This is San Diego vacationing at its finest! You won't find a better location, or a more private beach-front building. The hot tub or patio is a great place to take in the fresh air and California sun, but you can watch for dolphins and enjoy Ocean Views from inside our 2 Bedroom, 2 bath condo as well. Styled with granite floors, and countertops, large flat screen HDTV, fireplace, your travertine tiled bathrooms, and modern appliances. It is perfect for families with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a full bed with twin trundle bed in the second bedroom. A queen size pullout sofa in the living room provides extra flexibility. You will enjoy watching the constant activity on the boardwalk, walking to great shops and restaurants, or riding the roller coaster at Bellmont Park just a few blocks away. Of course one of San Diego's finest beaches is just steps away, and it is easy to take the kids to Sea World for the day as it is only 2 miles away!

You can rent bikes, surfboards, (or take lessons for those of you who have always wanted to try!), rollerblades, jet skis and other recreational equipment all just around the corner! Or you may join a game of sand volleyball or just work on your tan! And that's just during the day, for those of you who like great food, there are plenty of tasty restaurants to choose from all up and down Mission Blvd. as well as in Pacific Beach, just a couple of miles north. Or you can head downtown for a day/night in San Diego's famous Gas Lamp District, or to Petco Park for a Padres game! The possibilities are endless!

This condo is located in the historic Surfrider building on Mission Beach. Recently renovated, it has all of the most modern amenities and fixtures. Our unit is located on the ground floor with a clear unobstructed view of the ocean, beach and boardwalk through a large window made with special one way reflective glass, allowing for great views without sacrificing privacy. There is a glass bar with 4 stools up against the window so you can enjoy the view during mealtime. Also, there are two chairs in the nook just outside the window for your use.

So whether you are sitting in the living room or out on the patio, or from the master bedroom! There is a large window between the master bedroom and living room so you can lay in bed and enjoy the ocean view while you cuddle in bed. And don't worry, there is a shade for privacy.

The second bedroom has a full size bed with a twin trundle bed so if the kids don't want to share a bed, they don't have to! The kitchen is fully furnished with all the essentials for cooking at the condo.

The central patio features two gas grills a hot tub, top of the line lounge chairs, and showers to wash off the sand from the beach!

This unit just changed ownership, so you may have seen it listed before. I managed the unit for the previous owner and am now managing it for the new owner!

Very thoughtfully appointed unit, from the welcoming gift basket to the sumptuous bed linens and quality toiletries. Perfect ocean view from living room, also from 1 bedroom with the privacy shade raised. Ideal location, between Pacific-MIssion Beach. Only downer is hot tub was down, but super-attentive property mgr. Dominique went out of her way to please us. I would stay here again.

We loved staying at this spot! Right on the boardwalk with just a few steps to the water. My teenagers enjoyed the boogie boards and VB provided. We rented bikes and a surfboard and were set! One of the best features is having a hot tub to warm up after ocean swims. Our family enjoyed our time here!

It’s a little small but was big enough for my sister & I. It has everything you need in it including a bottle of wine, bag of coffee & cookies. After arriving late that was nice to have a glass of wine & relax. You are just a step away from the hot tub & beach. Beautiful sunsets. Entertainment & restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed with our four kids and there was never a dull moment! Steps form the boardwalk and the beach, we could walk to countless restaurants, coffee shops, and Belmont Park! When we weren’t doing that my kids weee enjoying the beach, the waves, and the hot tub when they got chilly from the ocean. It’s also within 15 minutes drive to so many of the hot tourist attractions in San Diego. I couldn’t recommend more! The owner was also incredibly helpful, responsive and friendly.

This condo is in a great location (right on the boardwalk). However, if you are wanting private balconies or any privacy at all then this condo isn’t for you! There are several condos that share all outside space. It is also very small for a family. Nice enough!

It was a great place in a great location with all the amenities needed for the beach. We enjoyed the outside patio to people watch while sipping coffee and watching the dolphins. Dominique was an excellent communicator and made everything easy. We will return soon!

Great location! Amazing view! Has parking, which is a huge plus for the area. It’s fully stocked condo with all the things you need for a beach vacation. Chairs, towels, boogie boards, enough plates and silverware and cooking utensils you can think of! The Welcome basket was so thoughtful! Dominique was quick to respond on the few questions we had. Super clean, cozy spot. Loved the fire place after a long day at the beach, we would definitely stay here again!

The accommodations were better than expected. The gift basket upon our arrival, made us all feel very special. Are you gonna get? The ocean view from our bedroom, could only be topped, by the fact that, with the push of a button, and without leaving the bed, you could have complete privacy.

Terrific value and stunning views in the heart of Mission Beach. We loved the sound of the surf, walking along the beach, relaxing in the hot tub, or seeing the sights in San Diego just a few minutes away. Condo clean, well-equipped (including full-size washer/dryer), and owner was very responsive. The perfect place to relax. This was our second stay, and won't be our last.

This condo was just as advertised and worked out great. You can walk across the boardwalk and be right on the beach. The beds were comfortable as was the couch. Property manager Dominique was great to work with and went out of her way to be helpful, which we so appreciated.

This was the perfect location for a quick little mom & sons getaway! The boys were able to play on the beach without us having to go far. The Boardwalk was nice & convenient to just walk to and enjoy all that it has to offer. The fireplace was a nice touch since it was winter, to come back at the end of the day and relax by the fire while we watched movies. Also enjoyed the Hot Tub on site. The only thing was parking spot is super tight, which takes a few minutes to get into just right, but it wouldn't stop us from returning to this property in the future.

This location was fantastic! Right on the ocean, walking distance to Belmont Park, restaurants, shops and rental stores. If you're up for longer walks, Pacific Beach and Crystal Pier are only about 1.5 miles. Our kids rollerbladed up and down the boardwalk for 2 days straight. The unit itself was clean and what we expected. The space is small, but laid out well and way better than sharing a hotel room with 3 kids. There were also games, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, etc in the unit we could use. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well. Dominique, the property manager, was super response. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back some day!
