Position, interior design, property access instructions

the entry door was too tight and it was hard to go in with a stroller; the cleanliness in the bathroom could have been improved, Not sure if thw toilet was sanitized.

Nice apartment centrally located next to Black Church and the pictures on Booking are reflecting accurately the accommodation. You have all needed in the proximity, since the accommodation is right in the center of the city. Walking distance to the touristic attractions, coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The host is very attentive and everything went smoothly. Its also pet friendly, for a small fee for cleaning, which is fair. I will stay there again, when in Brasov.

Great location.

No bad sheets were provided for one of the beds. We didn’t receive any instructions on how to get inside the apartments either. The owner was difficult to reach and wasn’t very friendly over the phone. Parking is a big hustle.

Very nice, a little cold inside.

I really liked the way I interact with the host - all the tools to have the key for property - like a little treasure hunt. The owner was very friendly, constantly communicate with me on WhatsApp. Also the rooms were large and very cozy. The kitchen was equipped with basic dishes, useful for an evening of sitting at games and discussions. I really liked pet friendly policy, a very good idea for a property in the center of Brasov.

During evening and night, the temperature in the room was changing. I would prefer to have a bigger temperature during cold seasons. I was announced that the average is 20-22 degrees celsius, but I think this is the optimal temperature for autumn/spring, and maybe they can consider having at least 23 degrees celsius during cold winter days. Also, it was a nuisance with the parking lot, but finally we found some parking places and were free during night & Sundays.

everything was fine with the property, nice bed, nice toilet and nice ambience in general. Also excellent location

I didn’t like that the check in time is at 15 but you have to leave at 11. So you rent the place for less than one day. When we asked if it was possible to leave the luggage until 13 so we could visit the city for two hours without carrying the bags, they say it was not possible because they have new guests. but if the guests cannot entry until 15, I don’t understand the answer. In this case is better to go to a hostel because in general they let you leave the bags so you can visit the city.

Excellent location - just 50m away from the Black Church.

The worst sofa in my traveling experience - uncomfortable and squeaky, placed in a 2x2 m2 lobby that is considered a "living room". The apartment is located on a ground floor with all windows facing towards the street so there is no privacy at all. At the end, we were also requested to wash all dishes we used and throw garbage, otherwise a 30 EUR fine could be issued. This applies to all guests and the note is placed above the kitchen sink (photo attached). To the owner: I have no issues with that, just be fair enough to publish this info on your Booking page and soon you will see how travelers will respond. Imagine a single parent with two or more children in this situation.

Superb

Very comfortable. Very clean. Very central. Very quiet. Very warm. Lots of towels. Perfectly functional shower. Beautifully scented liquid soap! (Name the brand please..). Only steps away from the cathedral and the main square. Equipped with fridge, electric kettle and coffee machine for real coffee not just instant! Loved it.

If we have to find a small flaw, the bed base is a little squeaky.
