210 Breakers is a direct ocean facing condo. The main room has a queen sleeper sofa, large TV and a small table and chairs. There is a balcony with an amazing direct view of the ocean. The balcony has two high top chairs and a table to enhance the ocean view. The kitchen is open to the main room. There is sufficient space and furnishings to produce any meal. The bedroom is open to the hallway and is furnished with a new king size bed and a larger TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The condo is on the third floor accessible by four short flights of stairs or a nearby elevator. The front door is close to the stair case. Book now and start packing. Monthly rentals are available. Weekly rentals especially during the summer are Saturday to Saturday. For off-season week days, please inquire.

Location is great! Convenient to restaurants and shopping. While the king size bed is nice, the bedroom is extremely tight. The doors on the bedroom are just in the way. The dishwasher can’t open all of the way because it hits refrigerator. Those are only minor concerns compared to the convenience and location.

After 35 years coming to HHI, it never disappoints. 210 Breakers was the perfect location in the complex. The unit was well appointed and all the things that really matter were right on (View, AC, shower, TV, lights, frig, etc.) This condo was perfect for hubs and I (and adult child visited for a couple days from Greenville, SC) and there was plenty of room. Owner was a delight to communicate w/and was very responsive. We had a great week and would definitely consider this condo again for future visits.

This was a great place to stay, with the best view ever. It's location is wonderful, with Coligny being only steps away. The owner was very attentive an easy to communicate with. Hope to stay here in our future visits!

2nd floor condo facing ocean and across the street from shopping and restaurants. The condo itself was ok and maybe a little better than average when compared to other condos at Breakers. It could have been cleaner, the DIY type renovations could have been better -you can't open the dishwasher past half way because it hits the refrigerator which takes up most of the hall closet - the owners locker takes up the rest and the is no other storage so your luggage etc. Will be setting in the hallway or living room. But it is a great location and very reasonably priced. It was just my and my wife so we were fine but I think if we had more people it would have been very cramped. The sofa, I assume it's a pull out, could use a good cleaning, the flooring looks new except for the bathroom were the grout needs to be scrubbed especially behind the door. I found 1 dieing roach in the tub the 1st night. There is a stacked washer dryer that worked well. The King size bed nearly fills the bedroom. The view from the deck is wonderful. We generally used the stairs but when we did use the elevator it worked well withe no waiting

This is a great property in an amazing location. The deck view is astounding. We had everything we needed for our trip. The owner was great to communicate with. Property was affordable. I will definitely look to book again.

Condo was in a good location with ocean view. There were no blinds/shades on the slinding doors to the balcony. There were a couple electric plug ins that didn't work in the bedroom. King size bed was very comfortable but left no room to move around in bedroom.

This unit has great ocean front views! Enjoyed the higher chairs on the balcony. Location is perfect with restaurants, stores, bike rentals etc. all within walkable distance. It was very convenient to have all the appliances. The unit needs a deep cleaning. The floors were dirty. We replaced the shower curtain as it was disgusting! The balcony sliding glass doors had no window covering. A little TLC this unit could be a gem!

My husband and I have visited the Breakers multiple times and 210 was our favorite. The description and pictures of the property are accurate. The furniture was comfortable, we loved the king size bed. The black out blinds in the bedroom helped keep the lights from the hallway out to allow you to sleep more sound. we really enjoyed the fact that there was a dishwasher, stove and oven in the property. Some of the other condos at the Breakers do not have all three. And of course the view which is the best part. We love staying right on the beach and enjoying the waves throughout the day and we were able to do here as well. Communication with the owner was great and fast responding. We would definitely stay here again.

We wanted to get away for a week at the end of the Summer. This unit was a perfect fit for 2. It was clean and the owners got back to us promptly to answer questions. It was so nice to wake up and have coffee on the oceanfront balcony. The very short walk through the pool to get to the beach was a bonus!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was amazing and the unit was very clean and well equipped. The bedroom was a little tight, but worth it to have comfortable king size bed. An elevator would have been nice, especially when moving-in/moving-out, having to climb 2 flights of stairs. But that won't be a problem next time, as elevators were being installed while we were there! Highly recommended!!

This could be a very nice property. The unit itself is nice, the view is excellent and so is the location. This unit needs cleaning badly. When we arrived I could tell immediately that the unit had not been cleaned. Housekeeping had left clean towels and changed the sheets. The bathroom was dirty as was the kitchen. The unit had not been swept or vacuumed. We will not stay in this unit again.

Upon arrival the property was very clean. The owner texted us a door code which was all we needed to enter. Paul was very prompt and answered texts/calls quickly. Great ocean view on the balcony. Property is walking distance to multiple restaurants, beach shops, and a grocery store. Only small issue we had was a lack of parking if you come back late (after 9pm). Overall it was a nice place for our vacation. Very comfortable for 2 people and would recommend.

The condo was nice. We enjoyed riding the bikes we rented each morning. We walked to the grocery, beach, and restaurants. Many places within walking distance have live music at night. We had a lot of fun.

Well-maintained property in great location. Attractive, comfortable. Like the open feel in living area compared to other condos here. Spectacular view from balcony enhanced by tall comfy chairs that get your eyes above balcony railing. Loved it!

Love Hilton Head Island. Lots to do even when weather inclement. The only negative about this unit is sparse hanger space. Would be helpful if hooks added in hallway for coats and the printer moved. It is right under only hanger area. The king bed was very comfortable. Already booked it for next year.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The pictures do not do it justice. It was a nice clean place, short walk to the beach, absolutely beautiful view. There was enough space for our family. The owner was very easy to contact. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to a short walk and amazing view. The only complaint I have is the floor of the balcony had a couple loose areas that felt unstable. It wasn’t unsafe just needs attention. But. It was well equipped, beautiful beach themed decor and well stocked for our week stay.

The pictures does not make justice to this place! It is way better than it looks! And also felt it was bigger! We were on a family vacation and the location was the best part, the beach it is just a few steps away, the view from the balcony it is beautiful , the pool is decent and it has a kids pool with was great for my little ones (3 and 1.5 years old). There are shops and restaurants around just walk distance although we cooked 98% of the time trying to be just as caution as possible. The kitchen is really nice, granite countertops, new appliances, cookware and silverware. Having a washer and dryer definitely it’s a must with little ones (just don’t forget your detergent) . To sump up, our staying could have not being better! We were so happy and enjoyed our beach vacation a lot! Thanks so much we would definitely come back
