We enjoy de privacy, stay in proximity of the beach. Also walking distance of the plaza and restaurants. Parking was always available. Nice and very clean place. Is truly non smoking place and sheets cleaned. Kitchen ready. Cable TV in bedroom as well.Recommend!!!

Breakers 221 is an amazing gem!! Unit has everything you need for a beach getaway. The beach is steps away with gated access. The pool is even closer. Shops at Coligny/grocery store minutes walk. Kitchen is very well equipped. Truly appreciated the amenities (trash bag, dishwasher soap, laundry pods)!!!

We have stayed in several units at the Breakers over the years. This unit had very comfortable couches as well as mattress and pillows. Nicely redone bathroom. A/C worked great. Loved the balcony which had a nice view of the pool and beach. Kiddos loved the bunk beds. The kitchen could use an update and it does not have an oven. Some may not like the mirrored wall in the living room area. The sun shines on the balcony in the morning which makes it a bit tough for drinking a morning coffee, but is nicely shaded in the afternoon. We enjoyed our stay overall.

We loved our stay at this condo! It was clean, bed comfy, couches nice, and what a view! We loved the convenience of just being able to walk straight out to the beach. And 2 tiki bars within walking distance! We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee watching the ocean.

The best thing is the location. The view of the beach and morning sunrise is wonderful. You can walk to the beach or Coligny plaza. It is very small and dated but we enjoyed our stay. Communication with property management is superior. So if you do have a problem, Mary will respond immediately

The location of the unit was great. The view was amazing. The living room, kitchen, and bath were average. The bedroom was not good. It is so small and the bed is hard as a rock. I had to sleep on the sofa and my husband slept in the bed. He hated it too. As much as I loved the view and the price, I would not stay there again.

We've stayed at the breakers for a few years now and love the place. This particular unit was decent enough. The bedroom layout was not what I would like and there's no oven which is strange and a strong oversight. But again, not a deal breaker. What is, is the security they employ there is an arrogant loud individual who clearly thinks rules don't apply. He was clearly intoxicated and was walking around shouting to guests on there balconies sometimes up to the 3rd floor. He was shouting unintelligible things and my wife was uncomfortable going down to our car to grab a few things. Totally unacceptable. We love the breakers but there needs to be a change

The location was perfect. The property was as pictured in the listing. We did see other units that were updated, but ours had a great view of the ocean and pool. FYI: the owners had a beach umbrella and 4 beach chairs for your use. Simple (and inexpensive) updates would be helpful. The cleaning crew could do a better job of cleaning the space. It might be picky, but this is a small space. We cleaned the ceiling fans ourselves.

The entire property is in need of maintenance and updating. The condo unit itself was adequate except for the mattress. It had to be 30 years old, the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. Also the walls are thin at this complex. Two different tenants above us sounded like a heard of elephants all day and night. Location is good, but it's by the public beach access, meaning the beach is the most crowded by far at this spot. If you like sitting on the beach behind 8 rows of umbrellas and tents, this is your place. The pool was closed by the department of health during our stay. Check in was late due to delayed cleaning. The management team offered nothing for the troubles we experienced. I don't write reviews often, but I advise saying no to this until and to the Breakers complex as well.

When we arrived, there had been a communication problem and the condo wasn't cleaned, we were sent across town to another condo for the night and our condo was cleaned the next morning. They did give us a $75 gift certificate for a serg restaurant as an apology which was very nice. Over all we enjoyed our stay, location was awesome just steps from coligny Beach and the shops
