ein offenes Ohr und hat uns außerdem eine super Stadtführung mit einem persönlichen Guide organisiert (sehr empfehlenswert). Die Lage war super. Atemberaubende Dachterasse.

Exceptional

This place greatly exceeded what I had in mind. Not only was the location perfect, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We only stayed here one night but could have easily stayed here for a lot longer. The breakfast was awesome and the room was perfect for us. Special thank you to the constantly-smiling server, Mohammed :)

Definitely a top Riad to stay at!

Breakfast was a more traditional Moroccan style. Lots of options that were brought out to you. They provided lots of jams, honey, and offered coffee and tea.

We had no concerns during our stay. The staff made the experience wonderful.

Hachim is amazing and so helpful and kind, he made us feel comfortable not only in the Riad but getting around the streets of Marrakesh but taking the time to help us with maps, bookings and practically anything

Good Riad, beautiful view, great staff

Staff super friendly and helpful. Great location, right by the old medina yet quiet. Beautiful decor and nice rooftop with a great view of the city.

It would have been perfect if not for the two cockroaches I found in my room... Which was very surprising given how clean everything was. Probably got unlucky.

all of the staff was so friendly and helpful during our stay. the riad was absolutely GORGEOUS and it was such a lovely setting to spend a few nights. one of the staff, the gentleman in the picture, particularly went above and beyond for us during our stay. i couldn’t recommend this place more!

The vibe was nice

The staff's customer service was shockingly subpar. They were not very helpful and at times even straight-up rude. It was sad that the interaction with them soured the whole experience.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They would arrange taxi and pack breakfast if you leave early. It's close to a pick up place.

It's much more expensive than another place we stayed at, and by no means it's worth this money. We paid 100 euros for 2 people for 1 night, at another riad we stayed we paid 15 per person per night, conditions were same.

Breathtakingly beautiful Riad with amazing staff

The location was amazing, the service exceptional. We had a few issues but the staff did everything in their power to make it better. Great people. The breakfast was excellent.

Our room didn’t have a closet and we had nowhere to put our clothes, until we mentioned it. They brought in a porte-manteau and that helped. The ledge to put soap, gel, shampoo, etc. in the shower was broken, so we had nowhere to put the soap.

Beautiful interior, great location near the blue gate and the main pathway that crosses the Medina, Profesional and friendly staff, special thank's to Yassin, who took extra care of my breakfast. 👋 bed was comfortable , over all enjoyed my stay 🙏
