This historic Victorian home was built in 1840 and has been renovated to have all the modern conveniences of home. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with HD TV, bathroom with a shower (not a tub), and a king sized bed.

The apartment comes with reserved off-street parking, only steps away from the entrance.

The place comes with linens, towels, coffee, creamer and some drinks in the fridge. Just bring food to cook, or enjoy one of the many restaurants that are a 3 to 8 minutes walk away.

The house at High Street and Broadway was awesome! The location was ideal and the house was super cute. We could walk downtown easily, but was far enough away to have quiet in the evening. The property has a beautiful walking trail and everyone was super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again.

All reviews and pictures matched up perfectly. Very clean accommodations and the kitchen setup was great. Very quiet at night and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown. Loved the fact that we put our vehicle in park and did not touch it for 72 hours. Being able to park in our spot prior to check-in was a big bonus and we took advantage of it! We will be making another trip.

We had an amazing trip to Jim Thorpe! The apartment was just perfect for us. Chad, the property manager, was always around to chat with us. There is so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying here. We would love to visit sometime in the future!

Our stay was perfect. Jeff went out of his way to accommodate us and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Off street parking was also a plus and it was just a short walk to all of the shops/restaurants.

This apartment was awesome. Great location in a Jim Thorpe near the Old Jail. The bed was so comfortable too. The place is very pet friendly. The owner was extremely nice. We will definitely be back.

This was the second year we stayed in Apartment E. This is truly a gem of a place to stay at when visiting Jim Thorpe. Everything we needed was provided for (shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, coffee, creamers, dish soap, plates, cups, pans, bowls, bath towels, and an electric heater). There are many lovely touches within the apartment (a seasonal hand soap dispenser, a towel hook added beside the shower, a remote control for the kitchen overhead light). This cozy apartment has been prepared with love and hospitality. Chad, the property manager, is friendly, incredibly helpful and just an overall wonderful person. We look forward to returning again soon.

Both the property and the location were excellent. Easy private parking and a short walk to downtown. We ran into a scheduling issue, our fault, and Jeffrey was great about accommodating us. Chad the property manager was friendly and very helpful. We felt like family. If you’re staying in Jim Thorpe this is the place to stay.

Our stay was wonderful. We attended an America Concert at Penns Peake, took a train ride, did some hiking, toured an historical mansion and had a wonderful dinner at Maya's. We plan to return at some point in the future and would rent the same place. Owners were very helpful with recommendations and the place was very clean and well stocked.

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location in Jim Thorpe! The host, who lives right next door, was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for things to see and do in the area. The apartment was spotless. It had nice furniture and linens, a comfortable bed and all the amenities we could want.

This was the absolute perfect place. High street guest house is the number one place to stay in Jim Thorpe. We stayed in Apt E. I even better than the photos. Super clean. Close to pretty much everything. Thanks again Jeff and Chad

This was an unscheduled stay for us that we needed to find a place to take our dog Max along with us. My brother passed on 01/05/23 and there are still 6 brothers and 5 sisters. Yes! this means there are 12 siblings remaining in my family. So! we all decided to get together and have a memorial for our brother. The guest house was "great" all the bell and whistles you needed to make you feel at home. Plus+ (Quiet and Peaceful setting). I grew up in this area and so I knew alot about the area and was able to see some of the new changes. But basically all was still hometown comfortable and it was really nice to be there. Everyone you talked to were so pleasant, positive, polite and just so willing to give you a helping hand. What hard workers too! that help keep the place so nice looking and help with all the up keep of for us all to have such a wonderful looking place to stay. Great space! Full sized kitchen was utilized and the location was on top on a hill but made me exercise to get to the restaurants. Just be aware most eateries close Monday thru Wed. That was a drawback. The Highstreet Inn did accommodate 2 cars and very thankful for that.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment is newly remodeled, charming design with great touches like wooden accents, appliances in 70s style. It is very clean. The location is amazing, right across Old Jail Museum, nice view from the window. Convenient parking space, which is very useful in Jim Thorpe. We loved absolutely everything about this place. Hope to come back there some day!

It was like being at your own home but as soon as you walked out the door youre in the heart of Jim Thorpe. Its not exactly a view of the Old Jail, its across the street. Open front door and walk across the street and youre in jail...just fantastic. All appliances in like new condition. Plenty of room to sprawl out and enjoy.

Our stay at the High Street Guesthouse was very relaxing. The apartment was very clean, decorated nicely and everything you need in a home away from home. The location was perfect for taking walks downtown and seeing the town. Jeff was very informative and quick to reply any time I messaged him. If we ever go back to Jim Thorpe we will definitely stay here again, if available. Highly recommend the apartment.
