Extrêmement décevant malgres un bon emplacement

Bonne emplacement dans un quartier local.

- Effet extrêmement déceptif vis à vis de la baie vitrée. 1 store sur deux se bloque à la moitié car monté à l’envers. Bâtiment juste de l’autre côté de la rue, donc pas de jolie vue. - Bouteille d’eau déjà ouverte. Est-elle réellement neuve ? A-t-elle été reremplie ? - Pas de Chauffage ! - Pas de décorations, mur cache misère avec de la mousse collé à côté du lit pour cacher les fissures probablement - Cheveux dans le lit - La wifi marche par intermittence

Khá là ổn áp, giá cả hợp lý, vệ sinh sạch sẽ, rất đáng tiền

Thoáng, sạch, đủ tiện nghi, điều hoà nước nóng đều ổn áp, cô host home rất nhiệt tình dễ mến

Phòng cách âm chưa ổn lắm, chỗ để xe hơi bé, đông khách là khó xếp xe

La presentacion nada más llegar no fue muy buena, la cama mal hecha como si fueran sábanas ya utilizadas con pelos, que se lo consultamos a la empleada y nos dijo que si que las acababa de cambiar, había hormigas por toda la habitación, el baño sucio. Las fotos no se corresponde a lo que es realmente

We recommend the place, comfortable

Its comfortable apartment for family, you have fridge in the room and beds are comfortable. It was nice stay with children. The view is pretty nice. We liked that its not in the middle of Hanoi (too noisy there). You can always take cheap taxi to get wherever. Owner was kind and helpful and helped us to get from airport to apartment by car ~10PM.

Nice stay in Vietnam

The staff was super kind and helpful. They helped us to book a doctor appointment and rent a motorbike. The location is quite far from French Quarter, but super close to so many restaurants and small food stalls. The room is super big as well.

Awesome stay with hospitable hosts

The home owners were extremely helpful and willing to assist at any time. The room is clean and things are in good condition. I can freely use the kitchen space as well as keep my motorbike during my stay. The family room with balcony on the 7th floor is a perfectly private space, with lots of natural light during the day.

The wifi router was not working very well though, as the Internet connection at my floor was quite poor. Maybe some checkup and fix would be good.

The room in the 5th floor was super spacious and we liked that it has an electric kettle and sofas. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The bathroom was not totally clean and the shared kitchen is stuffed with packages and things. But still it's a nice option.

Not as expected however ignored for the low price and no time/too tired to change

I stayed for 4 nights as needed a place urgently. The guy is friendly. Very good price for a place with rating of 8.9 overall, 9.0 cleanliness, and 9.1 >>value for money<< which is the only criteria I would agree with. My room is with a good price tag however with some compromise of quality (not sure if it is a good business decision?) The room is big with full glazing, lots of day light. Comfy matress that feels cosy and warm.

Although with a discounted price, comfy matress and sizable, this room really needs maintenance. The room next door looks better and closer to the quality in the photos. There are worn beddings, dated wallpapers, dusty taps, insect, noisy fan ... etc. Pitch-black lift corridor with broken lights. Guys, you may want to see your room before paying to make sure it is ok for you.

This place is amazing, I suppose to return in two weeks. It's not so far from the road, but in the same time its kinda hidden. I had a separate room.with AC and it was great. The man met me, when I was lost and waited me when I was late

My Homey Stay

I felt safe and all the staff are remarkably helpful. They always made me feel at home with their sweet smiles.

It seemed to have less ornaments for fresh ambience, since I am a plant lovers.
